Established in 2023, Immaculate Confection is a scratch bakery specializing in gourmet baked goods. Owner and baker Samantha has a deep love for the kitchen and delivers handmade, freshly baked confections straight to her home to your venue. The diverse menu of delicious treats includes Krispie treats, cookies, brownies, and more. All the products are lovingly and carefully baked using the freshest ingredients.
Immaculate Confection will work to bring your vision to life, whether you envision something classic and timeless or bright and fun. They can craft a cake with any specialty flavor, filling, or decor for a fully custom, personalized creation. Cupcake designs are also available by the dozen. Single-tier cakes are available in six to ten-inch rounds, as well as a variety of stunning tiered cakes.

Hi and welcome to my home-bakery business! Immaculate Confection was born from a deep love for the kitchen that began with my mother. She’s an incredible cook but doesn't have much interest in baking, so I often found myself in charge of any parts of family meals that required measuring or following recipes. Over time, I realized not only did I have a knack for baking, but I also truly enjoy it.
When I moved away for college, I took a job in a local grocery store bakery to help pay my way through school. It was here that I discovered my passion for cake decorating, thanks to the guidance of a wonderful mentor. This spark ignited a love for all things sweet, and I knew baking was always going to be a part of my life.
After college, I immersed myself in the world of pastry, working in restaurant kitchens and learning everything I could from experienced pastry chefs, cookbooks, the Food Network, and anyone willing to share their knowledge - along with hours of practice. In 2023, after much thought and a cross-country move, I finally took the leap and launched my home bakery, Immaculate Confection.
