The long: Lori is absolutely amazing. My partner and I got married in the mountains of NC and hired Lori for partial planning. From our first introduction Lori was on time, on task and celebratory of our relationship and special day! Over the months leading to the wedding we had check ins, follow ups and tasks in which Lori helped keep us on track. Lori utilized a special planning program to keep us on our timetable (which was much needed!) in a fun, friendly way that didn't add ANY stress! There's always "the planner" in the couple and Lori knows how to work with both dynamics to ensure things are set and that you don't have to worry! Coming to the day of the wedding, Lori was prompt, prepared (with her fanny pack of tools, extras) and ready for any last minute things needed. She was emotional support for family, organizer for vendors, last minute checker of design and setup and all around "that bad-ss lady" that we could defer to for anything! I HIGHLY recommend a planner for anyone who is getting married and I TRIPLE recommend Lori. Her experience, preparation and overall amazing personality made planning our wedding a breeze and not something to severely stress over!

The decor was so thoughtfully executed, she helped me with a small bird poop snafu (lucky, they say haha!), helped my husband with his bowtie, made some quick adjustments due to the weather (it sprinkled a little bit - also lucky!), snapped photos on my phone to look at later (so fun!), and packed up one of each of our cakes and cupcakes for us to enjoy later. We were so comfortable and reassured knowing that Lori was making sure everything was going according to plan and on schedule. We enjoyed our ceremony and celebration so much - Lori really worked her magic behind the scenes for us so that we could enjoy every moment and relish in the love and fun. Lori was extremely helpful in figuring out every-single-thing including timelines, layouts, and all of the things that you would have inevitably forgotten if you didn’t have her. There are so many small details that go into wedding planning that we didn’t know about prior to starting the wedding planning process. We truly do not know how we would have managed the wedding planning process nor wedding weekend without her and her team. They were there to make sure we had thought about all of the details to make the wedding day ours and they were there to make sure we had the most relaxing day. And, most importantly, the Imagine This! Team allowed us to really enjoy the day with our favorite people without worrying with the run of show of the day! We would absolutely recommend any couple to book with her and her team!

ces at once and I needed a right-hand woman. We went to work together right away discussing layout options, timing, and she was even kind enough to let me pick her brain on décor. I knew I didn’t want to give any of my guests tasks, I really wanted to have all of them (including my bridesmaids) feel like treasured guests at my wedding and not my unpaid servants. This, along with the fact that I was planning my wedding from afar, made the cost of hiring a day-of coordinator justifiable for me. My wedding could not have been what it was without Lori. She did everything from helping us find a florist at the last minute, to making our layout plan and coordinating it all with the venue, then doing setup and handling vendor payments on the day, bringing me something to drink while I was stuck in the hair and makeup chair, putting dried lavender and names on every plate, and so much more. The thing I’ll remember most is how she got every single person to sign the guest book by taking it upon herself to take each guest’s picture with my Polaroid camera and directing them to put it in my guest book with their notes for us. I’m not sure it would have happened without her and I might not have had this beautiful treasure. I relied on her talent and knowledgeable opinion on so many aspects of the wedding and she did not steer me wrong. I only wish I had hired her to be my full planner at the beginning of the process.

They set everything up just as had imagined and we barely were able to go through all that since I lived in PA and the wedding was in NC. She gave me her honest opinions about ideas I had if they were good or not so good. You have to book with this lovely business!!!

I told her early on that calling/texting was the easiest for me, and she let me know she was available any time of the day, even on weekends, to answer any questions I had or just to check in. On my wedding day, she literally took care of EVERYTHING! She even got my phone before the ceremony to take behind the scene pictures for me! me say planning it is stressful but uprooting it and moving to next year wouldn’t have went nearly as smoothly if I didn’t have Lori. She’s communicated fully with all of my vendors and myself, making sure I know what I want. She’s great with suggestions, and when I texted her that I was freaking out she was on the phone with me within the next 5 mins. Get this planner as soon as you get engaged! I can be very organized, but it’s a totally different game for weddings. You need a planner with style, creativity and passion. We chose the middle package she offers bc you can message anytime, and you meet every month. It includes a walk through your venue and she’s there all day with you! It’s everything I needed and more! This helps all the stress so much! Thanks again Lori, I look forward to next year!
