We hired IGPORT for our wedding shuttle transportation as well as our exit. Both were great experiences! For the shuttle we ordered the party bus which our guests lovedddddd. Our driver was so sweet and got everyone to the venue perfectly. For the exit we ordered the Rolls Royce and our driver was just as nice. Both drivers arrived early and were very professional. 10/10 recommend for your wedding.

We hired Igport for point to point transportation for our wedding day and booked the party bus to take us to the venue and back to our hotel after the wedding. We had the same driver both times and she was very friendly and arrived early. The bus was very clean and looked very expensive and fancy which is what we wanted. We had issues figuring out the bluetooth on the morning ride but our group had no issues getting the music going for the evening ride. We didn't have a lot of interaction with the company just due to the nature of the service, but the little correspondence we did have was great and I would highly recommend booking the party bus with Igport.

I used IGport limo for my wedding. The level of service from IGport was fantastic and of high quality. The limo was very clean and came with complementary drinks. We used Igport for our wedding in December 2021, and they were great! I was a little worried about the drive from our getting ready location to our venue, but the driver got us there safely and on time. Our getaway car was a beautiful vintage vehicle, and some of our favorite photos from the wedding are in the car. Our driver for the end of the night was also very kind and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

John at Igport in Dallas came through for us on wedding day! We were finding it difficult to find a service without a 4-6 hour min. that could take our wedding party of about 25 from the church to reception. Igport was able to do a one way service. Though not cheap, it was similar in price to getting enough Uber blacks for that many people from church to reception (about 6 miles through Dallas on a Saturday evening). We reserved a regular shuttle about a month prior to the wedding date, and paid a deposit at that time. I was a little nervous because I didn't hear from John confirming week of event, but I gave him a call day of and they did indeed have us on the schedule. The driver not only arrived in the correct pick up location of the large church lot on time, but they surprised us by showing up in the trolley we had hoped for and didn't think we could get. It was so fun to have the white trolley for everyone to climb into, and made for great photos! The driver was exceptional to top it off! Would definitely use this service again.

We used IGPort for our welcome party transportation and day-of. Overall we were impressed with everything, the vehicles were super nice. Our driver on the day of was a little late, but our wedding was downtown on a Saturday, and we didn't end up being late so not a huge deal. Other than that it was a great experience!

Easy to set up and beautiful vehicles! Showed up right on time and laid out the red carpet and had champagne waiting for us! Loved the just married sign in the window! Made for a wonderful get away!

We had the best experience with IG Port! We had several people coming in from out of town for our wedding and we ended up with three different reservations to fulfill all our needs. For every reservation, IGPort was on time, extremely professional, and played great music! We wouldn't trust anyone else for transportation in the DFW area.

Our limo ride after getting married was one of my most favorite and memorable moments of the day - all thanks in part to Igport. Our driver was early and very sweet. And John made our Covid-postponement plans very easy; he was wonderful to work with! Highly, highly recommend IGPORT.

We rented a shuttle bus (“executive mini coach”) for 10 hours on the day of our wedding. The bus arrived ~30 minutes late, or really ~45 minutes late since they advertise that “your transportation will arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time”. Well, my scheduled start time was 12:30pm. The bus did not arrive until after 1pm. Since the bus was late for the first trip of the day (taking myself and my bridesmaids to the church), that also meant it was late for the second (groom and groomsmen) and third (remaining hotel guests) stops of the day. Fortunately, the final round of guests from the hotel did make it to the church just in time for the 2pm start, but I am truly disappointed that I had to spend a frantic 30 minutes waiting in the lobby of my hotel in a wedding dress for the bus to arrive so I could get on it… and then another stressed hour hoping it picked up the groom and the remaining hotel guests in time. I will note that the driver did remain in contact with me prior to their arrival letting me know how far away they were, though there wasn’t any form of apology or an acknowledgement that they were so late. I put a ton of preemptive thought into the transportation schedule BEFORE the wedding in an attempt to not have to worry about it on the wedding day. Yet, there I was two hours before I’m set to get married, worried about the transportation logistics.

Absolutely blew us away! I will forever recommend this company to anyone getting married in the DFW area. My guests loved the trolley to and from our venue and the driver was so awesome he even kept the party going and had the whole trolley singing all the way back to the hotel! Amazing customer service!! Highly recommend and will be using them again any chance I get!

We rented a classic Rolls Royce through Igport Limos for our wedding exit car and it was absolutely magical! The car itself was beautiful, clean, and exceeded all of our expectations. Our driver, Dave, took pictures and videos of our exit as well as pictures afterwards with the car itself before we left. He was so nice and accommodating. Igport Limos provided us with a party bus for transportation from Springtown, TX to The Milestone in Krum, TX. John was amazing when working with me to set up transportation. Because we had small children with us, we went through three different buses to determine which best worked for us. He was very professional, patient, gracious and kind to me being the crazy Mom wanting things to be perfect for my daughter’s (and our last child to get married) wedding to be perfect. I need to add that the driver was prompt, arrived early enough to get us loaded on the party bus, and was very professional. It was a lot of driving for her but she never showed an ounce of frustration and got us to the venue on time. We also rented a Rolls Royce for the wedding getaway. Again, the car arrived promptly and the driver was very professional and kind. My daughter’s experience with the transportation was the icing on the cake for her!!! From the beginning Igport provided us with the the utmost professionalism and customer service. All of our questions were answered immediately and any concerns we had were put at ease. We had gone back and forth on quotes for different vehicles trying to find the best option for our budget and finally chose our vehicles for our wedding transportation. Little did we know Igport had a wonderful surprise for us. I can’t tell you how wonderful it felt to walk down to the car to head to my wedding to see our wonderful driver waiting for us with a huge upgrade in vehicles and letting us know they wanted to make our day special. At the end of the night, we were treated to another surprise and another upgraded vehicle for our weddings grand exit. We used the white trolley for our wedding and it was absolutely STUNNING! So much fun, so clean, plenty of room for everyone to ride comfortably (and dance around, of course). Our driver was very sweet and so accommodating! We were running a few minutes behind schedule just to get to the church, but he hung out with us and made sure we arrived safely and on time! It was tough, especially with a full time job, but Igport was the easiest, most friendly vendor to work with. They had the schedule of transportation broken down for me and even upgraded me last minute to a trolley since one of the vehicles I chose was in the shop. I have used Igport Limousines a few times over the past 5 years for events. When it came to my wedding day I knew exactly who to call for limousine service. Igport is easy to work with, early to arrive, drivers are dressed professionally and are courteous to all riders. One thing that was very important to me is that there is no advertisements on the limousine. Igport keeps it clean and classy.

We rented the trolley for our wedding. Our driver (Bella I believe is her name) was very punctual and very cordial. The trolley was beautiful, we had a very large wedding party and it fit us all, and looks great in our pictures! The customer service while booking was also great. We selected the 32 passenger Trolley to get the wedding party to and from the church to the reception. The Trolley was great as well as the driver she was fantastic! She helped us on and off the Trolley. She also got us to all our destinations safely. I would recommend hiring this company again. They were great to work with.

Great wedding transportation company. We rented their 20 passenger Cadillac Escalade Limousine for our wedding. The limousine was very clean, and smelled very nice. Our driver Dan was great and very professional. Dan had a great personality and was there to help with anything we needed- even things not transportation related. I was very satisfied with the party bus quality and the price. I have called the company to talk to them about my complaints, but wanted to offer advice to anyone looking into hiring the company. My only advice is to make the payment long before the event so that there are not any problems the day of. They waited until 1:52 pm to contact me about payment problems whenever I was getting married at 2 pm. I had contacted the company two days earlier to make the payment and they said everything was fine. However, they waited until the day of to handle it. My guests were not able to get on the bus and I was taken out of some sweet moments to handle the problem. The next day this was one of the first complaints I heard. I would still recommend this company, because they showed up on time and got us where we needed to be.
