Me and my fiancé’ at the time was looking for a personable and God-fearing minister to be our officiant for our San Francisco City Hall on 9/10/25. We are so glad I found him! He...
was amazing! He is very responsive, caring, and a great man of God. Me and my now husband wanted an intimate wedding with a minister who loves officiating marriages. We found that with Minister William Ward. Minister Ward made personal officiating to our love story. We got the wedding we want because of him. Thanks Minister Ward.

An officiant can really make or break your ceremony experience and Mr. Ward made our ceremony unforgettable! If you’re looking for an officiant that is caring, efficient, funny and...
charming, Mr. Ward is the perfect choice. Did I also mention super affordable?! My husband and I flew all the way from Houston to San Francisco but Mr. Ward made the long distance such a minor issue. We had our rehearsal on zoom which eased our anxiety greatly. He is so knowledgeable on thoughtful, he will match your color scheme, he even directs you on how to get photo opps during the ceremony. I wouldn’t change a thing. He felt like family! He even keeps up with you after the ceremony. Thank you so much!
Pastor William was a blessing to have as our pre-marital counselor and officiant. His insights during counseling were practical and impactful, and we still benefit from his advice ...
today. Our wedding ceremony, reflecting our Christian faith, was beautifully officiated him. Thank you for making our experience memorable.
Our officiant was absolutely wonderful and amazing! From initial conversations to the day of the wedding, we felt very comfortable with his professional approach to/with us in our ...
discussions. Our wedding day (yesterday...04-05-24) was very cloudy and then it started to rain on us. Thunder rolled (twice) and lightening struck the ground and he still kept his composure, finished the official business and made sure we were able to finish up before the rain really poured on us. Such a trooper! Lastly, during the time for signing of the marriage license, William Ward VERY slowly and meticulously instructed the witnesses on HOW to write their names ("Letters must be legible, must NOT touch each other and MUST stay between the horizontal lines...or the license/marriage certificate, is null and void). His comforting personality was very refreshing and very much appreciated. Especially for a guy who asked, "Just please tell me what to do with the rings...where to place them on our fingers..how to hold them for best photographer shots, etc." He guided me so very well. We asked him to stay during the ceremony and eat with us and celebrate our day (he kindly obliged) and we all have a ball celebrating the day. We cannot say how grateful we were to have found him and enjoyed him making our day so perfect and special.
We are so grateful to Ward. We planned our own wedding from scratch, and having him around really helped ease the process of going about the actual ceremony. We truly couldn't have...

of time and customizing it to our love story (and special requests to include certain Bible services). Next, he was very communicative leading up to the wedding and made us very confident in how the ceremony would go. Finally, on the day of, he arrived early and even help set up for the ceremony! The ceremony went amazingly well and was truly the happiest day of our lives. Everyone after the ceremony was talking about how much they enjoyed William, how personable he was, and how he made the ceremony so special. He even gave us a customized gift after the ceremony!
We are so grateful that we found William to conduct our ceremony, and he will forever be a positive memory on the happiest day of our lives! We would highly recommend him!
