There were a few unexpected hiccups (as there always are with weddings), but Beth handled each one quickly, quietly, and with such grace that we didn’t even know anything had gone wrong until after the fact—and by then, she had already solved it. Her ability to think on her feet and keep everything moving smoothly was truly impressive. Beth took care of all the details, big and small, and gave us the incredible gift of being able to just be present on our wedding day. Overall, we can’t recommend their service enough!

From the very first meeting, she felt like family. It was comfortable and easy—not at all like a formal business meeting. On the wedding day itself, she was phenomenal. She met me at the hotel to make sure I was okay and had everything I needed, and she also checked in on my husband and the guys. When it (unfortunately) rained and our original plan for outdoor first looks was at risk, she actually went to the venue ahead of time to find an area where we could still do them outside without getting soaked. She worked seamlessly with the venue staff to keep everything running smoothly, especially with all of my little personal details that were important to me. Throughout the entire planning process, she stayed in constant touch with us, making sure nothing fell through the cracks. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it makes all the difference. In fact, three of my friends have already booked her after seeing how incredible she was at our wedding! She also has a tent rental business we’re excited to use in the future. Mandi is truly the best, and we’re so grateful we had her by our side on our big day.

erience coordinating backyard weddings - they came and did a walkthrough of the yard with us and thought of things we wouldn't have, coordinated seamlessly with our vendors, and helped us come up with a plan B in case the rain in the forecast came through. A bonus? They are the most lovely sister duo who took the stress out of the experience and made it so much more fun! A home wedding means the whole family is involved, and every member of my family at one point said to me "thank God for Beth!" Beth was our day of coordinator and she was by far the MVP! She was there every single time we even thought we might need something, she absolutely went above and beyond and made every single moment even more special - she even ran into my parents' house and made pasta for a vegan guest during the reception! t vendor hire we made. Truly the MVP of the day (besides us). I’m a pretty organized person, but I could not be on site for the set up and take down and knew I needed someone who could get it all done for me. I hired Mandi about 3 months out for Day Of services. She checked in on me so much more often than I expected, and even when I had a question outside of her DOC duties, she gave me tips and ideas for locations when I needed them. And the day of? She was worth her weight in gold and then some! I had zero anxiety on our wedding day because I knew Mandi was there taking care of it. She gave us such peace of mind at our very DIY wedding. What a gift she was. Hire her!!!

When my SIL drop out of the wedding the week of Mandi did everything for me- contacted vendors to change counts, came up with modifications, and provided me comfort and support during a very stressful time. She came with me to both my final details and favor/walk through appointments. She is the most organized person ever as well. She was on top of every single detail and made sure each vendor executed them. The day of it ended up raining so we needed to make some last minute changes and she took care of all of it for me. I swear she was more upset about the rain than me, all because she wanted me to have my perfect day! One of the most helpful things I didnt even consider until the day of was that she was able to hold onto all of our tips for me and give them to the respective vendors so I didnt need to stop partying to make payments. I literally could write on and on about her. I cant recommend her enough, especially if you have a larger bridal party! The timeline she gave me for the day was literally something conjured up from my type A dreams.

We all know there is a lot that goes into planning a wedding, lots of details that the average couple would never know they needed. Mandi's, professionalism during the initial phone call was a welcome relief. As a busy professional, I had no time to make all the vendor calls needed to create a venue in our backyard. During the initial consultation I felt that she really listened to what we wanted which made me feel at ease. Mandi made recommendations for everything, from the florist, DJ, rentals, tents, bathroom trailer, dumpster, right down to the wine barrels. Everything was very well orchestrated, all the vendor coordination was truly impressive! If there was a problem I was completely unaware. On the day of the event she made sure we were on time and taken care of. Mandi took the stress our of our day and I am happy to say my wedding day was a memorable and joy filled day, thanks to Mandi I did not have to worry about anything - we fully enjoyed our wedding. Thank you, thank you, thank you - those words do not seem powerful enough to express how grateful I am for all that you did!

inator for my backyard wedding since my father is ill, I am in school and planning the whole thing myself. Well, Mandi took over like gangbusters, and I was so pleased. Now she's more of a wedding planner as she has offered more advice for vendors, more of her talents, and more of her time through emails and composing my timeline with all of my vendors than I ever could have expected. She put us in touch with the maitre d of the restaurant we were interested in and suggested the limo company we hired for our bus. She also gave me suggestions for hair and makeup, a florist, and a liquor store for the champagne but I went locally with those. The suggestions were still much appreciated and budget friendly! In no way does she make it feel like you feel like just another bride or get frustrated when you come to her with "one last thing" (which never is). She is so lovely and friendly and really takes the time to get to know you, your groom, and your story. When she came to the house to see what the set up would be my parents absolutely loved her and she had so many great ideas for set up and decorating that we never thought of before. She's even bringing her own tablecloths, cake stand, champagne glasses, and galvanized tub for our water bottles to help us out with extra things we didn't want to have to buy and never use again. I cannot recommend Mandi highly enough. Seriously, contact her today. You won't be sorry. She's an absolute dream for the stressed bride to work with, is highly organized, not afraid to roll up her sleeves, has so many great suggestions, and is someone who will make you feel very comfortable on your special day. My fiance and I said we'd only hire people we felt like we would actually hang out socially with if they were friends and not just vendors and Mandi is like the best friend you never knew you had. Not only does she have an incredibly kind and vivacious personality, but she is also very well versed in the ways of wedding things! Something my husband and I so weren't. As if she herself weren't amazing enough, she also came up with an "out-of-this-world" team of vendors. Every person she referred us to (which by the way she was there for each meeting with new vendors so we wouldn't feel alone or intimidated) were such a huge pleasure to work with as well. For such a stressful occasion in our lives (did I mention I hate wedding planning?) she made it as easy as possible. From vendors to scheduling to helping create decorations and making sure each tiny detail was well coordinated, Mandi can do it all. We had so many compliments all night and still do about our wedding - none of it possible without her. One of my favorites was a friend (also in the service business) who caught Mandi helping to clean up the night of to make sure everything in every moment was still perfect. I don't think there was ever a second where she wasn't running around working her butt off. Well, maybe when she gave us the honor of sharing a dance or two with us. ;) If you haven't figured it out by now, we were so grateful to have Mandi, and we can safely say it would be a mistake for ANYONE to consider planning a wedding without her.
