The performers that make up Ibis Music Group have studied at some of the country's top institutions, like the Juilliard School, Eastman Conservatory, and Berklee College. They've also played with renowned musicians like the White House violinist Peter Wilson, and Loren Maazel of the New York Philharmonic. They're led by Patrick Keese, a graduate of Berklee College of Music. These musicians understand that every wedding is unique, and so they use music to reflect the tastes of the people celebrating. They are happy to perform classical, contemporary, and jazz music, allowing you to build a playlist that fits your vision. Patrick Keese is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, and songwriter living in Charlottesville, Virginia. He attended Berklee College of Music and Virginia Commonwealth School of Music, and has performed with many ensembles both classical and contemporary, including under the direction of the late Loren Maazel of the New York Philharmonic.

eaking with several different trios in the Virginia area, Patrick and his team stood out right away—and they went on to surpass all of our expectations. Patrick, the founder, was incredible from start to finish—so helpful in guiding us through song selections and offering a wide repertoire to choose from. He was always so prompt and professional in his responses, and we were so impressed by his attention to detail and willingness to guide us in the right direction. On the wedding day, Patrick and the trio were absolutely sensational. Their sound was beautiful and truly elevated the entire atmosphere. They provided microphones for our ceremony and amplification for their instruments, which made such a difference in ensuring all of our guests could hear the music and vows clearly. They perfectly captured the vibe we wanted, tailoring the cocktail hour music to our genre preferences and setting the tone for the rest of the evening. There wasn’t a single misstep or missed cue throughout the day—they nailed every moment with perfect timing. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about them! We cannot recommend Ibis Music Group enough—they were an absolute highlight of our day.

ill Farm and Vineyard, we worked with Patrick and booked the String Trio (two violins and a cello). Patrick is kind, professional, an excellent communicator, and his team of musicians are extremely talented! I loved their song list which was filled with classics and modern hits recognized by all my wedding guests. Everyone was so impressed. It also meant so much to me that Ibis Music Group learned a song I had requested to walk down the aisle to. Everything sounded beautiful, and I would absolutely hire them again for all future events. They are fabulous in every way.

Several guest' highlights included the Mandalorian and Game of Thrones theme songs, as well as several pop and Broadway hits. They have a large variety of songs and types of music they can play. The music was beautiful and added such an extra something that guests are still commenting on to this day! already extensive, my wife and I (who are huge Taylor Swift fans) wanted two of her songs arranged for our ceremony. Patrick was very communicative and arranged both songs absolutely beautifully. He and his team were professional and also very flexible, as we had to push back our ceremony time a bit last-minute. h, and oh my did they not disappoint! We are so grateful we decided to hire strings musicians- it really did elevate the emotions and the ambiance during our ceremony! Patrick was very communicative throughout the process, both by phone and by e-mail. He made sure to gather a clear idea of what my vision was for the ceremony and which songs I wanted to hear. I was even able to add a song that was not on the list of available songs on the website. On the day of the wedding, guests raved about how beautiful the music was when they arrived to the venue and took their seats. The musicians were professional and very talented. When I started my walk down the aisle, the duet played "A Thousand Years." It was a moment I will never forget!
