We paid $850 to this company for our wedding photos as part of an all-inclusive package with Floridian Ballrooms, and I honestly wish we had gone somewhere else. It took three long...
months just to get our pictures, and when they finally arrived, they were in a photo album we never even asked for.
Then, to make things worse, we were told we’d have to pay an additional $370 just to get our photos on a USB drive. That was never mentioned before the wedding — not once. It felt dishonest and incredibly frustrating.
Our wedding day was supposed to be a beautiful memory, but dealing with this company made it stressful and disappointing. I would never recommend them to anyone who values honesty or good customer service.
