Iced gems bakery did a fabulous job with our wedding cake! I will start out by saying my husband and I live 6 hours away from where we were getting married (originally from MD but now live and work in NC). That being said, I was incredibly picky when it came to any vendor involved in our wedding because we had to rely heavily on the vendors to be very flexible with our schedule being out of town. We met with them on two separate occasions, once to taste the varieties of cake (which we were able to try about 30-40 different flavors…and whatever we did not finish we could take home!) and the second time was to drop off the cake topper and finalize the order. Scheduling both of those meetings was no problem at all. Through the process they were always available via email or phone and they were always very prompt to respond. The cake was exactly what we wanted and we did not have to contact anyone the day of the wedding, the cake was delivered on time as promised. They were upfront about all of the costs and there were no hidden fees anywhere- they even made recommendations so we would get the most out of our budget. We have not stopped getting compliments on our cake! I would 100% recommend this bakery to anyone who is planning a wedding near or far.

We chose IcedGems because we were looking for a local bakery that could make a vegan wedding cake. After sampling some of their vegan cupcakes, we were sold! We got a smaller salted caramel wedding cake - two tiered 6" and 9," with a simple swirl design, for a reasonable price. It was beautiful and we received several compliments. We highly recommend IcedGems and will definitely use them for events in the future!

Icedgems Bakery made us a small cutting cake and 4 different flavor cupcakes for our wedding. Everything was delicious! We got so many compliments about the cupcakes! It was hard to decide which flavors to choose because they were all so wonderful. We are still enjoying all the leftover cupcakes!

I chose IcedGems Baking to make the cupcakes for my wedding. My meeting with Christine was absolutely amazing. She wants you try everything and really be sure of what you want. We tried all kinds of delicious cupcakes and even took some home to help us decide. They have so many different cupcakes go choose from, and every single one was more tasty than the next. Christine created a beautiful table for our receptions, and the cupcakes were super yummy. Honestly, Christine and her husband are two of the nicest people I've ever met, and I'm so happy I chose them to be part of our wedding day.
