Utilizing Karyn was an excellent experience, and I will never use anyone else for my travel needs. When my then fiance and I started looking for honeymoon destinations, all we knew is that we wanted to go somewhere tropical, and what our budget was. For several months we floundered around on the internet feeling lost and overwhelmed. I finally contacted Karyn at Imagine Tours, and that first phone conversation she took over half an hour of her day to understand what we were looking for, gave me a few preliminary suggestions, and then came back to me a day later with another few suggestions. She never had an agenda for her suggestions - she genuinely wanted us to have the best honeymoon we could have. After that first phone call the honeymoon planning process became easy, and was no longer stressful but exciting! All of the travel documents arrived promptly and as organized as you could ask for, and she was attentive to any and all questions we had in the 6 months from when we booked to when we went on our honeymoon. We recommended her so highly that my in laws utilized Karyn the following year to book a cruise for the entire family, and it was a very similar experience. After listening to what my mother-in-law was looking for in a cruise line, she was able to find the cruise line and ship that fit exactly what we were looking for, and it was another awesome and flawless vacation (and stressless to plan)! We would recommend Imagine Tours without hesitation to anyone looking for a travel agent, and plan to use them for the foreseeable future whenever we travel.

I cannot say enough good things about Karyn! When looking for a travel planner so many worries were going through my head. I talked to several different people at once, not being satisfied with anyone. I have numerous calls from different companies, one straying me away from my ideal spot, and another ignoring all my messages. I kept thinking to myself, there going to cheap me out of my money, I'm going to settle for something I don't want, and I'm going to regret all my decisions. I wanted someone who would ease that stress, then I found Karyn with Imagine Tours! I must tell you planning with her has been a blast, and like I had wished STRESS FREE. I had even offered to pay her a tip for her time, and she refused. If you want someone who enjoys what she does, takes time out of her schedule to answer any questions or concerns you might have, she is for you! She does well to organize exactly what you ask for within budget, and even sends you extras for your trip to help others help you towards that dream vacation your wishing for!
