She is happy to work on-site so you can get ready wherever you feel most at ease. This can include traveling throughout the Tri-State Area.
Shannette has been working in the beauty industry for more than 14 years. She has loved hairstyling since she was a child, and got her start in full-service salons and teaching before opening I Speak Hair. She is happy to work her magic on groups of all sizes and is happy to work through both English and Spanish.
Shannette starts her process with a hair trial. There, you'll get to discuss your ideas and see them come to life, as this professional creates your ideal wedding hair. She can also apply extensions for added volume or length. I Speak Hair can style hair in all manner of ways, from textured updos to vintage-inspired curls.

I hired Shannette in 2019 thinking my wedding would be in 2020 due to Covid we had to postpone and she still stayed by my side. I entrusted her work I didn’t even do a trial. I always wanted to look like a princess for my special day and she went above and beyond to make my dreams come true. things out of my control. Shannette had the patience of a saint in working with my schedule to get my trial done. She kept direct contact with my bridesmaids so I didn’t have to. On the day of she came early to set up and executed not only myself, and my bridal squad but even squeezed in a few extra family members with time to spare.
