Formerly Tilly the Tipsy Trailer, Idaho Tipsy Trailers is a locally owned and operated mobile bar business that serves Idaho. Our small fleet of traveling bars brings the party right to you, providing a truly unique and elevated bar experience. We offer custom signature cocktails, stunning mobile bar rentals, and highly skilled event bartenders that add a touch of distinction to your event. Founded on a passion for fun and creativity, we are committed to providing you and your guests with a one-of-a-kind experience centered around fresh, unique, craft cocktails and personally curated menus. Our staff members are professionally trained and TIPS-certified by the state of Idaho. Our bartenders are equipped with all the essential accouterments necessary to create a unique bar experience. No matter your event, all of our services are customized based on your vision for the perfect bar service. Plus, we are fully licensed and insured alcohol service providers, authorized by The Tower Grill. Please note that a non-refundable setup fee of $500.00 is required for either Tilly the Tipsy Trailer or Dixie the Tipsy Trailer. If you prefer to use our stand-alone bar, vintage beverage cart, or your venue's bar, we require a setup fee of $350.00. This fee includes up to 6 hours of service, one bartender, disposable cups, cocktail napkins, straws, ice, and a city/county permit for up to 100 guests. It's important to keep in mind that if your guest count is over 100, two bartenders are required. However, If you'd like to have only one bartender for over 100 guests, it is entirely up to you. You can also add extra hours and one TIPS-certified bartender, cups, cocktail napkins, straws, and ice for $55 per hour. Please note that all alcohol sales include a tax of 6%, and a 20% gratuity will be added to any hosted tabs. All transactions not paid in cash will be subject to a 3% electronic processing fee. Moreover, there is a $750 event minimum. In case you don't reach this amount, we will charge the minimum amount of $750.00 plus gratuity. All rentals include 60 miles of travel roundtrip from SE Boise. If your event requires us to travel further, each additional mile will be charged at $1.00 per mile. In addition, an extra travel fee or accommodations may apply depending on the location. The travel fee will be added and billed after the event, along with any hosted tabs.
