I went there to get an updo for my son’s wedding and I couldn’t be happier. I was assigned Christine and she was absolutely fantastic! I showed her a few pictures of what I had in mind and she did exactly what I wanted. Throughout the appointment she would stop and have me check to make sure we were on track to create the look I wanted. And best of all, my hair looked PERFECT 13 hours later after a full day of inside and outside photos, hugging people and dancing the night away. And I am NOT exaggerating...Perfect!!! I received so many compliments on my hair that night too!!! I highly recommend Illusions and Christine!!!

I had my hair done by Katy - she was awesome. Really didn't have a solid plan as to what I wanted my hair to look like, but she came up with a beautiful style - and it held up thru my entire evening. Can't remember who did my make up but it was also very nice. Wasn't super impressed with my nails, mine and my sisters' all had chips that came off. Don't think they had enough time to dry in between coats, but the hair and makeup made up for it! Good experience.

Although I have been an Illusion's Color Spa client for over 10 years, be prepared to open your wallet if you go here for bridal hair. The practice run will cost you $80 plus tip and I'll leave it up to you to find out the cost for the day of. I loved my hair for my wedding day and Kate always does a fabulous job!

They have the best beauticians. My bridesmaids and I had our hair done. They done excellent work on our hair. The girls who worked there were nice and courteous.

Of all my vendors, I was most disappointed in Illusions Color Spa. I chose this salon because of its location and because they had enough stylists for my entire bridal party to get our hair done at the same time. But I left feeling like I overpaid for the services we received, and was disappointed in my hairstyle. Even after a trial run, it seemed like my stylist just wasn’t really listening to my suggestions, and went with what she thought I wanted instead of listening to what I had to say. At the end of the day, I think that I could have done a better job doing my own hair, and probably could have finished in half the time!
