Here, he could entertain guests with the excitement of roasting and assembling their own tasty treat. I Want S'MORE is prepared to provide milky chocolates, sweet marshmallows, and crunchy graham crackers for wedding events. Their base package can also be upgraded with other delicious ingredients such as chocolate mints, Reeses Pieces Cups, and Rolo’s. Guests can enjoy trying different flavor combinations while next level s’ mores at the picture-worthy cooking station.

Who is the man behind the burnt sugar? How in the world did someone in charge of napkins for Thanksgiving end up having a side business in the catering industry? Being a teacher as my day job, I had summers off. Thus, I picked up a bar-tending job at a local golf course to make some side money and lose a few golf balls while I had some free time. Fast forward ten years of bad speeches, bridesmaid shoes left behind, and the same beef and chicken...it happened. A FOB had made a S'MORE Bar for his daughter. Loved the idea and decided to make my own dream!
