The goal of Important Moments is to create a unique and memorable ceremony by incorporating any specialty, enhearten words, inspired with creativity, warmth, gentle humor, tailored to your desires and interests. If you are looking for a spiritual, traditional, nontraditional, interfaith, or secular ceremony, we work with couples in all compacities. We also specialize in Elopements, Baby Dedications, Vow Renewal, Funeral and Memorial ceremonies that are also celebrated.
We understand, the family contributes to a strong marriage foundation, and we like to include family members (Father’s, Mother's, Children, Grandparents) and at times Friends or Co-workers, in the ceremony by incorporating specialty ceremonies such as the “Salt Covenant”, “Unity Candle Lighting”, “Rose Exchange”, “Vow Exchange”, “Unity Cord Braid”, “Unity Sand”, “Coin and Veil”, “Cord and Veil”, “Jumping the Broom”, and “Breaking the glass”. Our trained Wedding Officiant William Ward loves what he does, and he treats each ceremony as if it is a work of art. When it comes to style and vibe, William knows how to adapt to the memorable event. William offers his expertise and abundant resources. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Theology and he has experience from being a former pastor. charming, Mr. Ward is the perfect choice. Did I also mention super affordable?! My husband and I flew all the way from Houston to San Francisco but Mr. Ward made the long distance such a minor issue. We had our rehearsal on zoom which eased our anxiety greatly. He is so knowledgeable on thoughtful, he will match your color scheme, he even directs you on how to get photo opps during the ceremony. discussions. Our wedding day (yesterday...04-05-24) was very cloudy and then it started to rain on us. Thunder rolled (twice) and lightening struck the ground and he still kept his composure, finished the official business and made sure we were able to finish up before the rain really poured on us. Such a trooper! Lastly, during the time for signing of the marriage license, William Ward VERY slowly and meticulously instructed the witnesses on HOW to write their names ("Letters must be legible, must NOT touch each other and MUST stay between the horizontal lines...or the license/marriage certificate, is null and void). His comforting personality was very refreshing and very much appreciated. Especially for a guy who asked, "Just please tell me what to do with the rings...where to place them on our fingers..how to hold them for best photographer shots, etc." He guided me so very well. We asked him to stay during the ceremony and eat with us and celebrate our day (he kindly obliged) and we all have a ball celebrating the day. We cannot say how grateful we were to have found him and enjoyed him making our day so perfect and special.

The ceremony went amazingly well and was truly the happiest day of our lives. Everyone after the ceremony was talking about how much they enjoyed William, how personable he was, and how he made the ceremony so special. He even gave us a customized gift after the ceremony!
