Kim, Jim and Jim (and Barkley the dog) were absolutely amazing to work with. My flowers were GORGEOUS! My husband and I contracted them for our wedding on 9/2/2018 and I could not have been more pleased with the way the arrangements and color combinations came together. We are not local to the area so we planned a trip to meet with them and it was like being with family. I didn't really have a clue about how to pull the flowers together to know what I wanted ahead of time so I picked an arrangement that I liked from a picture of a previous wedding that they had done and specified the color scheme that I was going for. Everything else was handled over the phone and through email. Everyone was so friendly and always responded quickly with any questions that I had, including a few last minute surprises the day before the wedding. If you are looking for a personal, professional and affordable florist, I highly recommend Imaginations! I cannot thank you guys enough!!

Kim was amazing to work with from day one! At our first meeting, we talked through what I needed and what I wanted together and she took notes the whole time. I could tell she took her job seriously and was very attentive to making sure my flowers would be exactly what I wanted. I had photos of what I liked but no specific flower requests, etc. Kim was able to show me flower types that would work well together and would be in season for my wedding. Kim was very responsive throughout the entire planning process, always responding quickly to emails and even texting with me at times. She also always let me know if she was going to be out of the office for a few days. She made the planning process easy and worry-free! I also had a flower budget that I wanted to stay within and Kim was very accommodating to that budget. We planned my flowers in order to stick with that budget, but Kim assured me that the overall feel I wanted wouldn’t be affected by my budget. And she was right! She worked her magic to give me exactly what I wanted within my budget. All of the flowers were absolutely beautiful!! Everything that I wanted and more! My husband, my mother, and I received so many compliments about our flowers on our wedding day and after! I couldn’t be happier with my decision to work with Kim and the Imaginations team! Highly, highly recommend!!

The team at Imaginations added another layer of beauty to our wedding that fit right in with our wooded lake venue. From our very first meeting Kim really listened to what we wanted. We wanted simplicity. Other florists talked over us and tried to upsell us, but Kim helped our vision come to life. She gave us options in several price ranges. The team was very easy to get a hold of and they responded immediately via email or phone call. There was a chance of rain on our wedding day. Kim was on top of it. She stayed in touch with us the week of the wedding and reviewed our choices if the ceremony would have to be moved inside. We were also able to drop off a vase (passed down several generations) to them prior to the wedding. They took special care of it. We were able to fully relax on our wedding day because we had full trust in Kim. Everything was absolutely perfect!

Kim was such a pleasure to work with! We created the vision for our wedding flowers together... I knew that I wanted wildflowers, but Kim really helped me put it all together. I love black eyed susans, which were out of season, and Kim was able to integrate them using fake ones not only in my bouquet but in decorations around our ceremony and reception. Everything came out perfect, and Kim was awesome in her communication and ensuring everything was perfect. When weather affected our original outdoor flower arrangement, she made a beautiful indoor setting that worked out wonderfully. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of flowers in the Poconos, Imaginations was fantastic!

Kim and Jim were amazing to work with. They gave us several options to see what we could work into our budget. Everything came out absolutely beautiful from the boutonnieres, bouquets, arbor, and centerpieces. Highly recommend!

Kim went above and beyond to make our wedding day a special one! From the beginning, Kim listened carefully and made sure to understand our vision for the day, as well as using any inspiration that we had brought along with us. She provided a variety of price ranges for the arrangements we needed, so we could select what would fit within our budget. She checked in with me a week or so before the wedding to finalize everything and to make sure that everything was set! Day of the wedding, Kim came to our bridal suite and delivered all the flowers herself to make sure everything was perfect. She then went to the church to deliver those flowers as well, instead of us needing to make sure they arrived. Kim went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. I cannot praise Kim enough, or describe how easy she made the entire process!

I cannot tell you how blown away I was by the team here. By speaking with Kim, who was so nice, and showing her some pictures she brought my vision to life. The bouquets were stunning and there were so many touches throughout everything that made it clear they put great pride in what they do. She worked easily within my budget and I had gotten many higher quotes so that was a huge relief. Book them! You won't be disappointed.

If I could give 10 stars to the team at Imaginations, I would. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this florist is. If you are even considering going with someone else, don't! Kim is one of the most pleasant people I have ever met. She has a wonderful memory and is incredibly organized. She worked with the ideas I had in mind and made very helpful suggestions. She even gave me three different options for the bouquet and all of the ceremony flowers so I could work with my budget. The day of the wedding she was so on point, everything was just perfect. She even helped my mother in law arrange a special plant to be delivered to my room the day before in memory of some loved ones that we lost. This team is so incredible I cannot say enough. Thank you so so so much!!!

I used Imaginations for my wedding just last weekend at the Lodge at Mountain Springs Lake in Reeders, PA. I cannot express in words how wonderful our flowers were! They were better than I imagined and discussed with Kim and Jim over many months. I literally cried when I went to the reception hall and ceremony site for a sneak peak of the flowers. Imaginations was straight forward about what would look good and what wouldn't (which I really needed knowing nothing about flowers!), and was incredibly creative in executing my ideas. Imaginations was professional, responsive and beyond creative. I 100% recommend them to any bride!

I was beyond disppointed the day of my wedding when I saw the flowers I ordered were the wrong color. My bridesmaid were suppose to get purple flowers but received yellow flowers. My mom was suppose to get roses, she did not. The flowers the dads had look like weeds. I am beyond upset and when I called to complain they were arguing with me. Not the extra stress I needed on my wedding day.

Kim was so nice and helpful. She has a lot of experience with The Lodge and everything came out perfect!!
