. However, the guy who DJ’d our wedding (Aaron)was not as nice. I filled out the form with all of the music, dances, and activities we wanted to do (shoe game, anniversary dance, etc) and met with Aaron who confirmed that this would be possible during the one 15 minute meeting we had. The day of the wedding in June, he was horribly rude to my mother who was helping coordinate for me, and he didnt do any of the activites we had indicated on our sheet. All of the music for our dances was thankfully correct but I’m still upset about not doing the fun activities he confirmed would happen. If you’re booking with this company, make sure your DJ isn’t Aaron.

Secondly, Aaron (DJ-AA) was the BEST DJ we could've hoped to get for our wedding reception! He met us outside before the reception and didn't stop helping us until we left that night! He was so professional and efficient, everything ran smoothly and no one complained about how long it took for the night to move along because he was always making sure we were right on schedule. On top of all of that he was just a fun guy to be around, super friendly easy to talk to. I cannot hype this dude up enough, book him right now for your wedding or any event you are hosting!!! wedding. As we had been to several other friends/family’s wedding and always enjoyed those moments. Unfortunately, Ben/Image Entertainment forgot to communicate to the Photo Booth company that they were supposed to be at our wedding. They were suppose to arrive at the venue to set-up prior to our cocktail hour as a fun thing for our guests to do while waiting on the wedding party. Unfortunately, they arrived over 4 hours late and were not setup until 8:45 pm, which many of our guests had left by then. We left our own reception around 10:30pm. The Photo Booth was operational for 1 hour and 45min. The total cost of the photo booth for 5 hours was nearly $1000. Following our wedding, we reached out to Ben for a refund due to the lack of communication & poor punctuality conducted by Image. For you folks who love numbers like I do, $1000 divided by 5 hours is roughly $200 an hour. Ben initially offered us a refund of $350. After following up again to state $350 was not a satisfactory refund he only offered us $75 more for a total refund of $425, which brought our total for the photo booth to around $600 for less than 2 hours of work. I found this to be an incredibly poor business practice by Ben. When you make a mistake you should do what is fair and reasonable. The DJ Jaydn and the dance floor we got were great. However, for anyone looking to hire an Image Entertainment, I highly encourage you to look elsewhere so you will not fall victim to poor punctuality, terrible communication, and bad business practices by the owner when they inevitably mess something up for your special day. For any grooms in charge of hiring a DJ/ Photobooth, save yourself the trouble of having Image ruin a special part of your brides night because they can’t communicate timely for a reservation made 14 months in advance.

We had the cold sparks which were awesome! The video calls were so easy and fun with Ben and Conrad! Emailing them was so easy and they respond very quickly to all of your questions and concerns! Day of the wedding Conrad was our DJ! He was so kind when we were dismissed to eat! I am the bride and he served me through the Buffett line making my plate for me and pulled out my chair at the head table like a true gentleman I’ve never seen that happen and it was so sweet of him to do! We played a video during dinner and it went so smoothly with our dj and videographer. We LOVED the music and had a ton of fun! People were dancing all night long!! He spoke very clearly on the MIC which was my #1 wish for when picking our dj company! Highly recommend Conrad and Ben for all of your music needs whether it’s a wedding or any other event!! Thank you for the best night ever! ♥️
