He absolutely killed the reception playlist—our dance floor stayed packed, and we received so many compliments about the reception music from our guests. He also went above and beyond by tracking down a special song for our mother-daughter dance, which meant so much to us and is something our family will cherish forever. Everything flowed smoothly, and we felt completely confident trusting him with such an important part of our day. anization, talent, and the way he handled himself. Very down to earth and easy to work with and connect with. We had a meeting initially via zoom to connect to see if the fit was good, closer to the day we met again to go over details. As the bride I appreciated these check in’s and he made it very easy to schedule with his online system. He provided us with a detailed schedule of the day as well as helped us come up with great background music to fill in the gaps of the guests being seated, happy hour, etc. He had great ideas and really understood the vibe we had for the wedding, pairing it with great music. I see that there were previous comments in here about names getting said wrong. While this was shocking, I feel that this has been reconciled and improved greatly as he had the pronunciation at the top of the timeline he gave us. I think this says a lot about how Impressions is run and the diligence of making their process better is not something that should be overlooked. Larry not only was able to provide music for the ceremony AND reception he was able to help me deliver a voice message over the speakers before I walked up the aisle to my new husband. He made this surprise so easy and delivered to the fullest. There were some issues with my caterer not showing up on time and Larry was up and helping to figure out what was going on to help the day to continue to run smoothly. When I as the bride found out, he was very supportive and upbeat which helped me not to get upset. He assured me that everything was still going great and still managed to keep everything on track. He got the attention of the crowd, even when there needed to be an extra reminder to quiet down for speeches (which we fully appreciated). We had the dance floor full all night with the great music he played – and this was truly all him. We provided him with some songs of each genre to help him understand the music we liked and he took it from there. Overall, we would recommend Larry a million times over. He exceeded our expectations and was really fun to work with. Our guests had endless compliments at the end of the night and even some that said ‘it was the most fun they have ever had at a wedding’. professional, and truly loved what he did. He had an online client portal that included various forms to plan out your day, for him to get to know you better, and make all the song selections you’d like. He also sent monthly wedding planning checklists to make sure we were staying on track with other aspects of the wedding planning process! So helpful!! We had two video calls with Larry throughout the process and he always makes us feel taken care of. We had so much trust in Larry! We got so many compliments on our DJ and the dancing was truly one of the most memorable things of the entire day! Larry is the best!

getting DJ Jason. While he was very sweet and accommodating towards our requests of adding in things (such as a bridal party scavenger hunt, koozie toss, etc. ). I was disappointed in the actually dancing portion of the reception. Hardly any of our songs were played off our “must play” form which we took time to fill out. Songs that were played we would maybe get 1-2 good party songs and then a slow song was played and our dance floor became crickets. So sad and disappointing. Sadly, a lot of our guests said something after the wedding about how our wedding was great aside from the music. This was the one vendor I was disappointed in. I’ve been to/in weddings who have used this company (had Larry) as their DJ and the wedding was great! I was just disappointed with how the songs were handled for the reception. While Jason was nice, I just didn’t like his method on how he handled playing the songs. About the time we had a full dance floor it was cleared out by a slow dance song. And it happened multiple times. Maybe that’s how Jason DJs, I just wish we would have known about that before hand so I could have asked for changes. My husband and I were so busy with friend and family we had no time to even address with Jason at our wedding.

The day of our wedding we had DJ Jason who was so amazing and professional! He step up in a timely manner and made our day run so smoothly. Lets not forget that my husband and I as well as our wedding guests truly enjoyed the night on the dance floor! We couldn't have asked for a better experience:)

There was never a delay in timing with the ceremony and he made sure that the music was played at the right times! During the reception everything went perfectly…he was energetic with the crowd and knew what songs to play based on the vibe. He has a website where you can make a playlist of songs that you like and songs that you do not want played which was so nice!! He was very easy to communicate with and adapted to any last minute request that we had. Day of the wedding he was very professional, made sure everyone was on the same page, checked in to make sure I was good and if I needed anything, brought good energy and all music was played at perfect timing. We also used the Photo Booth and everybody loved it. Guest got to take fun pictures and get them on a photo strip to take home and we received all the photos within 48 hours. Thanks Larry!

Everyone said it was one of the best, if not actually the best, weddings they have ever been to. He made every moment so special. I would recommend him to anyone! tions for a DJ as this was high on our priority list. Larry exceeded our expectations and kept the party rolling until close. DJ Larry was prompt in his responses and was timely to the event. Not only was he fantastic at his DJ roles, he always was asking “is there anything else I can do for you ladies”, down to trying to find eyelash glue before the ceremony! A few of our favorite things from Larry was his online portal and forms that walked us through all the parts of the wedding. This helped guide us in choosing music for all aspects of our ceremony and reception. The day of the wedding, DJ Larry coordinated with the other vendors and our officiant to make sure the day went extra smooth. If what I said is not enough for you to book Larry as your DJ, the Blackberry staff had nothing but great things to say about him and you could tell that Larry was a part of their family. 10/10- Would use DJ Larry again!

Larry also sent us "to-do" lists for our wedding day and was there for anything we needed on the wedding day. I definitely recommend him for your event! re fairly easy to reach, we didn't have a ton of communication with them. Day of for the wedding they arrived on time and set up quickly. Ceremony went great, reception was fine. My mom was frustrated because she requested a song to be dedicated to me before her speech and the dj just let people talk over it so I could barely hear the words. During the dance SO MANY songs we requested weren't played. We spent an absurd amount of time chosing songs so there was a good mix for everyone, but also had 2000s hip hop which is our favorite. As the night went on i would hear songs played and literally say "I did not request this song." Everyone was expecting explicit to start at 10 pm and there was barely any explicit played. Finally, we bundled the photobooth with them. I was not impressed. Their props were not the best and the attendant fell asleep for a long time on a stool while waiting for people to coms so guests had to take their own pictures. When it was time leave the bartenders needed to shake him to wake him up.
