I can’t say enough good things about Daniel Michael. We had a hard time finding a photographer that we trusted and were comfortable with. After having a meeting with Daniel, we booked immediately. Don was our photographer and he was the ABSOLUTE BEST photographer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His professionalism was outstanding. He took our engagement pictures first and his work is phenomenal. Not only is Don an exceptional photographer, he is an amazing person. He is friendly, kind and funny all while focusing on his work and job at hand. He has a great eye for detail and you can tell that photographing is a huge passion of his. Our entire family loved Don and thanked him at the end of our wedding night. I seriously can not say enough good things about Don, his work and his character. Simply the BEST. Thank you Daniel for setting us up with Don. We could not be happier that he shared our special day with us and captured our memories. We will forever be grateful!

Don was our photographer of choice, and my goodness did he deliver!! His team showed up an hour earlier than expected day of our wedding for getting ready shots, and he stayed until the near end of our incredibly long day. Our wedding was July 13th, and we asked a lot of him and his team to get shots in 3 different stops of downtown for the architecture alone - he was such a trooper (along with his amazing team day of!). It was excruciatingly hot, and we never heard a word of it from them. They led us through the most amazing day without a moment of hesitancy and I couldn’t be more thankful. Our photos are amazing, and he was just the kindest, most thoughtful professional for the job. We can’t thank Don and his team enough for their help and amazing photographs from our big day!! Highly recommend him to all, especially if you feel Daniel Michael himself is a bit “too much” for you. That was our impression initially, but the guys under him do just as amazing of a job behind the lens's with a much more approachable & comfortable demeanor. We loved our engagement photos just as much as our wedding photos, and would recommend Don to anyone who wants a more “take charge, but kindly and at your interest” type of leadership in their wedding ventures! Don was always excited about our ambitions, and never said no to a thing we asked of him - even in 100 degree heat! We can’t thank him and his amazing team enough for the amazing photos they developed for us.

We could not have picked a better photography company to do our engagement photos and our wedding. Jenna was amazing to work with. I am not a very photogenic person, but she was able to explain to me how to pose and got some awesome pictures. The quality of the pictures was superb. She was very thorough with all the pictures we got for our wedding. I could not believe all the pictures she took. They were so sweet and fun. She did a perfect job of capturing our wedding, and all the fun everyone had.

OMG OMG OMG!!! I cannot even begin to describe how AMAZING this team has been! From the start, they have been very communicative, friendly, and professional! We met with Daniel for over an hour and a half to go over the packages and options before booking. We selected Eric as our photographer and Tyler came as his second photographer. Eric and Tyler were absolute gems to work with! Eric is very funny and kind, and is able to keep the timeline moving! Tyler was fun to have, as he was experimenting with some shots and poses of his own. We just really loved that we were able to get candid shots along with our posed shots. Just an incredible job all around! We got our wedding photos back in 5 weeks. We got 1,200 photos back! It is so hard to pick any favorites and which ones to print because there is not a bad photo in the bunch! They are all STUNNING!! If you haven’t booked your wedding photographer yet, STOP LOOKING AND BOOK NOW!

I could go on and on about how great our experience with Daniel Michael but I'll try to keep it short and helpful since there is a character limit! My husband and I had a unique wedding photography session. It was our dream to have our wedding pictures at Great American Ball Park BUT we could only have it on a non-game day and for sentimental reasons we wanted our actual wedding to be on 6/21/24, so our pictures had to be done the day before on 6/20/24. Daniel and his team were great about adjusting their pricing since it was more like a portrait session instead of a full blown wedding. Leading up to our pictures, Daniel Michael and his team were great about answering any questions we had and if they didn't follow up on my email the day I sent it, they got back to me bright and early the next day! He also made sure to schedule 2 consultation sessions, one to get to know us and one to wrap up any details a few weeks before our photo session. He literally wrote down the names of our family members so that he could address everyone by name during our pictures! He even asked about our family's relationships with each other because my parents are divorced and not exactly on great terms, so he wanted to be mindful of that. The day of our pictures was unfortunately the hottest week of the year. I mean, it was 95 degrees and there was not a cloud in the sky so it felt more like 100+ degrees. Daniel was right on time and since we were only a party of 12, he was the only photographer with us. He had to carry around his camera and lighting equipment in the heat and never complained once. I let him know during one of our consultation sessions that my husband and I don't have any experience with taking professional photos, so we would need him to guide us and help us with poses. Daniel didn't let me down! He told us how to pose, he fluffed and styled my dress's long train at every place we took pictures, and he got through all of our pictures super fast (which was important because we had some older family members with us and again, it felt like it was 100+ degrees). We ended up ending our session a little early because it was so hot and Daniel made sure to check with us multiple times to make sure that's what we wanted since we paid for 3 hours and didn't use it all. That really impressed me because we just walked all over a huge baseball stadium AND took a bunch of awesome pictures outside the stadium and again, he never complained once or lost his positive attitude. We got our pictures back a few days ago and OH MY GOSH they look AMAZING!! I was worried that we were all going to look like we just went swimming because we were all sweating so much but between the lighting, the posing, and photo editing you couldn't tell we were hot at all! It looked like we took pictures on a nice, breezy, 70 degree day! I truly cannot get over how great every single picture he sent over looks. He even got them edited and sent back within 4 weeks during wedding season! TL;DR Daniel and his team are so fun to work with, are great at communication, willing to work with you on pricing depending on what kind of photo session you need, work with you to get the best shot possible, and get your pictures back to you as soon as possible. I truly wish I could give Daniel Michael more than 5 stars. I have no complaints at all!

I hired Daniel Michael’s photography for my Daughter/Son in laws wedding on March 10, 2024. I met with Daniel and explained my daughter wasn’t a huge fan of photographers as she didn’t like the cheesy poses she was made to do in the past. Daniel recommend Johnny Darwish, a Master Photographer, who works for him. Johnny didn’t disappoint. He took outstanding engagement photos of the couple before the wedding. We needed up using his photos in our wedding programs and it made them so much better. Johnny has a keen eye for just the right moment to snap a picture. And he made everyone feel at ease when snapping photo’s especially my daughter, the bride. Johnny was also very artistic as well as fun with his choice of photos. Since they got married on “Mario” Day he got creative with some of the props they brought to really make it unique and special for them. I can see why Daniel Michael photography has earned so many awards! I can’t recommend this photographer enough. He was our favorite vendor we worked with that special day! If you want unique and memorable photography, book with Daniel Michaels photography. They are well worth the money and will make everything easy and beautiful!!

I had an amazing experience with Daniel Michael's team. I chose to work with Jenna, based on some of the work I saw on the website, and she was an excellent choice for me. Her and beautiful. What made the experience even better though, was her team (Tyler and Elaine) who were fabulous also. You forget just how chaotic it can be prior to your wedding, and they were there to make everything flow smoother, more seamless (and I don't just mean pictures literally anything)-and frankly, we all just liked all of them. If you are trying to decide-take this as the sign you are looking for, and book them-you will not regret it.

Dan and his team are absolutely amazing! We had Mark and Allison as our photographers and they were absolutely awesome and made the whole day so easygoing and magical and the pictures turned out PHENOMENAL!! HIGHLY recommend them for your special day or any event you’re looking for! 110% satisfied!

Don was our photographer for our engagement shoot and wedding. He is AMAZING. At our engagement shoot he helped us to feel more comfortable getting pictures taken (if you're like me, you feel super awkward with this stuff) so we have some where you can really see that we're just having fun. He has a great eye for using the environment to make some beautiful pictures and definitely captures the big moments. Also if you or your ladies are the types to look back at photos and realize your bra strap is showing or necklace isn't straight? Don's got you! He notices EVERYTHING and will make sure everyone is looking just right for the photo. We are so happy that he was part of our day! We only have our sneak peek so far (he had it ready after just one week!) and we're so excited to see the rest!

From our first conversation, I knew that we would book Images by Daniel Michael. Their portfolio along with services offered was exactly what we wanted. The day of our wedding and Don and Teri were dream team! Don made sure that he gave guidance so we looked our best and our day flowed smoothly. Teri had a touch for photojournalism and they captured moments that I didn’t even know exist during the day. Don’s ability see an image from a unique lens, utilize light and capture breathtaking images is unparalleled! Best decision of our special day, other than getting married, was having Don capture our day!

We couldn’t be happier working with Eric at Images by Daniel Michael! He was extremely friendly, personable and extremely detailed. You can tell they really care and want your wedding day to be special. When we met with Daniel Michael on the first visit, we got the sense right off the bat his invested they are. We did engagement pics and wedding pics with them. One caveat, is they default to engagement photos at Sharon Woods. If you went a different location, you’ll have to suggest that to them (and possibly pay a fee). But all in all, they were great to work with and are extremely pleased with the quality of our photos! We already have a few canvases up on our wall 😊❤️

If you are looking for a wedding photographer, look no further! Images by Daniel Michael is organized, personable, and great to work with through the whole wedding planning process! Their experience in the field made it easy for us to trust them to capture our special day. And they delivered! We, in addition to our family and friends, are SO happy with how our wedding photos turned out and will treasure them for years to come. We worked with Johnny Darwish (lead photographer), Terry (bridal assistant), and Noah (photojournalistic photographer). It was great getting to know Johnny better through both our engagement photos session as well as our pre-wedding meeting. It made us feel more comfortable with him and allowed him to get to know us better as a couple. He asked questions concerning our style, likes and dislikes, and the photos that we wanted to prioritize capturing on the day of our wedding (like my obsession with the church's giant wooden doors...we got multiple photos in front of those!). It was also nice to get some experience in front of the camera before the wedding day through the engagement photos. Johnny was SUPER patient, captured lots of funny moments throughout the day (including my grandma's thirty second appearance on the dance floor), and thought of breathtaking shots all day (and we are far from models!). Terry fixed my train at least 100 times throughout the day and was super helpful. She even sewed ripped pants on the fly! Noah (attempted) to keep the groomsmen in line and came up with fun poses and angles to give us lots of cool photos. The candid photos are some of my personal favorites. We cannot recommend Images by Daniel Michael enough. Seriously, they know what they are doing, are talented professionals, and all-around great people!
