Katherine was absolutely incredible. From start to finish she built amazing rapport with us, listened to us, and understood exactly what we wanted. Our hand fastening was stunning, with beautiful charms that represented us and our journey. The ceremony felt personal (so personal that our guests thought we wrote it!), and really encompassed who we are as individuals and a couple. It was heartfelt, funny and charming- everything we could possibly hope for. We didn't have a rehearsal (as we flew from UK), but Katherine walked us through everything we needed to do, the timings, and made sure everything flowed perfectly. She was friendly and approachable and our guests loved her. The groom found her to be a huge calming influence whilst waiting to go out, reassuring and kind. Her communication with us over the 2 years was fantastic, with regular updates, and able to answer any questions. We also used her to do married by mail, which was quick, easy and well explained and took a lot of pressure off us when we arrived. We were able to sign and notarize in the UK and have it ready with Katherine before we even landed. I would highly recommend this service as Katherine walked us through the whole thing, and it was one less thing to worry about. Everything was incredible smooth and I can't vouch for Katherine enough. Amazing from start to finish, everything we hoped for and more. Highly, highly recommend her to everyone.

Katherine married myself and now husband on the 25th of July this year. What an experience. She made our whole day very personal to us and kept us at ease throughout the whole process. It was a day filled with lots of laughs and tears, she truly made our day an unforgettable experience. As an international couple getting married in the States, Katherine made everything so easy for us and guided us through the legality of getting married. Working with Katherine was amazing from start to finish. With us being from New York and our wedding being in Florida obtaining a marriage license seemed daunting to us, until we discovered that not only does Katherine offer officiating services, but she also offers marriage license services as well. When we had questions she answered her emails very quickly and made the process a breeze. Her ensuring she had the license as well worked out great because it was one less thing we had to worry about forgetting at home. About a month prior to the ceremony we had a video chat with Katherine and she made us feel like we had been old friends for years. She learned things about us and incorporated that into our ceremony script. We loved that she including our dogs that were obviously unable to come to the wedding and when she found out that we were blending our families with my kids, she asked us if we wanted to do her signature "Pinky Promise" and let me just tell you- it made my teenage children feel SO included and signified how we are really bonding as a family in this marriage. And it brought so many of our guests to tears. If we could give Kathering 100 stars- we would!

This lady is truly one-of-a-kind with a heart of gold; from our very first consultation up until the wedding day, she truly captured our love story through our ceremony but also was so personable. The Up mailbox was such a beautiful and unique unity ceremony, but everyone was gushing over that extra sprinkle of pixie dust! Also, her hugs are confirmed to be magical - I was so stressed out on our rehearsal day, but all of it melted away when we had our first hug!

We got married by Katherine at Disney’s Wedding Pavilion on March 14, 2023. Working with Katherine was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Originally we were going to have a friend officiate, and although I’m sure what would have been nice, it never would have compared to what Katherine did. Katherine does this everyday, she knows how to write and structure a ceremony. And she does some really unique things I’ve never seen before. Most weddings the ceremony is the boring part everyone just has to watch to her to the party. With Katherine the ceremony was the thing people are still talking about. It was so beautiful and unique. We also used her Rose unity ceremony which Katherine hand made and was truly gorgeous. Katherine told us when we first met that she would be our fairy godmother, and she really was. When we saw her the day of our wedding it was as if we’d known her for years. If you’re unsure I urge you to work with Katherine - I guarantee you won’t regret it!

I can’t praise Katherine enough oh my goodness from the start of our first video session I knew she was the perfect match for us! She is absolutely a true fairy godmother!! Our ceremony was so beautiful everyone commented how magical the service was. Kat was so understanding and thoughtful throughout the whole process, we had a few hiccups on the way but she kept me calm and was there for every question or just to even vent. She included our little fur baby Luna which means the world to me. She truly made our Disney wedding so magical with all little extra touches I wouldn’t have wanted it to be any other way! <3

Katherine was amazing with our ceremony. She took the time to really get to know us I put together a really beautiful speech and helped us organize our vows. For our wedding we actually had to postpone due to the hurricane happening at the time. When it happened we weren’t sure what was going to happen with our day but Katherine helped make sure everything would go smoothly when we rescheduled. Katherine was amazing! We renewed our wedding vows with her throwing her a few curveballs in the process 😊. We went from 2 to 20 guest, changed venues twice, added champagne toast, and last but not least changed my mind on the flowers she’s so graciously provided. Throughout everything, she was good-natured, resilient, and as steady as a rock. Not only was she sensitive to our needs as this was a renewal, but went above and beyond! The vow she crafted were absolutely perfect, her responses to my questions were immediate and on point, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The photographer that she partnered with was also amazing, as the venue she had recommended. As a notary and officiant myself, I can honestly say that she is an officiant’s officiant!

I would love to recommend Officiant Katherine T Imundi for your Disney wedding! Her communication is wonderful! She got back to me so quickly after every single question I had. She truly cared about what my partner and I wanted for our ceremony. We were able to Zoom together, chat on the phone, and Facebook message back and forth for quick questions. I had zero worry leading up to the wedding and on our wedding day when it came to our ceremony. She is so professional and kind and witty and charming. What sealed the deal for my partner and I was the family pinky promise that she does for blended families. This part of our ceremony meant EVERYTHING to us and meant the world to us. My children loved being involved and loved making promises together as a family. In these photos I see my sensitive and big hearted daughter who loves her momma more than anything and we grew up together. I see my son being so proud of the family he now has and so happy. 100/10 highly recommend Katherine and we will forever hold these memories close because of her.

Katherine is the most amazing officiant I have ever come across!! I wanted to set up a surprise vow renewal for my parents 30th wedding anniversary while we were on a trip to Disney. I was given Katherine’s number from a venue I thought I was going to work with. The venue didn’t end up working out but I still had Katherine! She went above and beyond for me and helped me set up the whole thing. She found me a location, made a beautiful bouquet (and boutonnière), set me up with a great photographer, and was literally there for me every single second I needed her! My parents are obsessed with all things Disney and she took that and incorporated it into the ceremony. Katherine created the most magical ceremony that we will never forget. She also gave my parents the cutest wedding certificate. I live in NY and I was very stressed about setting this up being so far away and making sure my parents didn’t find out. Katherine spent so much time helping me make sure I had everything in place and ready for the day. I can not say enough about her and how thankful I am to have met her. If you are in Florida and are looking for an officiant she is a must!! She will make your day so special and make you feel like family!!!

Katherine was our officiant for our Disney wedding on July 5, 2022. She absolutely exceeded our expectations and was amazing from start to finish, even in the planning stages! She took the time to get to know us and our story. We received many compliments on our ceremony and ceremony rehearsal from family. Katherine was absolutely AMAZING! She’s the sweetest lady ever and made everyone laugh and feel comfortable. I had sooo many compliments about our ceremony after the wedding and how our officiant was the best that they have ever seen. She is very open to any type of fandom and helped to embrace my love for Disney and Harry Potter. She even went through the trouble to dress as a witch on the hottest day in March for our wedding. We originally were supposed to get married in 2021, but because of Covid we had to postpone a year. Katherine was completely willing to help us even though we had to push the wedding back a year. I can’t recommend her enough and I’m truly thankful we went with her!

I think everyone needs to hire Katherine for their wedding. We had to reschedule our wedding a few times due to the pandemic, and Katherine was so easy to work with! We had only communicated over zoom due to having a destination wedding, but when we met her in person on the day of the rehearsal, it was like we were family! All of friends and family loved how the ceremony turned out. Katherine added such unique and personal touches to the ceremony, that really made it feel special to us. Katherine had a special rose to put in a chair for my husband whose mother had passed away. His family appreciated that touch to the ceremony so much! We cannot say enough amazing things about her. You are in the best hands if she is your wedding officiant.

I followed Katherines' social media accounts For a few months before We had our first video call and I knew I loved her right away! She's just the sweetest! We were scheduled for June 2020 but unfortunately had to postpone due to the events of the world. We finally had our Fairytale Wedding this June 12th. From the moment I talked to Katherine I knew she was the prefect fit for us. She eased all my worries and helped us through the step by step process of applying for a marriage license. The ceremony felt personalized to us as a couple and family. When I reached out to her about my anxiety she was so supportive and willing to help. Her personalized folder at the end was just amazing and super sweet. She had us write a letter to each other that we got after the ceremony. We read them to each other a few days after the wedding and laughed how we used the same wording at the end of our letters. It was something we wouldn’t have done without her asking us to and so glad we did! We loved that moment together.
