They were on time for every stop, and our guests loved it! I would recommend using them for your wedding day transportation.

We had issues figuring out the bluetooth on the morning ride but our group had no issues getting the music going for the evening ride. We didn't have a lot of interaction with the company just due to the nature of the service, but the little correspondence we did have was great and I would highly recommend booking the party bus with Igport.

om the church to reception. Igport was able to do a one way service. Though not cheap, it was similar in price to getting enough Uber blacks for that many people from church to reception (about 6 miles through Dallas on a Saturday evening). We reserved a regular shuttle about a month prior to the wedding date, and paid a deposit at that time. I was a little nervous because I didn't hear from John confirming week of event, but I gave him a call day of and they did indeed have us on the schedule. The driver not only arrived in the correct pick up location of the large church lot on time, but they surprised us by showing up in the trolley we had hoped for and didn't think we could get. It was so fun to have the white trolley for everyone to climb into, and made for great photos! The driver was exceptional to top it off! Would definitely use this service again.

but our wedding was downtown on a Saturday, and we didn't end up being late so not a huge deal. Other than that it was a great experience!

r transportation will arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time”. Well, my scheduled start time was 12:30pm. The bus did not arrive until after 1pm. Since the bus was late for the first trip of the day (taking myself and my bridesmaids to the church), that also meant it was late for the second (groom and groomsmen) and third (remaining hotel guests) stops of the day. Fortunately, the final round of guests from the hotel did make it to the church just in time for the 2pm start, but I am truly disappointed that I had to spend a frantic 30 minutes waiting in the lobby of my hotel in a wedding dress for the bus to arrive so I could get on it… and then another stressed hour hoping it picked up the groom and the remaining hotel guests in time. I will note that the driver did remain in contact with me prior to their arrival letting me know how far away they were, though there wasn’t any form of apology or an acknowledgement that they were so late. I put a ton of preemptive thought into the transportation schedule BEFORE the wedding in an attempt to not have to worry about it on the wedding day. Yet, there I was two hours before I’m set to get married, worried about the transportation logistics.

ause we had small children with us, we went through three different buses to determine which best worked for us. He was very professional, patient, gracious and kind to me being the crazy Mom wanting things to be perfect for my daughter’s (and our last child to get married) wedding to be perfect. I need to add that the driver was prompt, arrived early enough to get us loaded on the party bus, and was very professional. It was a lot of driving for her but she never showed an ounce of frustration and got us to the venue on time. We also rented a Rolls Royce for the wedding getaway. Again, the car arrived promptly and the driver was very professional and kind. My daughter’s experience with the transportation was the icing on the cake for her!!! Thank you, Igport Limos, for a wonderful and very affordable experience. I highly recommend y’all to anyone looking for transportation for any kind of event. I will definitely use you again for future needs!

but good things to say about them!

was a lot of concern whether we could even have our wedding due to Covid, but we kept in contact with John throughout. I had to make many changes in times of pick-up/ drop-off, and each time he was very flexible with getting us new times. I didn’t ride with the wedding party to the church, but when I got on it was completely different than what I had ordered. I was later informed we got upgraded! It was so sweet, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the ride (even if it was only for a 15-minute drive). I am glad we picked Igport for transportation services and would look to be a returning customer for future events.

ease. We had gone back and forth on quotes for different vehicles trying to find the best option for our budget and finally chose our vehicles for our wedding transportation. Little did we know Igport had a wonderful surprise for us. I can’t tell you how wonderful it felt to walk down to the car to head to my wedding to see our wonderful driver waiting for us with a huge upgrade in vehicles and letting us know they wanted to make our day special. How amazing is that. All of our friends and family couldn’t stop talking about what wonderful service that was. But Igport kept the surprise going. At the end of the night, we were treated to another surprise and another upgraded vehicle for our weddings grand exit. Our entire wedding was blown away to see the stunning Rolls Royce we were able to leave in. Both of Igports vehicles were perfectly maintained and cleaned and the drivers were very prompt on pickup times. The entire process with Igport was just perfect. I can’t say enough good things about Igport. I highly recommend their service to anyone in need of transportation services.

Lakesha was amazing and such a blessing to our big day. She was friendly, excited, and celebrated with us as if she was in the wedding party herself!
