I am appalled at the service I received from this company. After 100 emails and revisions, somehow our name and date on the photo strip was still not correct. Next, I had guests ...
inform our hotel that a homeless man was in the bathroom, but it was one of their employees. He was completely unkept and drunk. He was asking our bartenders for drinks. This is completely inappropriate, unprofessional and flat out unacceptable. It is an understatement to say that we are furious with the service we received, and the company was in complete denial. Spend an extra $100 and go to someone else.

ly provided a written quote- most of the discussion about price was all done on the phone. The photo booth was basically a camera inside of a box that the attendant kept having to manually focus and zoom in or out by reaching into the box and turning the lens then pressing the remote control to take the picture. Their props were HORRIBLE!!! Who includes rubber masks of politicians at a wedding?!? Many of their props were full rubber masks so we couldn't even tell who the people were in the photos and they were so hot because it was a summer wedding! The extra $99 for upgraded props were just cardboard signs. Lame. Lastly, they put our whole album on their Facebook page without even asking or telling us and it is public so anyone can look at it. STAY AWAY!!!
