I was very disappointed in my overall experience with Illumination Innovations. After paying our initial deposit with this company for our October wedding, communication failed. We...
would call and send emails with questions we had about our contract and they would not follow up with us. The week of our wedding, we still had not heard back from them concerning our lighting and we had to leave several voicemails and call repeatedly for someone to even respond. The ordeal left us very uneasy, but it was too late to find a replacement so we had to make do. On the wedding day, they arrived two hours later than scheduled but the lighting was setup as we requested. We did think the lighting was beautiful, however it was not worth the initial stress and lack of professionalism from Illuminations Innovations. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

s who really take pride in their work! I consulted with Blue Steel and Stage Right before committing to a lighting vendor and Illuminations Innovations prices CANNOT BE BEAT! You get top notch service from individuals who really care about you for a reasonable price. Of my vendors, they were one of the easiest and most accommodating to work with. On the day of, they showed up far in advance to set up and everything was perfect when I walked into the reception hall. Before my event I even gave them a list of the various colors I wanted during different segments throughout the night (ex: father/daughter dance; garter toss etc) and they followed my wishes flawlessly. I will recommend them to any other bride looking for a professional, reasonably priced lighting vendor to add that special touch to her wedding day. Book with them- you will not be disappointed. Illuminations Innovations- I cannot thank you enough!

siness. There are several other lighting companies in the Virginia Beach area, but I would suggest Illuminations Innovations over all the others! They are very willing to work with you on your lighting needs and have skilled technicians. They also provide an incredible value while still giving spectacular service!! Sherri was very willing to work within my budget, which is something I truly appreciated during the planning process. I got many compliments on the lighting in my venue, the Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center in Norfolk. I would highly suggest hiring Illuminations Innovations for your lighting needs, they will not let you down!
