He was, from our first phone call, professional, kind, and open. His broad but consistent catalogue made me feel sure that he could cater to our mixed crowd of older and younger folks. He was able to perform my specific requests for walking down the aisle, and it was a bonus to have him be able to sing during cocktail hour too!
I wasn't present for this part of the day, but I heard reports later that he was incredibly kind and helpful when there was a mix-up on some microphones for the ceremony. I so appreciate him working with my officiant to make sure she was able to conduct her duties as needed. He was also super patient when my younger special needs cousin was VERY interested in his guitar! Overall, Ian added to the magic of our wedding day and I highly recommend working with him.
