I hired iHart for my wedding. They did a greenscreen setup printed on 4x6 which was a hit with the family. The line got pretty long but the attendant (I didn't catch his name) did ...
a pretty good job moving everybody through.
For my layout, Paul offered to crop a graphic from my wedding invitation and copy the font so the photobooth layout matched my wedding invitation (and turned out pretty nice, if I say so myself). What I also appreciate was that unlike so many other photobooths, they didn't obviously advertise. They just printed their website on the lower left hand margin (so it was pretty subtle and small).
