We used Illuminations for a backdrop behind our head table and were so happy with the results. It looked beautiful and really elevated the space. Set up and tear down was seamless as well. I would highly recommend Illuminations for any draping needs.

I can highly recommend Leyna at Illuminations if you need someone to do the decorating at your next special event. Leyna decorated the lower ballroom at the Eagan Community Center for my son and his wife's wedding reception. They're actual wedding ceremony was in the Philippines in January. I knew I wanted to have a reception for them when we returned, but had no idea of what I wanted. My focus was truly on the trip and wedding out of the country. Leyna graciously said she would hold the date for our reception here. Upon my return to MN, I was ill for 2 weeks. So, in a very short time frame, she helped me decide on lighting and decor for the event. She listened to my requests/concerns and offered her own good suggestions. The already beautiful room was made even more beautiful with the cafe lighting. We used a portion of a wall to hang a lighted curtain to use as a backdrop for photos of the bride & groom and guests. We received many compliments on the room from the guests. Leyna took care of some last minute details that arose so that I didn't have to (ex. short on tablecloths, extra table in the room). She also communicated well with the community center manager. This was my first time hiring a decorator for an event. If I had to do one again, I wouldn't hesitate to call Leyna. She was great!
