Refurbishing the structure was at times difficult, but the builders and architects held true to their vision. The interior is styled with a contemporary ambience showcasing an arrangement of brick, metal, and wood in an aesthetically pleasing manner. The exquisite physical space of the bar is complemented by a delightful cocktail menu created by Brian Van Flandern. This expert mixologist’s work is celebrated throughout the world. The bartenders employed are all highly skilled at the craft, making sure your toasts are truly memorable. The total space in the cocktail lounge spans 7,500 square feet, offering plenty of room for mingling while sipping a speciality beverage. The atrium features a number of balconies, giving guests a view of the activities below. There are two patios as well. One of these spaces affords you and loved ones sights of Sixth Street while the other features comfortable seating. Smaller gatherings of up to 70 people can be held in the Snug Room which possesses a heated balcony, fireplace, and secluded bar. The Mezzanine is another area for events ideal for those with short guest lists around 30 and offers privacy. More relaxed is the Parlor Room, which is able to accommodate between 20 and 25 of your nearest and dearest. To complement your event’s drink menu, a selection of platters, hors d'oeuvres, and sides are available.
