You purchased a photo booth package for an event limited to 150 people. Unfortunately, your event had more people than 150 people and because of the higher operational costs, we had to pass that thru. You also ordered a 20-page designer scrapbook with supplies, a completely custom photo strip design made specifically for your event and idle time for our photo booth attendant and equipment to be set up on site and waiting for your wedding guests to use the booth while you are involved with other activities. Everything you requested above the base package costs extra because they were product and services upgrades chosen by you. You did not have to get the upgrades, it was 100% your selection so to state that we charge way above the initial price is very misleading and in poor taste. With regards to the photo booth attendant manually zooming the camera during the event is totally to your benefit. Good photographers do not set the camera and just take photos of people in different height, position and distance and expect them to have great photos, this is how great photos are created. I reviewed the 305 photos created for your wedding and they look great. Your guests had an absolutely great, great time. Photos filled with hundreds of smiles laughs and simply very memorable moments. I also see that there over 50 photos of you posing with guests having a great time as well. This brings us to your comment about the props, stating they were horrible. We brought a large selection of props that we have found to be of interest to the many personalities, ages (old and young) and demographics. Some props are hits and some are misses, every event is different and that is why we bring so many different props. The two politician masks of Hillary and Trump have been very popular at countless events and we have never ever had a comment or complaint about them. At the very beginning of your event, you requested they not be used and they were immediately removed. Additionally, I only saw one single photo where they were used before they were removed. The props we provided were wildly popular. Your guests had a great, great time, your photos came out great, you literally have hundreds of photos to see this and your event was customised entirely to your desires. We know we can't make everyone happy, even when we do everything they request exactly how and when they request it, that just part of the services industry. We work incredibly hard to ensure every event is a success really, I'm sorry you feel that it was not a success for you and that you had an awful experience. As a company we are going to analyse every part of your event and every interaction that we and track back and document and see what could have possibly done wrong.
