heir response time regarding emails was prompt. At the time of booking, there was much uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and how it would affect our planning; however, the team calmly carried us through the difficult process of postponing and keeping us on track with planning. They helped us formulate the best inspiration shots and made sure to equip us with an amazing team to keep the show going day of the wedding. Our photographers and our videographers made our day brilliant! Jeremy and Alexsis were on top of the wedding day timeline and kept all of our bridal party together when the photoshoot called for them. They reminded us of our timing and kept the day flowing well. nd and the team was very accommodating to all of the rules and were very involved the whole night. They got so many great shots throughout the day and have accommodated my requests for specific shots and music changes following the wedding. Everyone gave us so many compliments on our sweet our team was, and how involved they were getting all the good shots! They also made sure to pull my husband and I away for a few mins during dinner service to get a few more couple portraits which was so thoughtful and they came out super well!!! The whole team, especially Jeremy was all so sweet and attentive to the very specific requests we had, and they worked with our wedding party to make sure we had everything we needed. I am so glad we found the immersion media company team; I would book them again in a heartbeat!!! Thank you all so much!

Knot. After inquiring to several. I found Jeremy with Immersion Media. When I initially reached out to Jeremy, I had a good feeling about him. He was not pushy. Very down-to-earth. He scheduled a time that worked best for the both of us to talk and it was via video. The fact that he even offered video consult meant a lot me because I lived over an hour away. He told me about himself, and elaborated on what he does and got to know me and my groom and what we desired as far as videography. He talked about all of his packages and walked me through the best package for us and delivered! He answered any and all questions that I had. Was prompt in answering any question prior to wedding day. The day of the wedding he was very prompt arriving to the venue and was engaged with the attendees as well as me and my groom. Very professional, courteous. He gave attention to detail and it reflected in his work. Once I seen the teaser that he sent I knew the video would be even better and yes, it was! I was left wanting more of that day, LOL. I highly recommend Jeremy for all of your video needs. If I could have given more stars, I would have!
These guys were absolutely amazing they were worth every penny and more! They were friendly professional so easy to work with and I truly could not be happier

rm came through mid ceremony and knocked ALL of the power out. I was absolutely devastated and refused to walk out. But Jeremy took control and had the venue light tea lights all over the place and all the guests host their cell phone lights in the air as I walked down the isle. It was unexpected and more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. He saved my big day from being a disaster and I am forever grateful. While everybody else was freaking out he stayed calm, came up with solution, and continued to shoot like nothing had ever happened. Now I wont use any other photography or videographer for family photos or anything else. I believe that my wedding venue is on his site under McKeeling Me Softly.
