She listened to what I liked or didn’t like about the dresses I tried on, and she and the other employees who were floating around during my appointment were SO helpful in explaining the different ways that they could modify a dress either in-house or when ordering it from the designer. I ended up buying the first dress that Claudia had pulled for me (after trying it on three times!), and I feel very secure and confident that iCON’s team will be able to make the alterations that we discussed! This was the third bridal shop I visited, and I made a same-day appointment on the recommendation of a friend after the second shop that I went to was a dead end. I am so happy that my friend encouraged me to go here, and so happy with the dress that I picked out with iCON’s help! Thank you!

so everything I tried on at iCon would be trying to beat it - and Emerson found it! She immediately understood the style I was looking for and pulled several dresses that were all tough competition with the dress I had previously tried on. She was incredibly respectful of my budget and only pulled or suggested dresses within the budget. I got close to making a decision in the store but needed a little more time, so the staff allowed me to think about it and complete my order whenever I was ready, via phone or email. I ended up ordering my dress a few days later via email. My wedding isn't for over a year, so I won't see my dress for several months, but I was over the moon with the shopping experience! The appointment sign-up originally said that I could only bring 4 guests, but when I requested an extra because my mother was flying in to visit, they were very accommodating. I'm excited that iCon does their alterations in-house, as well. UPDATE AFTER WEDDING: All my alterations, done at iCON, were fabulous! I'm a very short gal, and I was able to dance the night away with my bustle. The iCON alterations team even satisfied my weirdest request - I wanted a tiny pocket for chapstick, so they sewed one right between the cleavage! Highly recommend (the salon and also the boob chapstick).

When a dress that I wanted to try on wasn't in the store she helped by ordering in a loaner. This ended up being the dress I said yes to! A big plus is that all the alterations will be done at iCON so you won't have to go through the hassle of going to and finding someone else to alter your dress. I went to 4 different bridal stores during this process and iCON was hands down the all-around best!

There were a few scheduling mishaps and few more trips than expected, but I understand that alterations are an iterative process and thankfully I do not live too far away. It all worked out in the end, and she did a PHENOMENAL job and the dress looked AMAZING! Thank you, Connie!

felt dated and like it represented a different moment of my life that I no longer resonated with. My friend was the one who found iCON and I was able to get an appointment the same day. I was really nervous going into the appointment being less than 70 days out from my wedding. Most places I had looked at recommended looking at a dress nine months out and I was feeling really uneasy about working with a bridal shop. When I walked into the shop, Teresa and Connie were so warm and welcoming to me and didn't make me feel bad about wanting to find a new dress so close to my wedding day. It was very easy to work with them and I felt comfortable in the space. I was able to find my absolute dream dress and within time for my wedding. They made the whole experience very pleasant and easy, which were important to me since I was very nervous and uncomfortable about going dress shopping in the first place. If you are looking for a welcoming, warm place to find your wedding dress, iCON is the place.

When the building's fire alarm went off (just a fire drill) while I was wearing my favorite dress, she remained calm, professionally wrapped up my appointment, and ensured that everything was in the system so that I could call to order my dress later in the week instead of having to return in person. Connie helped me order my dress over the phone and email, making it easy to confirm details in writing before paying online. I'm so excited for my beautiful wedding gown to come in and to use iCON for my alteration services as well.

from a different salon, I was taken with how friendly and knowledgeable the crew at iCON was (much, much less snooty then many of the other area stores). I always felt warmly welcomed. I ended up bringing my dress back for alterations, and Connie did an absolutely PHENOMENAL job on a big alteration--- 7 layers of cathedral skirt with horsehare to hem and bustle, as well as some reconstruction of the bodice. It was done expertly, and very neatly. Additionally, they handled both my grandmothers with aplomb and grace (even the grumpy one with a bit of dementia) to make a fun memory that I will treasure forever. I cannot recommend iCON bridal and Formal enough!
