We offer the traditional favorites that everyone knows and loves, as well as Pacific-influenced flavor combinations to explore. Customization is also at the heart of Iced, and we love to collaborate with customers on special and meaningful designs perfect for each couple. We also aim for an aesthetic that intoxicates before the first bite.

Hello! I am a self-taught baker and cake artist, and got my start in this industry at the end of 2017. I decided to create a space where I can share my talent, as well as introduce the flavors of my childhood in Hawaii, and Iced was formed in August 2022. I love working with unique and unexpected designs, but also understand the beauty in simple and classic.

For our wedding cake, we were looking for a local bakery that specialized in fun flavor options (especially Asian flavors like black sesame or tropical fruit options). We're so hap...

py that we found Iced! We were able to first try a take-away tasting box of a dozen different cupcake flavors, icings & fillings for under $30 & once we picked our flavors we requested a design from their Instagram. I wanted them to include a detail of having a row of bridal buttons on the back of the cake, which they executed beautifully. Overall, they put so much attention to detail & labor & care into our cake, which looked like an amazing work of art when it was finished! I'm attaching a photo here, but the photos don't do it justice--this cake was so stunning in person. I think the cake stole the show at our reception! Several of our guests came up to say how delicious & moist it was, including a whole group of my friends who insisted this was the 1st time they really enjoyed eating the cake at a wedding. It definitely made the day extra special & memorable for us to have this once-in-a-lifetime cake! We'll be back to order again from Iced for our anniversary! :)

We wanted to go with a small local bakery and Iced did not disappoint! David was great to work with and was so patient answering our questions as we were deciding favors and design...

. The cake came out so beautifully — it was so good my niece went back for thirds! Highly recommend!

Iced Bakery made our wedding cake and it could not have turned out any better! (It really was the "icing on the cake" for our wedding!). I'm so thankful to David for his efficient ...

communication, affordable service, and-- most of all-- for bringing our specific vision to life. When I was first looking at wedding cake bakeries, I had such a hard time finding one that could accommodate the flavors we wanted --- strawberry and passionfruit. But David was able to make this with no problem (strawberry cake with a passionfruit curd and a vanilla buttercream frosting) and it turned out deliciously. The cake was also decorated beautifully-- I had provided a photo of what we were looking for and he was able to recreate it perfectly. Thank you so much to David & Iced Bakery!!
