It evolved quickly, adding more taps and more staff members, and now provides a beautiful space where you and your partner can swap your vows. From birthday parties and bridal showers to engagement dinners and club meet-ups, this is the place where life's best moments happen. Owner Jason Goldstein Jason began brewing at the tender age of 19, something that started as a hobby while he studied at OSU. Things escalated, and he ended up as an intern at a brewery where his passion and love for the business truly formed. Jason studied at the University of Sunderland in England, earning high grades across the board before returning home and building Icarus Brewing from the ground up. Carly the Coordinator To make your wedding day flow as smooth as an Icarus Brewing Co. beer, you and your partner will work with Carly Gant throughout the organizing phase. She has many years of experience planning and executing events of all sizes and will take control of proceedings so you two can focus on the fun aspects of the wedding journey. Icarus Brewing can accommodate your family and friends, whether you are planning an intimate gathering in the cozy Barrel Room, elevated Mezzanine Bar, relaxed Beer Garden, or going all out and renting the entire brewery.
