We engaged Impact to help with everything but the venue selection and could not have been happier with the service they and, in particular, Kadzo provided. As mother of the bride I particularly appreciated Kadzo's frank and helpful advice on a broad range of wedding-related questions. Impact provided recommendations for all types of vendors, typically with three choices for each type of vendor, and all of the vendors we selected were great. I assume the ones we didn't choose were also top-notch. Importantly, the wedding day ran like clockwork. Kadzo handled everything - dealing with the venue and all of the vendors - so that we could fully enjoy the occasion with no distractions at all. I could not recommend Impact more strongly and am really glad we selected them instead of one of the more flowery choices.

We cannot spread enough love for IMPACT collective and specifically our planner, Kadzo! We utilized the partial planning service and HIGHLY recommend it. From the very first day, Kadzo made the process feel fun, effortless and so exciting. She was always one step ahead of us, chose the BEST vendors and pulled the day off perfectly. We had a fantastic experience with the IMPACT Team. Within 5 minutes of submitting an inquiry, the owner Eddie called me to talk on the phone about my (now) husband and I as a couple and what we envisioned for our wedding. We had a few hiccups getting started, but IMPACT immediately paid off as we had them for the partial planning service but asked to include them reviewing our venue contract. We had Kadzo, who is literally the best person ever! Helping us plan our wedding for the whole year leading up. She had amazing insight on different vendors, when we were looking at rentals, and was a calm presence even when we didn’t do our homework. Kadzo was unfortunately not able to be there on the day of our wedding, something we were immediately made aware of when she was assigned as our planner. But Briana and , who worked with us the last few weeks leading up to the wedding were fantastic. They handled everything so smoothly that if there were any hiccups, we didn’t notice at all. We greatly appreciate their help, attention to detail, and support throughout the day. They truly helped us enjoy our day and just be in the moment, and that was amazing for us. We happily recommend IMPACT to anyone else we know that is looking for a wedding planner. Eddie, Kadzo, and the rest of IMPACT, were so helpful, efficient, and professional. At our last wedding surprise, inclement weather swept through (literally), and threatened the wedding ceremony, but Impact did an exceptional job problem solving and working together to ensure the couple had the wedding of their dreams. As a wedding photographer, I have worked with several wedding coordinators over the years, but Eddie and his team at IMPACT Collective are among the best. I had the pleasure of working with IMPACT Collective at a wedding at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C. From the beginning, Eddie and Ali handled everything related to the ceremony, reception, and guests. They allowed me to focus on the bride and groom and get every image I needed. I have never worked with a more professional team. Whenever the couple and I needed something, they were there. If guests needed to know the schedule, the location of the bathroom, or a location for a private moment, they were there. You can’t ask for a better wedding coordinator. As I always say, the photographers and the wedding coordinators are the first to arrive and the last ones to leave. Eddie and IMPACT Collective are among the best. For any brides reading my review, you should give IMPACT Collective a call and book their services. They will make your wedding perfect.

Ali was an amazing wedding planner! She was so well organized that everything ran perfectly. She had whole lists of things that I never could have thought of! She has a warm, bubbly personality and was a delight to have organizing my wedding!

BLUF: Using IMPACT Collective as your Month of Coordinators is a smart move for a seamless wedding. Our wedding was smaller (~65 guests), but our ceremony and reception locations were 15 minutes apart. IMPACT Collective did an amazing job coordinating, setting up, and taking down everything. IMPACT Collective can 110% be trusted with your biggest day (we hired them as our Month of Coordinator). Eddie (the owner) is fantastic and has a great staff. He ran our initial consult meeting and really listened to our plans, our needs, and our concerns. It took that one meeting to know that we trust his team to help us across the finish line. While Eddie handed things off to our Planner, he still attended some of our meetings in the lead up and maintained awareness of the status of everything. Anna was our amazing planner. I cannot say enough good things about her. She became a trusted resource to ask questions and bounce ideas off. She attended our venue walk through and held numerous virtual meetings with us. I knew very quickly that Anna would make sure our vision came to life. We had the ceremony and reception at two different places about 15 minutes away, which added to the complexity. Anna was with me (the Bride) and running things at the church while her assistant Shawna started the setup of the reception. Everything ran smoothly and the reception set up was beautiful. Also, Shawna and her sewing kit came in handy when my husband stepped on my dress midway through the reception, and I needed to be quickly sewn back in. At the end of the night, the decorations and our personal items (plus the extra cake) were quickly added to my parents’ car. Overall, they made everything seamless. I will also note that Linda and Sharmaine did a great job of finalizing the Run of Show (the document that contains literally everything, everyone, and the timeline). We were still finalizing specifics the week of, but they were extremely patience and quickly incorporated the information into the plans when we had them finalized. Eddie, Anna, Shawna, All – thank you so much for being a part of our day. It almost feels like a wonderful dream.

Aside from saying "i do", hiring IMPACT Collective as our full service planner was the best decision we made. Here are a few reasons we loved working with IMPACT Collective: 1. Eddie and Kadzo made wedding planning fun - we were able to focus our time on the decisions we cared about (e.g., choosing a florist), knowing that the other details (e.g., alignment with vendors, timeline sequencing, hotel blocks) were taken care of. 2. They made our wildest ideas possible. Our dream food provider didn't offer full service catering, so Eddie and Kadzo found a team who would help fill in the gaps. Our dream DJ was flying in from Toronto and could only bring his laptop, so Eddie and Kadzo found a sound system team that worked with our DJ and our unique reception venue to bring the sound to life. We never had to compromise on the things we cared about. 3. They helped us do things our way. We had an Indian wedding, but wanted to incorporate many components that broke the traditional mold. Eddie, Kadzo, and the IMPACT Collective team have so many different cross-cultural experiences under their belt, that we were able to mix and match the ideas that worked for us. We attended on of our friend's weddings! We had an absolutely amazing time! It was truly one of the best organized Desi weddings that I have attended. The flow, coordination, and ambiance was exceptional even with the larger guest count! As part of the bridal party, I got to see multiple sides of the wedding and all in all Impact did an amazing job. We were lucky enough to be matched with Kadzo West when we signed with IMPACT. She was phenomenal. My fiance and I knew nothing about wedding planning, and Kadzo was a calm and reassuring presence throughout the process. She helped us secure a venue that was perfect for us during one of the busiest wedding seasons of the year, and gave excellent recommendations for other vendors. Eddie and the whole team at IMPACT were excellent from our first consultation all the way through the big day. They coordinated a 2-couple wedding with outstanding professionalism and attention to detail. They showed awesome cultural competence as this was an ethnic wedding for which they did not have previous experience in. However they took our directions in stride and delivered well in the end. They were hands-on throughout the day on the wedding day, constantly corresponding with the venue staff and other vendors to ensure seamless execution of the program flow. We whole-heartedly recommend their services to anyone looking to make their wedding day the most special it can be!

Where to begin? Life savers I guess. We used the "month of" services. I'd tried to plan on my own, thinking it wouldn't be that bad. Well, never could I have pulled off what IMPACT has. Phenomenal! I highly recommend, as they are spectacular, and they're spectacular with ease. My spouse stepped in and selected IMPACT to help when I began to stress. Their professionalism is top notch. As a bride who definitely dealt with stressors, I always felt heard and understood by Eddie and his team! Meant the world to me personally. Never a moment we regretted selecting their services. If they recommended a vendor, that vendor was fantastic, knowledgeable, easy to communicate and work with, just like them. Think of the peace of mind you get when you know you're dealing with people who are reliable. Whether stepping in when I would reach my limit, or listening, or coming up with tips and advice, mostly on the fly, because a lot of this business is on the fly, they handled every detail like pros and kept us as a couple protected and relaxed.
