I wasn’t the easiest person to deal with and he knew exactly how to make this entire process not stressful and truly enjoyable. We had a lot of different sides of family and our wedding party to coordinate and Harrison was so enjoyable to work with, he blew us away with how easy and fast he was able to get all our must have pictures. Working with Harrison was a breeze. Right from the beginning of our search, we found him to be approachable and easy to work with. To add to it, he has an eclectic sense of humor. On the day of the wedding, he arrived before time. He ensured that the pictures taken were top notch, e.g., being very particular about removing anything one may have on his pockets before the portrait pictures. He was also great at managing everyone so that the best shots can be captured. His use of drone to take some of the aerial shots was truly amazing. He also has a very quick turnaround time ( < 1 week) for sharing the edited pics with a user friendly interface. We would any day recommend Harrison for your most important day in your life!

Harrison deserves 10 stars! We had the pleasure of working with Harrison for both our engagement shoot and wedding. Our engagement shoot was the first time we had done professional photography and appreciated Harrison's direction and guidance. This really prepared us for what to expect throughout the day of our wedding. Harrison went above and beyond to ensure we had captured all the moments of our special day. Since we opted not to do videography, photography was even more important to us. Harrison also listened to and sought from us our goals for the photography. Harrison was incredibly quick with getting our photos to us following both. We had our engagement session photos within days, and our wedding photos within two weeks. Cannot recommend Harrison and his team enough! Truly went above and beyond. Would hire Harrison again in the future.

Harrison is amazing! After a few quick prep calls, he showed up the day of my wedding and did wonderful work. From making the "bridal prep" photos totally comfortable to scoping out the best place in the hotel for family photos, to not making it feel posed and stuffy, Harrison was enthusiastic and creative the whole way. Everyone was super comfortable with him through the entire day and he was accommodating and lovely. I was skeptical of the drone shot but it definitely steals the show. Where do you even begin? Harrison is honestly one of a kind. If you know you know. Harrison photographed our friends wedding and we hit it off immediately! My fiancé and I weren’t even engaged at the time and we knew we needed him! He had this energy to him that electrified an entire room. Our friends raved about him and their photos were the most beautiful part of the day. We got engaged a few years later and he was a no brainer! We booked him immediately and was so excited he was free for our day. We recently went on our engagement shoot and laughed the entire time. He is a freaking gem! He honestly will do anything for the right shot and will keep you and your partner laughing the entire time! We can’t wait to have him there on our big day! Do not think twice and book him! He literally is amazing and our photos are something we will cherish forever.

We had a wonderful experience with Harrison as our wedding photographer! Our wedding day began somewhat hectic, as we were unable to locate where our florist had placed our bouquets, boutonnieres, etc. Harrison played so many roles throughout our wedding day by locating the flowers, assembling our wedding party in one place for first looks, and taking the bouquets off my hands after we were welcomed into our reception, among others. We love the very creative veil photos, the drone photos of our beautiful venue, and the candids he took throughout our reception. We have photos of all of our guests, which will be wonderful to look back on. Harrison's attention to detail throughout the whole day (e.g. hand placement) ensured our photos were top quality, and guests had nothing but complements for him! Additionally, he turned the photos around in less than 2 weeks!

From the beginning Harrison was kind and understanding. I met him through his daughter, who over heard me complaining about my wedding ceremony photos and how terrible they came out. She mentioned her father was a wedding photographer and May be able to fix a few. I was so happy and sent him the link to the album. Within a few days, ALL the photos came back completely edited and beautiful. He saved my wedding pictures. Fast forward two years. We are now finally planning our reception and have now hired Harrison to do the event. He also did a maternity shoot in lieu of an engagement shoot, where I loved more pictures of me 50 pounds heavier than I did from that original photographer two years ago. He spent the day with us as he photographed my son’s baptism ceremony and then came to the reception celebrating both the baptism and the wedding. Let me just say, the party was Saturday and I got my photos back that Tuesday! This man works fast and does amazing work. He was very accessible by phone or email. The pictures speak for themselves. They’re gorgeous and well edited.

Harrison was excellent! The photographs came out beautifully (both our engagement and wedding photographs). He was very easy to work with, accomodating, and personable. Our wedding was on New Year's Eve and he really captured the magic. His assistant was also great. They somehow managed to get really wonderful photographs of my wife and me at night, with lights twinkling in the background. My mother, who was a professional photographer for years, agreed that the photos were absolutely fantastic. We also ordered albums from him, which we're putting together now. It's really wonderful to pick out the images and have good photographs from the entire night. They knew when they had to take charge and give direction so we got the photos we needed, and when to go with the flow and let the party happen. I would recommend him without hesitation.

My husband and I are very camera-shy and totally clueless when it comes to photos and posing. Harrison’s relaxed vibes and jokes really calmed my anxiety! I thoroughly enjoyed our engagement session and I can’t wait for our wedding in a couple of months. We were pleasantly surprised how quickly Harrison turned around our engagement photos, and will always treasure them! There were so many candid shots that my husband and I still look back and laugh over. There were also many shots that Harrison suggested that turned out beautifully! Definitely poses I wouldn’t have tried without him! We rescheduled our wedding 3 times due to Covid, and Harrison was absolutely understanding about it, which we really appreciated! He even provided helpful photography tips such as veil vs no veil when it comes to variety of photos. It was very easy to stay in contact with Harrison, as he responds to email very promptly. We would absolutely recommend Harrison; if you’re looking for a talented and kind photographer, he is it!

Harrison was awesome! He was recommended to me through some mutual friends and I loved their photos so I knew I had to have him. Firstly this was a destination wedding for him and he made the trip all the way to Atlanta! Secondly we received our photos within a week, super timely, and it's like living the day all over again. He did the perfect mix of posed and candid photos. My husband and I have mixed families and Harrison worked well with that also. He was professional but also quirky and fun! He got a GREAT shot of me when I was taking a moment to sit down and relax between photos that just screams my personality, he really has an eye for this! If you want great photos hire this guy!

Harrison is amazing!! He was the photographer for my daughter’s Sweet 16 and we feel lucky that he covered this special event for us. Harrison Gould is everything you could want in a photographer. This guy knows his stuff. Not only we’re the pictures beautiful they were delivered three days after the wedding. The quality, color and crispness of the photos were impecable. I home printed a bunch of them for a collage frame we were given as a wedding gift and they all came out great. Harrison was punctual, accommodating and has a great easy going humorous personality that was fun to work with. I could not have made a better choice for my photographer on such a special day as my wedding. Also very reasonably priced! Highly recommend.

We were beyond happy with the images Harrison got on our wedding day! It started out as a rainy day and Harrison knew all I wanted was outdoor pictures, as soon as he saw the opportunity to get outside he ran in to tell me “let’s go”! Working with Harrison was one of the best choices we made for our wedding day! I heard of him because he was the photographer for my cousin’s wedding, I loved the photos! I spoke with several different companies and photographers and eventually decided to go with Harrison! He was so friendly and funny and always available to talk on the phone for suggestions and planning. We did our engagement photo session in Oct. 2019- he was so fun to work with and the photos were gorgeous- so we knew we were in great hands for the wedding. We decided to postpone our wedding from June 2020 to June 2021, and of course Harrison was very flexible and understanding. In the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, Harrison was very helpful and always available to talk and confirm details for the upcoming day. Planning a wedding is nerve wracking- will all the pieces of the puzzle come together? I always felt safe knowing Harrison would come through! Now comes the wedding day, it was as if Harrison was working triple overtime. He did SO much, more than what you would assume a photographer does... he was there on time, helped put on everyone’s boutonnières, made quick decisions when we were too wrapped up in the moment to know what we even needed or wanted. During and after the wedding my family and friends kept saying how they thought Harrison was awesome and that he did such an amazing job. (They hadn’t even seen the pictures yet!). We got our photos back in record time and wow! They were amazing! One of my guests said, “Just saw the pics -they are beautiful!!! I’m crying going through them! They totally capture the day!!” The pictures really captured the day to a T. The candids of everyone dancing and having fun were our favorite! Harrison is reasonably priced and does the work of 3 photographers at once. I highly recommend!!!!

Harrison was a great photographer and the perfect choice for our wedding. He gave excellent ideas for us to consider, and stayed to take pictures well into the night! For two people that hate taking pictures (my wife and I), we both really enjoyed working with Harrison. Guy was fantastic, very likeable and it stinks that we only get to work with him once. It's crazy; we do all this planning, build relationships with people that are going to enhance one of the best days of our life and then you don't see them again. His pictures are unbelievable, which you can see for yourself on here, but I'd rather dive into the stuff you can't see. He's not there to just take some great pictures. There's more to wedding photography. It's hard to explain on paper, but he's got that awareness to know what's going on, where the bride and groom need to be, where he needs to be, and where his partner needs to be. He was just fun to work with and enhanced the experience and it's just great to work with someone that loves what they do. My advice if you're considering booking Harrison: book him now, you will not regret it.

Harrison did a great job at our wedding. We decided to hire him as our wedding photographer after he did our engagement photo shoot because we liked the photos so much. His style is very artistic and he makes great use of lighting and positioning of the subjects. He will go to great lengths to get the perfect picture including almost falling off a row boat in central park! It’s obvious that he cares a lot about his work. Our only criticism is that he can be somewhat inflexible; he prefers to focus on a small number of locations that he deems acceptable. Regardless, the final product is remarkable and you certainly won’t regret using him for your engagement and/or wedding! It is worth mentioning that he shot ~1700 photos and had them ready for us within 25 days! Very impressive. From our discussions with other couples, some photographers can take up to 6 months to prepare photos! Lastly, he also used a second photographer, Alex, at our wedding and he was great to work with as well!

WOW!!!! I've worked with a few photographers before, but honestly never met anyone like Harrison. He not only gave us beautiful photos that captured our wedding, but also turned them around in record time (less than a week!!) He is professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. Not to mention, his price is VERY reasonable, and he is generous with his time. He also didn't limit the number of photos we can download, so we got to keep all the photos that captured our special day. Our wedding was a day wedding that included first look, so we decided to meet at 7am. We got there little before 7, and thought we were early, but Harrison was already onsite and even opened the door for us! He knew exactly what he needed to do once we got there, and had a timeline in mind to ensure we had enough time before the guests arrive. Having worked in the fashion industry, Harrison knew what lighting and which pose would look great and he guided us all throughout. He had plenty candid shots of the guests also, so truly we got to keep our special memory from the day. When you work with Harrison, you can tell that he loves what he does and he is passionate about delivering high quality work. It's not just another job he can check a box on. For him, it's his passion and you can definitely tell from the way he cares about details and the way he works. We highly recommend Harrison, and we for sure will be staying in touch with him for future photo opportunities!!

Harrison is great! Harrison was recommended from a friend that had worked with him in the past, with rave reviews. We met Harrison in a coffee shop by us and were both impressed not only with his professionalism and preparedness, but also how easy he made things seem and how comfortable he made us feel. We'd met with a couple of other photographers but none of them had the quality and professionalism that Harrison had, so we knew our decision to choose him was the right one. As a couple we both love all things craft beer and knew we wanted our engagement photos to be at a local brewery and Harrison knew just the place, (which also turned out to be one of our favorite places) and met up with us. Neither of us are particularly comfortable in front of the camera but Harrison was able to quell that discomfort and make us feel relaxed and excited, and the resulting photos were amazing! We fully recommend Harrison to anyone and everyone in search of a great photographer and we can't wait for him to shoot our wedding next April!

My fiancé and I are thrilled with our engagement photos by Harrison. I spent some time looking for the perfect photographer for our shoot before being referred to Harrison by a friend, and I'm so glad I chose to work with him. Being that it was a surprise proposal shoot, there was a lot that needed to be coordinated to make sure everything went smoothly. Harrison was there every step of the way, from helping me decide a location to mapping out exactly where I would drop to the knee. He arrived at the site early and was well prepared. Harrison is reliable, dependable, and a very talented photographer. We've gotten so many compliments on our pictures. I would highly recommend using his services, you won't be disappointed.

While it may seem biased to write a review for my own dad, I have to say that Harrison Gould was not just a great father at my wedding, but an amazing photographer and helped make the entire day run smoothly and perfectly. We may not always see eye-to-eye, which initially made me hesitant to have him with any camera at my wedding, but I can honestly say that when it came to work, he kept everything completely professional. We discussed when and where all of our photos were going to take place before the event, so that by the day of the wedding, he had everything scheduled like clockwork. While I have been my dad's testing model for my whole life, this was my husband's first time working with a professional photographer for the whole day, and Harrison helped make the day easy and fun for him and the rest of the bridal party. He made sure that we got the pirate-themed shots we wanted for our piratey wedding, including scouting out and taking some at other locations. We loved his work, all of the pictures came out fantastic and vibrant, even though it was a cloudy, drizzly day. I can honestly say that I am extremely happy that my dad, Harrison Gould, was the photographer at my wedding, and he helped make what could be one of the most stressful days of a person's life into the best wedding I could have ever wanted.

Harrison (and his second photographer) were great to work with! He fit our budget and was willing to make the trek over an hour to shoot our wedding. He knew the exact shot I wanted (vineyard int he background) and made it happen even it meant hi climbing on top of fences. The turnaround time for the pictures was amazing! One week! The shots came out great and I can't wait to make our album and get the prints! We would highly recommend him!

We were referred to Harrison by a friend. After already having met a few photographers, we had a sense of what price range and style of photography we wanted. What we didn't expect was how much Harrison would be flexible, thoughtful, and creative. We met at a coffee shop, and 10 minutes into our conversation, we knew he was the one we wanted to capture our special moments. He recommended a site location for the engagement shoot, and we are so glad we went with his suggestion. Our photos were absolutely gorgeous with a lot of natural lighting and background. We are not big fans of taking photos, but with Harrison, we were so comfortable that we could be ourselves. He not only captured the beauty of the botanical garden, but also the love and happiness between me and my fiance. While a lot of the photographers limit your sessions to one hour or 90 minutes, Harrison did not set that time limit, so we were able to truly explore every part of the botanical garden, and take photos where we wanted to. We spent 3+ hours, but they went by so fast as we enjoyed every moment of it. On top of all this, Harrison sent us the photos the following day - talk about speedy!! We loved our photos, and friends and family have commented on how much they love the photos. We are so appreciative of Harrison's dedication, professionalism, and responsiveness, and we cannot wait for him to capture our special day in May!

We knew we wanted to hire Harrison as soon as we finished our first meeting with him. He was very willing to work with us, and the prices were just right for our wedding (engagement shoot, second photographer, prints, and album!). He did a great job shooting our engagement session at an unfamiliar location, and he even made the trek out of the state. He also went above and beyond at our reception--staying past the contracted time and moving furniture, directing people, etc. because he knew what was needed to get great shots. For both the wedding and engagement session, his turnaround time on the photos was excellent! The engagement session within a week or two, and within a month for the wedding! He also was quick at getting our album proofs and making the edits we desired. The album is top notch quality. Harrison is an exceptional photographer - he knows how to make and take great shots! He was also able to make everyone feel at ease. He will not let you down in the quality of your shots. They are exceptional. He captured so many moments just beautifully, and it's such a joy to have such amazing photos. However, he was the least responsive of all of our vendors via email (sometimes a quick response, sometimes none at all--texting/calling seems to be better), which was sometimes unsettling as the big day approached. He did include fun pictures in emails from time to time, which was neat, and he's very personable and fun! Beyond a doubt, an exceptional photographer. Overall, a very good experience; we'd hire him again. Thanks, Harrison, for capturing our big day with so many wonderful pictures!

Harrison was great! We got married on March 24, 2017 at Liberty House Restaurant in Jersey City, NJ. He captured fantastic pictures that will be with us for a lifetime!

We had a very non-traditional wedding in my mind (simple ceremony and dinner at an area restaurant)- I was hoping for good photos but wasn't expecting anything spectacular. We got married in May 2016. To start from the beginning, I researched many photographers & I chose Harrision based on two things: He'd done a wedding for a friend years back & her shots were gorgeous! When we met to discuss my husband & I, location, get to know each other, I thought, this guy is hilarious. I liked the positive vibe he gave off & felt good about such a spirited person shooting our day. And I was spot on. He met us for our rehearsal at the location (2days before the wedding) to meet the party & see the location to get an idea for good picture locations. He was very patient, as there were two or three people late, but in the meantime got to know everyone & was chatty. As we began to rehearse he continued to scope out angles & shots for our big day. I was happy to know he cared enough to make an extra trip there only for an hr or so JUST to make sure he was familiar with everyone & the location. To top it off, he got in a few test shots of the group. And 2 of them are my FAVORITE pictures. They came out gorgeous & fun! Really captured the moment. As for the big day, Harrison was right on time & was very open & happy to also take some shots I'd seen online & recreate. They came out great. His patience continued when my mother in law was rushed to the hospital about an hr before the ceremony started. We were all devastated. We decided to push the wedding back an hr or two & in the meantime, once again, he just mingled & took some good candid shots. We also did a lot of the group shots to not have to do it later on. We unfortunately had to continue the day without our mother in law but he was very positive & fun throughout the whole day & night. He got SO many GREAT shots that I don't feel like I missed much with not having a videographer. Harrison is not only a pure talent but a fun & witty guy. I would highly recommend booking him as your photographer. Thanks Harrison for EVERYTHING, if we do a renewal for Dor, you're coming to the islands :) haha!

We love our wedding photos by Harrison! Harrison was laid back and easy to work with. He was accommodating and willing to meet via video chat since we were coming from out of town. During the ceremony and reception, we didn’t even notice he was there yet we had great pictures of everything. We have artistic shots and lots of candids and they all look great. We would definitely recommend him to anyone.

It was great working with Harrison for our wedding. We met with him in advance to review all the details of the wedding day. The day of, he was at the venue before the bridal party arrived, ready to go! He instantly began taking pictures. In less than three weeks, he already had all the pictures for us. They were amazing to look at. It was like I was able to relive my wedding day by going through all the photos - smiles, laughs, tears and all! Harrison understood that my husband and I were not the typical couple. We arrived at the venue and he was there, ready to take pictures of our bridal party. This review is rather late but better late than never. Harrison is amazing at what he does. I had a small non traditional wedding, planned in less than two months. I had no idea what I wanted to do and felt a bit overwhelmed. I basically asked him to show up and take pictures. Harrison, however, understands the wedding process very well and asked all of the right questions. He made some great suggestions and helped me come up with a plan. He's extremely professional but easy going at the same time. My husband and I felt very comfortable with him. On the day of he showed up bright and early and got to work immediately. I am extremely happy with how Harrison captured my special day and I'm so glad we hired him.

Harrison is an amazing photographer with a great personality. He was extremely responsive and accomadating throughout the whole process. I recently recieved my photographs (very quickly by the way) and they are absolutely beautiful! I have recieved so many comments on how amazing the photographer and his photos were. Harrison was our wedding photographer for our wedding on 10-24-15. Prior to the wedding, Harrison was extremely responsive to e-mails and phone calls, and Harrison and I spoke several times leading up to the big day. Additionally, Harrison went above and beyond by going to our venue on his own time and checking it out since he had not shot there before, and he picked a perfect location for our photos so we would be ready to go on our wedding day. Harrison was also very timely with providing us with our wedding photos, and we already have our entire album and the photos are beautiful! Harrison photographed our wedding last month at Jumping Brook Country Club in Neptune, NJ. Since he had not worked there before, he took the time to scout the location prior to the wedding, and really plan the best photo ops possible. The day of, he was professional and pleasant to work with- his sense of humor puts everyone at ease and allows for natural, stunning photographs. Our pictures are AMAZING!!! I am BEYOND happy with all of them.. and I don't know if this is the norm but we received them SUPER fast after the wedding ended, which I loved!! We took our engagement photos last week with Harrison and had a really good experience. He was very patient with us and had great ideas for our photos and even incorporated the props we brought with us. Harrison never made us feel rushed and made us feel comfortable having our picture taken. We just had our session last Thursday, and we already have our CD with pictures on it, just a week later! Harrison was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive to emails and phone calls, did a great job of getting to know my now-husband and I before the event (to be sure we'd wind up with photos we liked), and had great ideas and vision for positioning my groom and I and our guests just so for great photos. The pictures came out beautifully. Harrison also just happens to be a really nice, fun guy. He had us laughing rather than stressing as he worked his magic. Harrison came highly recommended by our event planner, so I didn't really "shop around," but I will say that his prices seemed totally fair and reasonable (maybe even lower than expected?). My husband and I worked with Harrison for our wedding in Princeton, NJ in May 2014. We booked the package with 10 hours of coverage and a second photographer, which also include engagement photos. We were thrilled with Harrison's work from start to finish! From scouting our non-traditional venue with us ahead of time (Triumph Brewery) to getting the full set of photos within a week of the wedding - we were very happy. It's also important to note he was always on time and very easy to work with. He put up with my (long) list of family photos I knew I wanted, and helped maximize the wedding party pictures we could get by being relaxed and flexible. If anything, he had too many ideas for great pictures than we had time for. I would highly recommend Harrison as a wedding photographer! We will be enjoying our photos for year to come.

I used Harrison for my May 31st wedding and my pictures came out amazing! My wedding album which Harrison designed also came out stunning, and I was really happy with everything. Harrison worked really hard during the entire wedding capturing all the special and fun moments, it was hard to choose the album picutres since there were so many great shots! He was also there at least an hour before us taking pictures of the grounds and gettting familiar with the place. I also really loved our engagement session photos that he took as well and was glad I included that in my package. Overall I was really happy with Harrison and would absolutely recommend him to another bride.

I am the bride and got married three weeks ago. Harrison has already sent me TONS of the shots he's touching up, and they are nothing short of AMAZING. The angles, the color, the beautiful resolution of each shot are enough to make this stressed out bride jump for complete joy. We got married on one of the coldest day in January 2014 with snow still covering the roads. The temperature was about 18F that morning and feel like 0F. How it felt with such temperature was beyond our imagination. Harrison was our photographer. He met with us the day before to check on the condition of possible photo shoot locations. On our wedding day, he showed up on time. We wanted to take outdoor pictures near the waterfront (in a day many degrees beyond frozen point) and he took extra effort running around looking for possible spots. My family and guesses were very happy with him and all thought that he is professional taking the family portraits too. Harrison always responded quickly to any questions and he finished our wedding pictures very quickly. Given the weather condition, we have enough not so positive comments to say about our other vendors but for Harrison everything is positive. We are more than happy with him he is professional and accountable. We highly recommend Harrison!!!!

Out of all of our vendor reviews this one might be the hardest. Of course his pictures speak for themselves but how do you describe the Man behind the Cam? First off, he's technical as all heck. He can walk in a room and within 5 seconds know exactly what lens he's going to use, what ISO settings, shutter speeds, where he can bounce light off of, etc. and he'll tell you all of that even though it might sound Chinese! Even for night photos he knows every phase of the moon and how bright it will be at any time. He's like the Bear Grylls of photography! His brain works differently than most peoples (in more ways than one) so he'll see a creative shot that most might miss and won't stop until it's just right. He is a complete perfectionist which works great in your favor. To avoid making this a totally bias review for some shots he might make you hold a pose a little longer than you would like but its because he's getting that perfect picture that you will be thankful for later. He has quite the personality and most of your smiles will be from him cracking jokes. Seriously, he had us laughing the entire time. Harrison was an absolute blast to work with and the end result was a lot better than I ever expected. I'm in the video/photography business so I had high expectations and Harrison went above and beyond. If I had to get married again (to the same woman of course) there's no doubt that I'd want him there. Even though he is quite the funny character he takes his job very seriously and it shows. What more could you ask for?

Harrison was the photographer for our wedding in October 2013 and did a fantastic job. He first shot our engagement photos in Central Park in June 2013 and once we saw those, we knew we had a gem of a photographer! They were stylish and timeless photos with a unique artistic flair. At our wedding, he captured every moment perfectly and created images that we will treasure for the rest of our lives together. He provided a second photographer and they were able to ensure that all of our guests were photographed at multiple points throughout the night. They also took photos from different angles of the same frame, and made the family photos quick and painless! He has a very artistic eye and caught beautiful moments on the fly when he saw beautiful natural light or backdrop.
