and flexible nature, along with a happy-go-lucky personality, inspired us to trust him in putting together the perfect ceremony and reception for our wedding day. And boy, did he deliver! First, we were provided our own personal page on his website where we could choose every songs we wanted to be played. Whether it was the bridal party introduction song, first dance song, or songs for dancing in general, this website and related software made it incredibly easy to put together the music for our wedding day. We were also able to make special adjustments to the songs we chose and write any notes next to the songs we want played, which was a nice way to personalize our reception even more. Nicholas was excellent at providing a steady stream of dialogue throughout the planning of our wedding. He was almost always available to call, email or even text, which was especially helpful since we could easily get answers to small detail questions we had. He was more than happy to give us advice on live ceremony music, reception accessories (glow sticks, party favors, etc.), as well as wedding day timeline suggestions. Communication was so important to us, and we can confidently say this is definitely one of Nicholas’ strongest attributes. The photo booth was an absolute hit! The props that were provided were more than we could have ever hoped for. People had such a great time with the photo booth, and it was amazing to have BOTH Nicholas AND the photo booth come in a two-in-one package. On our wedding day, Nicholas showed up early, despite a long drive from San Diego to Camarillo, and set up the microphone and speaker system for our wedding ceremony. The lighting he provided for our reception was perfect, and proved to be exactly the ambiance we were looking for. He was outstanding at organizing our bridal party before the Grand Entrance, and giving everyone pointers on what to do when they enter in. We loved his strategy at getting everyone to quiet down so he can make announcements throughout the night. Of course, his energy and “MC voice” was fantastic, and it was obvious he is a natural at doing this. He was great at staying on schedule, but was flexible when necessary. The music itself was amazing, and even though we chose all the songs we wanted played during dinner and dancing, Nicholas put the songs we chose in a logical order that made sense. He even threw in some of his own remixes, which was an unexpected and delightful change of pace. Lastly, and most importantly, Nicholas’ sole focus was on making the perfect day for us. We were the only ones who mattered to him throughout the wedding process, and he made it known that whatever we wanted, he could make happen. This culminated beautifully at our wedding when, after certain songs or when he saw us dancing together, he would give a small announcement asking our guests to give us a round of applause. We appreciated this so much! It says a lot about Nicholas and his commitment to making our wedding the most special day for us, which easily was his best quality. We can’t recommend him enough! right away without a doubt was that Nicholas/Impressions would be DJ- ing one of the biggest days of our lives. A DJ can really make or break your party. I've had the pleasure of witnessing his work at two weddings before hiring him for ours. He is extremely passionate about his work and very professional. He asks all the right questions and helps you visualize the special moments, which helped build excitement about our big day. And then, any concerns we had were never any trouble for him; they were treated with respect and with the utmost importance. He really had a way of making us feel like his #1 priority and calming our nerves. On the big day he did what he does best: He read the audience and catered to everyone's needs to make sure everyone felt included. He remembered all the things of importance to us and was very responsive to our requests and or guests. The photo booth added another really fun and meaningful aspect to our celebration. One of our guests enjoyed his skills so much that she hired him to cater her house-warming party! That was a delightful surprise, and it was nice to see his flexibility. We may even have him dj one of our anniversary parties!
