Extremely sad, disappointed, and frustrated with the lack of communication and unfulfilled services. Wedding was Sept 2021, still no product provided as of December 2022. Will not ...
respond to texts, emails, phone calls, etc. We loved Ashley, but this has been a nightmare.
Ashley was absolutely amazing. She made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera and captured all the perfect moments.
Do NOT hire this person. My wedding was June 2021 and I still do not have my wedding video. Ashley kept promising I would have it by a certain date and said “things were crazy” and...
offered no explanation. She stopped responding to me. I will be filing a civil suit and/or pressing criminal charges. She took my money and I have nothing to show for it. Wish I could leave zero stars.
*Edited - Ashley did provide the video. It was way behind schedule. (Wedding Oct 3 / Video June 6) The video did turn out absolutely great. She is very talented at what she does...
. That being said the communication was lacking and I wasn't sure it was going to happen. Videographer did explain the situation after and it does make sense as to why. To those waiting stay in contact as best you can.
I think a 1 star is too high. They took our wedding pictures in June 2021, delivered the photo's in sufficient time. But failed to deliver the Video. If thats not bad enough the...
y refuse to respond to email, voicemail or FB messages.
A simple response would be greatly appreciated. I hope our Attorney has better luck. Yes I think its worth hiring legal council as this is an important item that we can't get without Ashley. Had we had known she was not reliable we could of used someone else.
Everything was going very well with Ashley leading up to the wedding and during our big day but after we got married she stopped responding to messages. I’m writing this because we...
have still not gotten our video back yet and haven’t had any good contact with her about it.
Wish there was an option for no stars. My friend’s wedding was October, and they still haven’t seen their video. It’s now April. The money was paid, so not sure why they can’t send...
them the video. I would definitely avoid this videographer…
Scammer, takes the money for the wedding and has not provided money or product. Once attempting to contact then blocks individuals.
Can't say enough good things. We are so thankful to have had Ashley & Natasha capture our wedding. Watching our video was like reliving the day but with the additional perspectives...
that we’d missed out on.
You will not go wrong with this team, if you want one less thing to worry about; you're looking at the right vendor.
Ashley and Natasha were AWESOME.
Ashley made the wedding planning process easy as she was very patient and professional with us from start to finish. Whenever we had questions, A...
shley was prompt and very thorough with her responses.
One thing I really want to make note on is how during the ceremony they worked hard in the background unnoticed and unobtrusive.
Actually... they were noticed, but in a good way! Some guests noticed how Ashley went above and beyond. Apparently she was crawling on the floor and positioning herself in awkward poses, sacrificing any sort of comfort or convenience just to get “the shot”. They are dedicated and we couldn’t be happier with their creative vision!
