wanted to get married in the Wildwood/Cape May area, but the moment we toured ICONA, our decision was made. The location alone meant everything to us—it sits on the same beach I grew up going to and where my now husband proposed. It couldn’t have been more special. Beyond the meaning, the venue itself is stunning. The oceanfront ballroom is breathtaking, and the entire property is immaculate. It’s newly renovated with a clean, modern feel that beautifully complements the natural beauty of the Jersey Shore. The neutral tones make it the perfect canvas for any wedding style—whether you lean into beachy, natural vibes like I did, or want something totally different, the space works effortlessly without ever clashing. What truly sets ICONA apart, though, is their team. The planning process felt so personalized from start to finish. The tasting experience was intimate and thoughtful—just us and our family—and they even went above and beyond by hosting a second tasting for my dad so he could feel completely confident in our selections. On the wedding day itself, I had zero stress. Phil, Bree, and Riley handled everything seamlessly, from planning details to day-of logistics. Meanwhile, Mary, Janet, Cindy, and Mike managed our room block and guest accommodations flawlessly. We had guests arriving over multiple days, and the team coordinated everything—including distributing hundreds of labeled welcome bags—with ease and organization. Nothing fazed them. They also thought of things I never would have—like moving décor between the ceremony and reception without me even having to ask. And then there was the moment that completely blew me away. Before the wedding, we really wanted to serve “his and hers” Belgian beers (my husband is from Belgium and the only beer I like is Belgian), but Phil had told me it likely wouldn’t be possible due to supplier limitations. On the day of our wedding, while the bridal party was relaxing before everything began, Phil casually walked over and offered me a Lindeman’s Pecheresse, saying, “we have your Belgian beers if you want one.” I was completely shocked—in the best way. He had gone out of his way to build a new supplier relationship just to make it happen, and there they were: our favorite beers, ready for us and our guests. I was so touched. It meant so much, and it’s something I’ll never forget. That level of care, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond speaks volumes about this team. My only regret is being so excited about the beers that we forgot to take photos with them—but honestly, that just shows how present and happy we were in the moment. s soon as we walked in for our first tour, we had a feeling it was the perfect venue for us and we couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience. Bree and Phil were truly spectacular to work with. They were so organized, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire planning process. They answered every question quickly, worked seamlessly with all of our vendors, and made sure every detail came together perfectly. We always felt completely supported and at ease. The day flowed beautifully. The spaces for getting ready (the “Spalon” especially) were so perfect and beautiful. The ceremony on the beach/boardwalk had the most spectacular backdrop on the beach. The cocktail hour in the Grand Tent was relaxed and elegant and was super close to the ceremony space. The reception in the ballroom was lively, stunning, and so much fun. Everything ran so smoothly thanks to Bree, Phil, and the amazing ICONA team. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the venue, the food, and how well everything was run. ICONA Diamond Beach gave us the wedding of our dreams, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! 🌅

We were able to utilize the getting ready rooms for the bridal parties & our immediate families and they were the perfect way to start our wedding day. Phil and Bree were endlessly checking in on us throughout the day to ensure everything was how we wanted it. We had a perfect breakfast the day after the wedding as well. We are so thankful we were able to have our reception at such a beautiful venue. We are forever grateful to Phil, Bree and the rest of the team!

guests were blown away by the ballroom and how beautiful the ICONA is. The Star Bar is so much fun and a great place for cocktail hour. Phil, Bree, and Riley are the dream team!! They were so professional, accommodating, patient, kind, and genuinely supportive. The entire staff was amazing. On wedding day, they made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. They took the guess work out of everything and made things very easy. For guests, it’s convenient with all food located inside of the hotel and everything you need. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas included for beach time which made things very easy. So much was included in the wedding price that it made things more affordable and gave us the ability to elevate our wedding at a reasonable price. Best day of our lives! easy to work with! They were so responsive via phone or email with any questions and they made wedding day flow so smoothly!! They were there to help you with anything you needed! Originally, we went to look at Icona Diamond Beach just to get a feel for what looking at a venue entailed. But we fell in love with the venue! We loved the palm tree walkway- palm trees were a necessity for me! The new ballroom overlooking the beach was breathtaking! My now husband got goosebumps when he walked into the ballroom and that's part of the reason we knew this was our venue!! We had the BEST wedding day at Icona Diamond Beach! Our weather was perfect for outside in June but we were also prepared if mother nature had other plans by using the tents onsite (another positive for this venue- rain backup plan). The food was topnotch- all of our guests raved about the food and our signature drink! Having everything in one place was so nice and easy, especially for our guests! The getting ready rooms were also a huge plus to booking this venue. The bridal Spa-Lon is so beautiful with a lot of natural light and salon chairs to use for hair and makeup. The Aloha Room was used for the guys to get ready and all chill and then the whole bridal party was in there prior to ceremony! It was great to have big comfortable spaces for our whole wedding party! I can't recommend Icona Diamond Beach enough!! My guests say it was one of the best weddings they've ever attended!! I wish I could relive this day over and over again!! Thank you Icona Diamond Beach and Phil, Bree, Riley for the BEST wedding day!

Each place was perfect and exactly what we wanted for our beach wedding. There’s no going wrong when choosing the location of your events- each one is just as beautiful as the next! The food and drinks were incredible, especially because of the staff serving them! The bartenders and servers were excellent and our guest still talk about how great they were. All (about) 110 guest were served dinner at or very close to the same time- which may be a benefit of selecting the ballroom for your reception. Food was delicious and exactly what we expected it to be. Back to the incredible staff- Phil, Bree, and Riley are the amazing wedding planners and coordinators. They were fabulous at every stage of planning! As a team, they helped make our vision come together. They are professional, accommodating, and so, so kind! They truly helped make choosing ICONA Diamond Beach a no brainer for us! Our guests continue to rave about their experiences and we could not be prouder to have had our wedding here. “I can’t believe we are in Wildwood!” “I’ve never been to a wedding where everyone got their dinner at the same time!” “That bartender had my drink ready before I got to the bar!” - all comments from our guests who had a blast! Phil and Riley were very accommodating in all aspects of planning, even when we had some last minute changes to guest counts and special entertainment additions. The guest rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean with very comfortable beds! We also used their preferred vendors (Angel of Love Officiant, Ken Schaffer Entertainment, Paula Cella Photography, Say I Do Hair and Makeup, The Bake Works) which was the best decision. They all did a phenomenal job in helping make our day so very special and fun. We extended our stay with friends and family and continued the wedding celebration. Looking forward to coming back to the ICONA Diamond Beach again to relive all the amazing wedding memories. Thank you for everything!

Even on the weekends and nights whenever we had a question or concern. They helped everything run so smooth down to the small details we wanted on our day. We had an extra windy day on the beach, so some of our decor had to be moved around to make more secure, Riley & Phil came up with perfect alternatives to still keep our vision. The food was AMAZING from the cocktail hour, to the dinner and even the after party, all our guest RAVED about it! Through the entire planning process the whole team at the ICONA never made me (the bride) feel as if I needed to worry about a thing - and they were right! Our wedding day on July 17, 2022 was perfection, from start to finish. The day began in their Spalon room getting ready to the pavilion tent and beach walk for our first look. The ceremony on the beach was everything we wanted. Next, moving to the cocktail hour with relief from the sun in the open aired tent. We then moved to the beautifully renovated ballroom overlooking the ocean with floor to ceiling glass windows! Finally, our guests enjoyed an after party back down to the beach bar for cabanas, fire pits and late night snacks and drinks! I can not tell you how many guests raved about the food, hotel, and overall beach wedding experience. Thank you to everyone who made it all possible. We HIGHLY recommend having your dream wedding at ICONA Diamond Beach!

Best Wedding Ever and unforgettable from all our guests. i would get married there 10 more times if i could. lol. highly recommend and i could give them 200 stars i would!!

ception on the beach, but after a lengthy search, we found Icona who offered it all! As many of our guests put it, it was a ‘local’ destination wedding, and on June 4th, it was truly magical! Our first impression of the venue was meeting with Alyssa. On our first visit, she toured us around the property, explained what the venue had to offer, but even with only a few dates left in 2022, Alyssa never made us feel pressured. When we finally decided on the venue, we worked with an initial coordinator, who later transitioned to Phil and Riley – the transition was smooth and seamless. For several months leading up to our wedding, Phil was available, attentive and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we didn’t have a worry on our special day. Every detail was accounted for by Phil and his team, from our rehearsal festivities the evening before, through our wedding day, afterparty and guest brunch the following morning. The team covered every detail. Although we envisioned a ‘small BBQ on the beach,’ we ended up with an amazing wedding weekend with our family and friends, all of whom have not yet stopped talking about the ‘best wedding ever’! Our day turned out to be so much more than we had ever expected, much of which was attributable to Phil and his team! We can’t thank Icona enough for all they’ve done, and would highly recommend Phil and team!

re our wedding ceremony and reception were picture perfect and the cooking team made an absolute incredible feast of our stations themed as "Around The World"! On the day of the wedding, Phil, Kira, and Alyssa checked in multiple times to ensure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything, including making my husband and I plates of food and putting them at our sweetheart table so we could eat. We had an absolutely incredible wedding at Icona Diamond Beach!! It was so beautiful!

Overall, the food, service, drinks and setting were fabulous. Everyone in attendance complimented the food which says a lot about their catering.
