Eddie & Misha were excellent at wrangling our 275+ guests, bridal party, family, and other vendors, and keeping everything on-time. They shielded us from any & all of the problems that arose on the day. Eddie even solved an emergency that we texted him about past midnight the night before the wedding. I cannot recommend them enough. Your big day deserves peace of mind!

ng to handle everything ourselves quickly became stressful and exhausting. Just three months before the wedding, we realized we needed serious help. Thankfully, we found Impact Collective. Eddie and Misha are absolutely wonderful. After our very first conversation with them, we felt an incredible sense of relief. The stress and weight we had been carrying seemed to disappear. That night, for the first time in a long while, we slept peacefully—and with smiles on our faces. We had multiple Zoom meetings with them throughout the planning process, and after every conversation, we felt more relaxed, confident, and excited. Eddie made us feel like we were in the best possible hands. He guided us through every step of the planning process, helping us stay organized, focused, and on track. Misha took our Disney vision and brought it to life in a way we never could have imagined. We were worried that a Disney-themed wedding might feel too childish or theme-park-like, but Misha transformed it into something elegant, sophisticated, and truly magical. Both we and our guests had the most amazing time. The entire day exceeded our expectations in every way. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Our wedding was even better than we had dreamed, and we have Eddie and Misha at Impact Collective to thank for making it all possible.

e didn't expect from the head of the company. We had the pleasure of having Kadzo as our lead planner and haven't stopped telling our friends and family how great she is ever since. She made us feel so relaxed throughout this process. She is so knowledgeable, timely, comforting, and fun. We grew to trust her so much that she was the only person my wife wanted to talk to if anything went wrong on our wedding day. We couldn't have imagined such a smooth wedding planning experience, but now we know that's just the person Kadzo is. We had originally planned to get married in DC but ended up choosing a venue in Charlottesville, VA. Even though IMPACT hadn't worked in that area of the state before, you would never know it- Kadzo connected us with such wonderful vendors and allowed us to focus on the most important things while she handled all the details.

Multiple guests commented on how excellent our planner was and because we were confident she had things covered, we were able to sit back, be present, and really enjoy the day.Throughout the whole process, she recommended fantastic vendors, gave us recommendations on how to maximize our budget, and calmed our anxieties. Even the night before the wedding, when there was a small mishap, she skillfully found a solution without causing us to worry at all. Kadzo really understood how much our special day meant to us and did everything in her power to make it the best ever! Impact Collective is very lucky to have her!

with Kadzo (for sure)! We knew her work was already amazing after she did my brothers wedding, so when it was my turn we already knew we wanted to work with her. At that point we had known Kadzo and Eddie for over a year, and felt like family. We had seen her in action navigating complicated family dynamics, doing behind the scenes work to make sure the event goes smooth, and bringing a wedding to an event venue that doesn't usually host them. We worked with Kadzo for a multi-day, LGBTQ Indian wedding and we wouldn't have been able to do it (or have as much fun in the process) without her. We couldn't thank her enough for making our weekend a DREAM. Working with Kadzo throughout the year was incredibly smooth. My partner is Type A, I'm pure Type B, and Kadzo was amazing at balancing being on top of everything, but also not overwhelming us with decisions to be made. Everything got done, but without the stress and pressure on our front. There'd so so many meetings where we'd be like "What about this? or that?" and Kadzo would have already thought of, AND taken care of it before it even came across our minds. Budgets are also a huge logisitical factor, and Kadzo always made sure we got the best value of what we wanted. She would give strong recommendations on when to dive in and otherwise when to pull back, but always keeping our vision in mind. I also even saw her negotiate pricing for linens or something by just giving the vendor a look. That's skill. She kept our vision in mind, which was helpful because even we'd forget that sometimes when we'd get off course or wrapped up in tiny details! And when it came to planning things, she always had a "We'll get it done" mindset which was incredibly reassuring when you're deep into planning a million things. Even our vendors would tell us how much they love working with Kadzo, which I thought was such a standout thing to have industry people tell you that. She brought her strong recommended vendors, and worked with some that we selected. Everyone single one of them told us they wished all the planners they work with were like Kadzo. My favorite moment though, and this goes to show you how dedicated Kadzo is making sure things go smooth as possible, is when she joined my parents in walking down the aisle. My mom's in a wheelchair, and my dad got too excited in the moment and forgot to wheel her down. So Kadzo immediately jumped in and wheeled my mom down herself. I didn't know any of this until I saw the photos that afternoon, but I loved having Kadzo captured in family photos - she IS family at this point! I could go on about who much we loved working with Kadzo, Eddie, and the Impact Collective team. So much so we had our family work with her twice, as well as some family and friends who went on to work with her too. I'll just wrap it up by saying that a wedding is one of the most intimate and special moments your life, and you'll be better off working with someone who cares about it just as much as you do, has the experience/network to bring it together, and also makes it a fun year-long thing so you can look back on your entire wediing PLANNING process, not just the wedding day, and say you had a great time. Please go work with them!!

For the wedding ceremony and reception we worked with Kadzo West, who handled everything with incredible attention to detail. The planning and decision making process can be stressful but on the actual wedding weekend we felt calm and were able to be fully present due to our complete trust in Kadzo. We really valued how honest and direct she was when providing her expertise on vendors, event flow, decor, and working with the venue. This is exactly what you want in a planner. Every single vendor that she recommended exceeded our expectations. She also truly understood our vision even when we couldn’t articulate it very well. For example, we were unsure of the floral arrangements and she intuitively understood what we were going for and brought it to life. Kadzo made great recommendations for our decor which she flagged during our venue walkthrough which added a much better aesthetic for our ceremony. She took care of everything and went above and beyond. Kadzo acts with true professionalism in every manner. For our Mehendi (Henna) night, we worked with Ali Talwar and Anna Miller. Ali did a great job connecting us with our catering, DJ, and henna artists. She also gave us great recommendations for decor that helped us save money for the DIY event. In the leadup to the event, we worked with the awesome Anna Miller. This event had many moving parts and Anna executed it flawlessly. As someone with an eye for decor (she has a photography background), she took all of our decorations and set them up on her own. She has a natural talent for creating a cohesive and elevated aesthetic. She also went the extra mile and overdelivered. We had a backdrop display where the frame was too small. Anna was kind enough to bring her own and set it up for us. The logistics she took care of and her incredible responsiveness to emails, texts, and last minute questions made the event seamless. She was always one step ahead and anticipating our needs we didn’t even realize we had. Anna was fun to work with and has a great energy. If anyone is questioning whether they should hire this team as wedding planners, there is no need to hesitate. From start to finish, they advocated for us, kept everything on track, and most importantly - made the greatest weekend of our lives truly everything we dreamed of and more.

She had a long list of incredible vendors that she could personally vouch for, and she contacted all of those vendors to make sure they understood what we wanted in our wedding. She was able to get us a couple of great deals with different vendors and it was amazing having one point of contact with everyone moving forward. There wasn’t a single time that I felt overwhelmed with all of the moving pieces of a wedding because Kadzo was taking care of it all. On our wedding day, I can honestly say that I have no idea what all happened behind the scenes because Kadzo handled it all so well. If there were any snags or mishaps I still don’t know what they were. I was able to completely enjoy the day and see how it all came together without being worried about anything. Multiple times Kadzo told me that she wasn’t worried about anything for our wedding and she was just excited which really helped calm my nerves. Throughout the entire process Kadzo knew what needed to be done and when it needed to be done by so I didn’t miss any deadlines. She was incredibly professional but what I find more important is how kind she was the entire time. Meeting with her felt like talking to a friend who really did care about our event. I know that Impact does so many weddings every year, but it really felt like we were the only focus and had as much time dedicated to us as we needed. We also got to meet with Eddie a couple of times throughout the process. As the owner, he was very invested in how the planning was going and made it very clear that he was always available if we felt like anything could be going better or we just felt like telling him how things were going. It really felt like we had access to an entire team. I will always recommend Impact Collective to anyone looking for event planning services. We felt so taken care of for the entire planning process and literally could not have had our wedding day without all of their knowledge, help, and support.

She not only kept us on budget, but easily saved us thousands of dollars with her venue and catering selections. On the day of the wedding, us, our parents, and our wedding party enjoyed a stress free and fun day! All we had to do was show up and have fun. Kadzo and her assistant set up all the decor, cleaned up at the end of the night, coordinated all the vendors, and even called a shuttle to come drop off a missing phone without needing to worry my husband & I at all. We had such a positive experience with IMPACT Collective, they are absolutely worth the price! Their service pays for itself!

They were on top of every second of the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, picture session, cocktail hour, and reception. They communicated clearly, found people well ahead of when they were needed for things, coordinated setup and takedown, checked on us regularly, and impressively adapted to some last-second requests. We are so, so happy with how our wedding turned out and IMPACT Collective is a huge reason for that. No matter how much you learn online or from others, it is impossible to go into the wedding planning process knowing everything you need to know. We flew down again, with Kadzo, to experience the space and meet with vendors. Four months before our scheduled wedding, Grand Hyatt Playa del Carmen canceled it due to a rebranding. We were devastated to say the least. Kadzo and Eddie picked us up and dusted us off, treating the cancelation like an emergency. We took another last minute trip down to the area with Kadzo and, after many hotels, we finally found the one. JW Marriott in Cancun. Kadzo planned our wedding in about 70 days. Eddie came down to be the days of coordinator and did a fantastic job as well. I would give them more than five stars if I could.

Impact provided recommendations for all types of vendors, typically with three choices for each type of vendor, and all of the vendors we selected were great. I assume the ones we didn't choose were also top-notch. Importantly, the wedding day ran like clockwork. Kadzo handled everything - dealing with the venue and all of the vendors - so that we could fully enjoy the occasion with no distractions at all. I could not recommend Impact more strongly and am really glad we selected them instead of one of the more flowery choices.

king with IMPACT Collective at a wedding at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C. From the beginning, Eddie and Ali handled everything related to the ceremony, reception, and guests. They allowed me to focus on the bride and groom and get every image I needed. I have never worked with a more professional team. Whenever the couple and I needed something, they were there. If guests needed to know the schedule, the location of the bathroom, or a location for a private moment, they were there. You can’t ask for a better wedding coordinator. As I always say, the photographers and the wedding coordinators are the first to arrive and the last ones to leave. Eddie and IMPACT Collective are among the best. For any brides reading my review, you should give IMPACT Collective a call and book their services. They will make your wedding perfect.
