The only suggestion I would make to future brides and bridesmaids is consider sizing up as I and all but one of my bridesmaids had to let out their dresses or difficulty fitting it the day of. Would definitely recommend for gorgeous dresses with great quality fabric at a reasonable price!

was soooo sweet and helped me feel comfortable in every dress I tried on. She listened to what I wanted and my budget and she delivered! Once I received my dress and came back to get it altered, the seamstress Anna worked her magic. She made my dress fit me like a glove and added side support (for the girls). I loved my entire experience with Impression Bridal.

Ericka helped me match up a sequin layer to add to the dress and gave me a great discount for the addition! My dress ended up being delayed in customs due to COVID and arrived very end of April. I had Bridals scheduled for beginning of May, so impressions waved the rush fee for my alternations and had my dress ready before my Bridals!

a panic mode! One of my girlfriends in Houston, TX recommended Impression Bridal Galleria but I initially hesitated due to distance since I live in Dallas, TX. My fiancé Ryan asked me to start with a phone call and talk to someone from Impression Bridal Galleria and Katie answered! Wow this lady was (still is) amazing from the very first Hello! I was panicking that I was late “in the game” and that I wouldn’t find something in my size as I’m petite and usually wear a size 0 or 00 depending on where I get my outfits. She reassured me a bunch saying how I.B. has several options for me. Katie took down my information and what I was looking for in a dress. She was so attentive over the phone, very cool, calm and collected! She texted me photos of dress options based on what we had talked about earlier. Even when I wasn’t feeling a dress, she didn’t give me attitude about it… neither was she pushy like a car salesman! She kept going back on the floor to take more photos of different dresses. I was sold! Couple of days later I was on the road with one of my girlfriends to Houston! We were met with smiles and warmth upon entering Impression Bridal Galleria! The ladies at the front desk gave us an exceptional welcome! I finally met Katie in person and let me tell you… she is golden! Amazing! You name it!!! So gracious from her walk, to her speech to her entire demeanor! I love that! Coz Lord knows I needed all the grace haha! She had several dresses picked out so we got started! She gave me all her time, attention and patience! Plus several options each time I hesitated about something. She kept going back and forth with the manager and seamstress to get my vision and dream for my dress! Oh plus the veil! She LISTENED and REALLY worked with my budget! Katie was good at thinking on her feet... Her kindness and graciousness made me feel at ease during the entire process even when I got undecided and confused after hours of trying on dresses. I finally found my dream dress and gorgeous veil thanks to Katie!! Yaay I got to say YES TO THE DRESS!! I love how the rest of Impression Bridal team got involved during the process. They offered support, compliments, feedback and even worked with Katie in providing me other options within my budget beyond my expectation! Katie, Wow thank you again for all your hardwork, exceptional service and your going above and beyond for me! You truly are great at what you do! You are a great listener, attentive to detail, gracious, knowledgeable, smart, courteous, amazing, so kind and my goodness so patient!! Love how you addressed my girlfriends and I by name! Noticed and appreciated that detail! Thank you for all the attention you gave me over the phone from that very first call, to all the texts back and forth and the very day we met! Not once did I feel rushed or pressured to make a decision! You were so understanding and tried to make things work to my advantage from various angles, scenarios and all! I can't thank you enough for all that you did for me!! I couldn't stop talking about you and your exemplary service! My girlfriends were blown away by you and so was/is Ryan and my Mom! Now I know where to send all my single girlfriends to... I’m definitely telling them to specifically ask for you! You rock!!

feel like buying a used car. Almost found the dress, but due to the price changing and pushiness of the staff I decided to go elsewhere.

our money is well spent and insured. When wedding vendors stick to contracts knowing that they have the advantage over customers is completely wrong. I would suggest you not use Impression Bridal in the Galleria. They want me to take wedding dress home or charge a $25 a monyh fee for storage. I have already gotten married and if I bring that dress home my husband will see it before we walk down the isle. Due to COVID-19 my wedding was rescheduled for one year later. Then I received a call saying it is my job to call and harass my wedding party on picking up their dresses now when the wedding is a year away. I am not calling people knowing they have been affected by Covid-19! Impression Bridal will say whatever to get you to buy your dress from their store. After you pay your deposit they won’t care about you at all. My friend went went with Wedding by Debbie and they worked with their brides and wedding party.

I had been to 3 different stores before stopping here, and I can honestly say this was my last stop. After finding MY DRESS and Having MY MOMENT, no other stops were needed. Thanks again ladies you are amazing!!!

HOW IT TO HER THEY SAID A PAYMENT WAS NEVER RECIEVED AND THEY NEEDED ME TO PAY THEM MONEY TO COME BACK TO THE STORE. THEY SCAMMED US OUT OF OUR MONEY AND NOW I HAVE TO GO FIND A NEW GOWN. IM ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATED

st experience with dress shopping. T.T. made me see that while yes you want to look pretty in the dress, it's really about how you feel in the dress. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Impression bridal. And for those of you who took the time to read this review, I did say, "Yes to the dress at Impression Bridal!"

price tag (it was a new design and wasn't supposed to be for sale), so we didn't know it was over my budget until I fell in love and we had to figure it out. Thankfully they provide a 10% discount if you purchase that day, so it was easier to absorb.

She is such a sweetheart and her work are magical. I highly recommend her for your bridal alterations, the amount I paid (was NOT a ridiculous amount) was definitely worth the price. I also received a dress preservation coupon from Impression Bridal which I plan on using.

s compared to the old one. I came in here looking for my bridesmaids dresses, but T.T. Taylor told me we had to find my dress first before finding my bridesmaids. So I went in thinking “I want lace” but when I tried on lace dresses, I was like this isn’t me. Then she brought out a dress I was completely shocked by, it was elegant, simple but beautiful. That was the dress I fell in love with. I can’t thank her enough with all the help she’s giving me. I highly recommend this place, I’ve had nothing but great experiences!!

There were points, both when I was trying on gowns and when I got the alterations done that it felt as if the people were tired of me. I must say that the girls at the front desk are fantastic! Always in a good mood and very helpful and welcoming.

She loves what she does and that's the type of person you need when you're trying to find the most important dress of your life. The bridal shop itself has such a huge selection and all the staff is so nice and welcoming.

She was not very kind when I said I wanted to stay under $2000 for a dress, but did show me their room that had discontinued dresses that we could buy off the rack. She asked my street size, explained that wedding dresses run very small, and we started pulling dresses. She did find several that I thought I would like, but when we went to try them on she wasn't interested in any dresses that required work getting on. I could have wiggled into several or put them on over my head (my hips are much fuller than my top half), but when we came across one that she thought might be too small, she said "this just isn't your dress" and moved on to the next one. . At other salons, consultants were at least willing to hold the dress up in front if there was no way to try them on so I could get an idea of the dress. I was only allowed to try on 4 dresses in the entire store and she was unable to clip the ones that were far too large. She was also very slow. It took her an absurd amount of time to tie the corset on one dress and would just disappear for periods of time while I was in a dress at the mirror showing my mom. I don't know if she was having a bad day, had recently suffered a loss due to the hurricane, or is always like this, but I felt so unwelcome and stressed out during the appointment. I was so relieved when the appointment was over and I will not be giving this place a second chance. I'm sure if you find the right consultant, you'll have a better experience.

staff was wonderful and attentive, and allowed me to bring a group of my friends to be with me for the appointment. I found a stunning dress for a seriously outrageously low price. I also ended up taking the dress to the Impression Bridal near the Galleria for alterations, and they were incredible there too! They changed the top of my dress because it was too big, created a bustle, and it came out PERFECTLY on my wedding day! They were all so kind and attentive. I cannot recommend them more highly.

which was a dress I definitely would not have picked off the rack on my own. She then told me that she wanted to help me find my dress! I made an appointment to come back a month later and she took her time with me (over 3.5 hours!) to make sure I found the perfect dress. The dress I ended up choosing was the last dress I tried on that Cristina had also picked out! The entire team at Impression knew my name & my mom’s name as I came in multiple times for fittings over the next few months with Anna (their amazing seamstress!). My mother even found her dress at Impression with the help of Taunie, the manager of the store. I would recommend them 1000 times over!

Thanks to Impression Bridal's exclusive designers, I was able to find a truly unique dress unlike anything I've ever seen. It's like this dress was made for me! When the dress arrived, it did not fit very well, but the tailor and the entire team worked for months to make my dress perfect; ordering me a low-back bustier and sewing it into the dress, making multiple alterations, fixes, and customizations, and being incredibly supportive and responsive. If you want an amazing dress buying experience with people who know what they're talking about and have a huge selection, go to Impression Bridal!

i went above and beyond to help me find the perfect wedding dress and I can't thank her enough. She treated me like her own daughter and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Every little detail of buying the dress was taken care of with ease, including setting up the alterations appointment months down the road and knowing exactly what to expect for the cost of alterations. ticed I liked the top of one dress and the bottom of another, she asked if it was okay to pull another dress slightly above my budget. It ended up being the perfect dress. The consultant totally got my style. When I decided it was the one they popped champagne and we all celebrated! The store is very chic and modern with huge mirrors and chandeliers, it feels really special. We got a discount for buying the dress on our first visit. The consultant gave me a veil and belt to try on with the dress. I ended up buying the exact same belt and veil a few months later because I liked the way they looked so much. I ordered my dress in August and it arrived in November. I had 3 total appointments for alterations, it only took a few weeks. The tailor recommended a few tweaks to the dress that made it look even better. When I came in for accessories, they let me try on a sample of my dress again so I could get a better feel of the accessories. After alterations were done, they held on the my dress for a few months until the wedding and cleaned it right before the big day. I loved this place! Everyone was nice and I had no complaints.

She is very rude and wanted me to buy a dress that she loved and wanted to wear for her wedding day. I found the designer that I wanted to go with and it just so happened, that they were having a trunk show. I went and she was worse the second time. Even more rude to my aunt and grandmother! WOULD NEVER GO BACK NOR TELL ANYONE TO WASTE THEIR TIME HERE!

I love how they set up alternations appointments (3 appointments) so you really know the dress will look amazing. Xiomara, the alterations person, was FANTASTIC... knowledgeable, sweet, patient and did wonderful work! She let my mom and I take all the time we needed (which was important because my mom lives out of town). I highly recommend Impression Bridal and recommend Xiomara the most!!

scheduled another apt (for a few weeks out) to try on the dress for my future mother in law. She flew in for the occasion and as we were about 10 min away from arriving at the store, we get a call that they do not have the dress at the store. They did not apologize nor did they sympathize with the situation, customer service – not there AT ALL. BUT I was trying to be optimistic and figured sometimes, things happen. After 7 months, my dress finally arrived. I scheduled an apt to come in for alterations and was excited. The NIGHT (8:30 PM), I was contacted and they said the seamstress doesn’t work on that day, so they needed to cancel. The next morning I contacted the manager, who fit me in a couple of days later. Once I arrived, they could not find my dress for about 10 min. Once they did, it opened it – WRONG COLOR. The manager then said she would have the RIGHT dress expedited. I was not so nervous until she told me that it would take another 3 months to get here (Yes, expedited). I was then in contact with another manager the next Monday and was told I would get a call back first thing the next morning…..AND NOTHING. This has been the most horrible experience EVER.
