Plus, the virtual lessons were a lifesaver and allowed us to practice in the comfort of our own home and provided great flexibility for our super busy schedules. We chose a medley of songs with different styles, and Jennifer and team seamlessly blended them into a cohesive performance that perfectly fit the feel we were looking to achieve. Jennifer worked with us to ensure the choreography matched our skill level (again, we’re not dancers! Lol) and gave us the confidence to shine on our big day. She also went above and beyond by providing tips for practicing on our own, prepping for the week leading up to the wedding, and even guiding us on how to coordinate with the MC and make the transition from cutting the cake to taking the floor. The result was everything we hoped for and more. Our guests loved it, and we felt so at ease during a moment that could have been intimidating. By the end of our package of lessons, we surprised ourselves with our dance skills and never in a million years would have thought we would be doing spins and dips, never the less in front of nearly 100 people!! She also went over things we would never have thought about such as transitions, the parent hand off after the first dance, and what you do once you finish your dance. If you're on the cusp of deciding whether to do lessons or not - stop thinking, just do it! It was honestly our favorite parts of wedding planning. It's a great date night and we had so much fun each lesson! Having gone through the classes and understanding their teaching approach, if you are considering virtual lessons there's no doubt in my mind that would still get the same out of it as if you were in person. Overall I would 1000% recommend International Dance Studio!

We nailed our first dance and were able to use what we learned throughout the night. Now, we can use our new moves for date nights and future weddings!

My dad and I worked with Patrizio to learn the Foxtrot to the song "What a Wonderful World" by Louis Armstrong. Patrizio was an amazing instructor! My dad and I aren't the best dancers, but Patrizio made us feel like we were. He was so patient, kind, and positive! Our wedding guests loved our father-daughter dance, especially the surprise ending that Patrizio helped us create!
