Dakota was absolutely incredible. As a queer couple she never made us feel strange or uncomfortable. She was extremely passionate and driven the entire time. All the vendors she found for us were an absolute delight and well within our budget. And organization, my god she was constantly on top of it. She had the most detailed notes imaginable, with plenty of very readable breakdowns on budget, payment schedules, and timelines.
Her on the day coordinator Mia was fantastic and Dakota made sure to check in several times on the day of. She was great with communication as well, constantly keeping up with tons of emails and schedules. We never felt left out or waiting for communication. Her rate for the amount of work she put in is extremely reasonable.
We could not be any happier with her service and without her we definitely would have gone crazy! She is a must for your wedding.
Dakota made our wedding day so special, easy for us, and made sure it went off without any issues! She is absolutely amazing, responsive, and helpful. I would definitely recommend using her as a coordinator
Dakota and her team with Ideal Event Solutions were exactly what I was looking for in a day of coordinator. She was the first vendor I hired when I first started wedding planning. I knew from the beginning that I did not want myself or my friends/ family to be dealing with any set up, vendor coordination, etc. on the actual wedding day so this was a must for me. Dakota met with me beforehand to make sure we had the basics down regarding processional and design and we even got down to do the nitty gritty of lighting and trash pick-up. I also ended up hiring her for tablescape design as well. She is very easy to talk to and happily set up and modified her packages to suit my needs and was always very fair and open with all of her pricing. I can be bad at speaking up for myself so her open, non-pressure approach was very much appreciated. She also never made me feel dumb about any of my questions, since I knew next to nothing about wedding planning!
On the day of the wedding, we didn't have to worry about a thing. I just showed up and it all looked amazing. She figured out when and how we all walked out and timed it perfectly. At the end of the day, my pinterest board came to life, all in a stress free manner. What else could I ask for?! Haha! I would highly recommend Ideal Event Solutions.
Dakota is the best! I hired her early-on and she helped us find vendors, recommended the DJ, and met with us a month beforehand to nail down details. She did more than the 'month planning' that I had booked and answered hours worth of questions in our meeting. On the wedding day, she handled all decorations on her own and I trusted her with my vision so my family and I could focus on getting ready. During the wedding, she ensured we stayed on schedule and let us know when it was time for the next thing, so we didn't have to worry about any timing details. She was the point-of-contact so no vendors were messaging me on the wedding day, which was such a relief.
She is super organized, thoughtful, creative, and dedicated to giving you a wonderful experience. She helped make my wedding dreams come true and her pricing is better than anyone in town. We tipped her extra because it just didn't feel like it was enough for all she did. Don't hesitate to book her!! She really went above and beyond for us and we can't thank her enough!! xoxo
Dekota is so amazing! Even with a few last minute changes, she helped me pull off an amazing wedding! I struggle with picturing things in my head but Dekota took my ideas and made them a reality in the best way! She went above and beyond for my wedding and made it amazing!
Dakota is amazing! Hands down I could not have done this process alone. She helped me plan my out of state wedding and had connections and great advice every step of the way. She is extremely detail oriented and learns your vision to make sure she creates the perfect wedding for you. I honestly could not have done this wedding without her. I’m one month away from my date and she has alleviated any stress I could feel. Run to hire Dakota for your wedding she’s worth it!!

Dakota is a phenomenal person. She helped me in more ways than I ever anticipated needing for my wedding. My photographer canceled the contract at the last minute and she found me an even better one literally the same day. Things went kinda crazy during my wedding and she really helped me stay calm and helped my family through a very traumatic incident. If you're comparing any coordinators stop now and just hire her, you will not regret it! Literally LOVE her❤️
I hired Dakota for the month and day of coordination. She was so helpful and organized. We planned our wedding in Houston from New York and she went entirely above and beyond to help us organize everything from a distance. Then on the day of she and her assistant were absolutely on top of everything and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Highly recommend!!!
I hired Dakota as my month/day of coordinator. She did an amazing job making sure everything ran smoothly the day of. I literally could have not done it without her! She made my and my family’s day stress-free. I loved that she stayed in touch with me every step of the way and her eye for details. I highly recommend her services!
Due to Covid our wedding has been changed so many times and I felt like it was going to end up being A disaster… Dakota came in and she takes the bull by the horn. I couldn’t imagine my day more beautiful more elegance and just perfect the way she ran every thing from the smallest details to the biggest ones! I couldn’t imagine anyone else doing our events!
