Paula has always had a love for event planning and completed her first event planning course by August 2021. With her background in counseling and creative spirit, she works to ensure each couple's nuptial dream is handled with care. Paula speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese and will happily tailor her planning information in all three languages. When she's not organizing celebrations, she spends her time doing volunteer work and relaxing with her beloved dogs.
You will have multiple packages to choose from, with options ranging from full-service planning to day-of coordination. Iconic Occasions will be ready to give you as much assistance as you need in the months leading to your big day. On your big day, Paula will be present on-site to oversee the essential details while you enjoy your wedding to the fullest.

ent, calm and extremely organized (this is coming from a very type A event planner). On the day of my wedding, I knew I was in good hands, I was able to relax and everyone in my wedding party and family knew who was boss. The backend planning tool that I.O. gave us access to was what I lived by during the planning process! At the end of it now, it feels bittersweet as I know I won’t be talking to her on a day-to-day basis as we were. Don’t hesitate to book these ladies!

of out of town and international guests. She was on top of everything and kept the planning process seamless from beginning to end. Paula's calm energy and demeanor was also key in keeping us un-stressed through the whole thing.
When it came to the actual wedding day, Paula and Monica were on top of everything, and as a bride I was able to fully enjoy my day and be present, without getting caught up in last minute decisions or issues. Everything was handled and Paula and her team were well prepared, including bringing supplies for any possible need.

tions, 3. They had to be on top of everything. Paula fit all my requirements, and she went above and beyond. When we interviewed, she asked me what one of my goals was and I said I want and need help to make sure our special moments weren’t interrupted and mission was completed!! She went above and beyond with helping set up our reception center while our ceremony was at my church. If anything went array, she was on top of it, she communicated with all the vendors weeks before the wedding so they have her information so they would all go to her and make sure I was stress free on the day of the wedding. We misplaced one of my dresses and she offered to have someone pickup from our house 30 minutes away to make sure we got it in time (I sent my family but still so nice that she offered). She had to rearrange the schedule a little bit, but she always made sure to tell me everything was going to plan so I didn’t worry. Thankfully, everything else went amazing and I was able to let go of the wedding planning process and finally enjoy our wedding thanks to Paula. I cannot thank you enough for everything you did, Paula!!

On the day of the wedding, she solved every single problem, made the venue absolutely beautiful, and was extremely supportive. She made sure everything stayed on schedule. She added little things that made the day even more special, like a bridal emergency bag, glow sticks on the dance floor, packs of tissues for the ceremony, and bathroom baskets. She packed everything up at the end of the night and kept everything so organized. I really can't say enough about my experience with Iconic Occasions. The details were perfect - she left tissues on all of the ceremony chairs, left caddies full of hairspray, makeup remover, eye drops, and anything you could think of in the reception bathrooms, and left caddies of getting ready supplies in the bridal suite.
