Icing on the Cake

I've never had better wedding cake! I'm not even a cake fan but I am so excited to eventually have this bakery again. Everyone commented on how amazing the cake was. It was also very beautiful to look at and I can't recommend this place enough!

We had our wedding through Black Forest at Wedgewood Weddings. Icing on the Cake was the bakery included in the package we purchased. Our wedding cake turned out amazing! We were able to taste test multiple cake and icing flavors to see which we liked the best. They also offered gluten free and vegan cupcakes for our guests with dietary request/restrictions. They all turned out looking beautiful and tasting amazing!

They were recommended to us through our vendor, Secret Window in Monument and we loved our cake! Not only was it beautiful but it was soo delicious. We had a 4 tier with lemon, strawberry, vanilla and coconut! The coconut was amazing and definitely our favorite but we heard great things about all the flavors from our guests! Also we think it’s really cool that they offer an anniversary cake!

Delicious cake! Our taste test went smoothly and they were able to design the cake the way we wanted it.

Our cake was everything I hoped for! We had so many compliments on how delicious it was. It was also very beautiful and they even added our dogs poking out of the side. It was so cute! They also have so many ideas to help out and is very affordable. Will be returning for all of our cakes!

We got our wedding (from a package deal with our venue) and our groom's cake from Icing on the Cake. Both cakes were absolutely amazing! The service was excellent and accommodating with every call I've made, the cake test, and with the cake drop off. Not to mention, my wedding guests still talk about how much they loved the cake. They were quick, efficient, easy, and worth every penny and more. I 100% recommend Icing on the Cake.

Icing on the cake did our wedding cake and it was amazing! Their very talented decorator, Chelsea, made our vision come to life! We chose a small tiered cake, cupcakes, and an additional grooms cake and she hit every single one spot on! Easily the best bakery in Colorado Springs.

I wasn't actually planning to have a cake because I usually think wedding cakes are pretty, but don't taste very good. My mom really wanted us to have a cake, so we compromised on a simple, two-layer buttercream cake....and it completely exceeded expectations!! The first time my mom went in, they gave her samples of both the cake flavors and icing flavors to try. They were all good, but we went with german chocolate and red velvet and both were absolutely delicious! We got several comments from our guests that it was some of the best wedding cake they'd ever had. Also, we chose a simple design with the intent to put a few fresh flowers on the cake as decoration. We brought in a dozen peach roses on pick-up day and the designer went to the back to place them on the cake for us. When he brought it back, we were all stunned at the result. It was absolutely beautiful! Finally, as part of our cake purchase, we get to go back on our first anniversary to get an anniversary cake, so it's something fun to look forward to (and way better than eating year-old frozen cake :) ) Icing on the Cake was one of the best wedding vendors we worked with. With all the many details of a wedding, I didn't expect our cake to end up being one of my favorite things, but I'm so glad wee decided to do it.

Our 3 tier wedding cake was Amazing, great service, great people! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!! They also have great snacks and treats to just stop in and go!! Definitely the best tasting bakery in Colorado!! Thanks icing on the cake!!!

Icing on the cake made us feel right at home from the moment we sat down for our consultation. We were on a tight budget and Misha gave us plenty of options that fit our needs. Being the picky couple we are, we asked for a custom sponge and they had it whipped up for us right away. We chose a champagne sponge with raspberry white chocolate filling and it was a hit!! The cake was divine and made exactly as I had designed it. On our wedding day, icing on the cake delivered our cake on time and it turned out beautifully! Thank you guys SO much.

We used Icing on the Cake for our wedding and it turned out amazing. The cupcakes were devoured and everyone raved about how good they were. The price was agreeable and the delivered on time as requested. We will be going back for our anniversary cake next year for sure! Thank you!

Loved this bakery! Our wedding venue included the cake so all I had to do was show up for a cake tasting and decide what I wanted. Icing on the Cake made everything extremely easy! The cake was delicious (I heard several comments about how wonderful it was) and the design was exactly what I had chosen. I am so glad I used them!

Getting our wedding cake from Icing on the Cake was part of our venue package and we were not disappointed! The cake and cupcakes were wonderful! The communication between us was problematic. Mischa was really sweet though and helped me when I showed up at her shop.

The best Colorado Springs has to offer! Mischa made our daughter's wedding cake dream a reality! The five tier ombré rosette cake was absolutely stunning and equally delicious! Our bride chose layers of vanilla, chocolate, and lemon all with raspberry filling. Each was outstanding in taste. We knew Mischa's cakes were scrumptious from the tastings, however, we were amazed at the beauty of the final product. Our guests are still talking about Mischa's work of art! Thank you, Mischa! Mischa is amazing! She made our wedding cakes and they were so delicious and beautiful! We were looking for a simple cake that was affordable without sacrificing taste and beauty. She delivered! She is so kind and helpful to work with. Mischa listened to what we wanted and gave us plenty of amazing options to work with. After meeting with her and tasting her creations, we knew right away she was the one we wanted to make our cake!

I couldn't be happier with how our cupcakes turned out and tasted for our wedding! Mischa is very pleasant and very good at what she does! We had lemon and lime cupcakes for the wedding and Mischa also made a birthday cake for one of the bridesmaids. We will be ordering cupcakes from Mischa again in the future!
