I am so pleased that I chose Sharon to help me with decorating and floral additions for my daughters wedding in July. The result was amazingly beautiful and she was there for me throughout the big day as well as the months leading up to the wedding. It was the hottest day of the year yet all her flowers were so perfect that many guests had to touch them to see that they were really real! The boxes she made herself were rustic yet very elegant and with the florals, candles, and table cloths made a unique and gorgeous table set. I would never hesitate she is my go to from now on! 🥰

All The Things!!! Sharon with Impressive Occasions is phenomenal!!! She truly made our wedding day beautiful and seamless. Her decorating talent is so amazing and she made my vision come to life just from my Pinterest board. I gave her my 100% trust and let her do her thing and WOW!!! She made all my bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces and everyone could not stop talking about them! Mine was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen! She did all the twinkle lighting, linens, napkins, candles, backdrop, wood top bar the list goes on! She came early to set up, stayed late to tear down! AND she came up with my venue floorplan that was so unique and special for us and our almost 200 guest! Everyone loved the layout! She was also budget friendly and never pushed anything on us that we really didn't need. Sharon was always quick to respond, continued to checked in and so kind! I could not have done it without her, truly! She was a wedding planning angel and a one stop shop for everything I needed. I would highly recommend her to everyone!! You guys have NO idea how amazing Sharon and her team are. Not only do they do a great job with set up and take down and have the most reasonable prices to make your venue look like a dream. They go above and beyond to take stress off of the bride, problem solve solutions to fit your budget, AND she is flexible and willing to adjust anything you need right up until the wedding. I can never thank her enough for the amount of time, dedication, and patience she puts into her brides. I first booked impressive occassions for lighting after seeing their work the day I visited my venue. It wasn’t long after that I realized that I needed her throughout every step of the wedding process. Impressive Occasions was AMAZING to work with! Sharon was so helpful every step of the way offering advice on linen colors, decorations and went above and beyond to make our day special! On the day of our wedding, Sharon was there before we got there to put every detail into place, and came back after to help tear down. She even hung our arch linen, by herself, in July heat. Sharon did an amazing job decorating our wedding!! I was absolutely speechless when I saw the venue for the first time. She made my wedding dreams come true with only a few pictures on a Pinterest board. Our flowers were more beautiful than I could have hoped. We had to switch at the last minute to having our outdoor ceremony inside, but Sharon really went the extra mile to make the ceremony beautiful. There isn't a single thing I would have changed. Sharon knocked our wedding out of the park. She completed 3 backdrops, a cake table and all 175 chair covers. We received compliments on the draping all evening long - our venue was so impressed that they are recommending her now as well. She is extremely easy to work with, very responsive to emails and picks up on your taste immediately. I would highly recommend her.

I cannot speak highly enough for everything Sharon did for me on my wedding day. From the decor to the flowers to the lighting and backdrop, she made my pinterest dream wedding come to life. She sat down with me and worked through all the details making sure to help me stay under budget. She did such an amazing job I cried when I saw my flowers. Everything was just over the top amazing and she made it super easy too because I only had one person to talk to about everything. This woman is an all in one service expert who I would recommend to anyone. She came highly recommended from my wedding coordinator at canopy creek farms and I would highly recommend her to anyone getting married in the Dayton area.

Impressive Occasions made our daughter's wedding day absolutely stunning with all the gorgeous floral decorations at the church and reception venue. The floral bouquets for the bride and bridesmaids were beautiful with the fresh flowers, ribbon details, and bling. The floral arrangements at the reception were so pretty with the candles, glassware, and fresh flowers. The lighted swag that hung above the dance floor made the wedding reception seem so magical. Sharon, the owner of Impressive Occasions, was wonderful to work with since she worked within our budget. She made the day so beautiful and impressive with her floral creations.

From the beautiful sparkly backdrops, to our beautiful floral arrangements, to the beautiful blush candle holders, she absolutely knocked it out of the park. We could not have been happier! Like most brides, I had a very specific vision in mind of what I wanted our ceremony and reception atmosphere to look and feel like. I am an extremely detail oriented person and because of this I went through 3 vendors until I found Sharon at Impressive Occasions! All the other vendors tried to change my vision to fit theirs or told me it could not be done. Once I explained my vision to Sharon she assured me it was not a problem and made it come to life! Sharon is amazing. I told her the colors I wanted and my price range and she made the most beautiful flower arrangements for the church, centerpieces, and bridal bouquets. The reception hall was decorated exactly how I imagined it! Very easy to work with as well. Highly recommend!

Impressive Occasions was one of our "stand-out" vendors. Sharon and her team were so professional with our indoor string lighting, outdoor bistro lighting, and a chandelier. We had originally wanted to chandelier to dangle over us at our outdoor ceremony.. but it looked like rain all day (it didn't rain on us though, woohoo!) so they moved it inside, over our sweetheart table. It was actually much more beautiful there than where we had wanted it originally. Thanks to all of their careful work, the venue looked absolutely magical.

I have nothing but excellent words to say about Impressive Occasions. My wedding was in Ohio but I lived in Chicago so I only had one opportunity to meet with Sharon (we also talked over the phone). But she carried out my vision perfectly! Center pieces were beautiful, my bouquet looked full and gorgeous...there's nothing I would've changed about their work. I highly recommend working with them! Sharon is amazing, she is such a nice person to work with and I feel like I called her about the smallest details but she never got upset and always made sure I was ok with the way things were going. I'm so glad I went with Impressive Occasions!

Impressive Occasions was absolutely amazing! I 100% recommend that everyone use this decorating company. Not only do they do an amazing job on decorating your venue, but Sharon also does flowers and she made my bouquet and WOW was it beautiful! Sharon was so wonderful and friendly. I was lucky enough that my venue them set up the day before so I was able to go in and look at everything.. talk about a perfect dream! It was so gorgeous! From the head table to the backdrop to the centerpieces and chairs. I couldn't believe how wonderful it turned out. Sharon is so great, you give her a certain budget and she will give you the ideas she can work with. I had a very small budget for each table since there were so many at the reception and she showed me a few things and we worked together and the centerpieces turned out so perfect and beautiful. I got complements all night on how gorgeous everything was! :) They have a facebook site with TONS of pictures of their work and everything they offer. Using impressive occasions was quite possibly THE best vendor choice of my wedding (and I had some great vendors!!)... Seriously. Sharon (the fabulous lady in charge of it all) does absolutely amazing work and is so wonderful to work with. I booked early into my wedding planning and met with Sharon like a year in advance to reserve my date and get a rough idea of my "vision." Months and months later when we met again to start planning details she could tell me everything I'd mentioned at my first meeting so long before. She truly cares about her clients and she loves what she does. Impressive occasions did my ceremony and reception decor as well as my flowers, and I got SOOOOOOO many compliments on it! In the beginning my mom and I (both quite crafty) were going to try to do all the decor ourselves, but as the guest list kept growing, but thought of keeping up with all of it just made us sick. Having impressive occasions do all the work was a huge relief! Sharon also got the contact info of all my other vendors and contacted them to coordinate arrival times, and where/when to set up what. One more thing I didn't have to worry about! She also saved the day in a few regards on the actual wedding day (an extra table here, an unplanned table cloth there, "reserved" signs we'd forgotten to make...etc.). Impressive occasions also worked with my budget closely. Pinterest makes it easy to get all of these huge ideas that 99% of people can't afford to make happen. She worked with my "Pinterest vision" with the money I had available, and it seriously looked incredible. And again, I can't stress how much worry and hassle this saved me. The day before my wedding I was getting pedicures and greeting my out-of-town guests instead of worrying about decorating. They're also very professional and do business well. Most of the time if I emailed her, I would get a reply within a few hours! If you want your wedding to look amazing while being affordable, have someone in charge who knows what they're doing (and they're fun/friendly to work with!), and have one less thing to worry about, BOOK THEM NOW!!!!!! All I wanted was like 8 uplights and I didn't want to pay $25-50 PER LIGHT! Impressive Occasions has a deal of 8 uplights for like $150 (or something like that) and you just have to pick them up and set them up yourself, which was not hard at all. The manager lady was extremely nice and friendly and returning them was easy too. Very stress free and it didn't cost me a CRAZY amount of money.

Impressive Occassions did an AMAZING job at my wedding. The decor was PERFECT and Sharon really took the extra time to make everything special to my specific taste. Her and her team are amazing to work with and do an outstanding job! I can not imagine possibly doing what they did on my own. My flowers were gorgeous and she really goes the extra mile to make sure that you will LOVE everything about your wedding. My husband and I can not say enough about this vendor!! My husband and I were getting married in time crunch because he was being deployed. So, we went to Impressive Occasions to have them take care of the decor and flowers for the wedding and reception. Sharon did an EXCELLENT job! I was very thrilled with how everything looked! Our wedding was more beautiful than I ever imagined! Sharon was great to work with because she knows what she is doing. I was completely stress free up to and during the day of my wedding. She had everything under control. She worked with my budget and learned about me in order to get a good feel for what kind of decor I desired. She was awesome! I was going to wait to write this review until I didn't cry every time I thought of Sharon and the wonderful work that she did for my daughter's wedding. It has been a little over a week,and I am still in AWE of the way she transformed our venue and gave my little girl the wedding of her dreams. The name Impressive-Occasions is a perfect one. From the first time we met with her, to the last, she was a true professional. The room we were to have the wedding in wasn't going to be large enough and she came up with a plan to extend it by making fake fabric walls...IT WAS BEAUTIFUL and we weren't crowded. We had the wedding and reception in the same room and we made a major blunder on the timing, she had to be frustrated, but she show it. Sharon is a true professional who does beautiful work. She is a gifted designer and was worth every penny!!!!! IF YOU LIVE IN THE DAYTON AREA, YOU CAN NOT DO BETTER THAN IMPRESSIVE-OCCASIONS!

I must say I am a very particular and picky bride I came to Sharon not yet knowing what I wanted just the color and that I wanted it elegant and Sharon done more then deliver she blew my mind ! It was so gorgeous my center pieces came out better then what we was going over and she found me the most amazing linen and I'm all for the linen extremely pleasant and nice to deal with as well I had a wedding for 200 with 17 bridesmaid and 17 groomsmen on Halloween and she got everything done on time and with a smile in her face I can't thank Sharon enough for making everything perfect for me THANK YOU I RECOMMEND HER 1000 x over

Sharon was absolutely amazing. I reached out to her maybe two weeks prior to the wedding in a slight panic, and she managed to pull everything together - and more! From totally transforming an itty bitty ceremony space, to putting finishing touches (and a gorgeous ceiling draping) on our reception.. I used Impressive Occasions for my September outdoor wedding. I came to them last minute, stressing about how to make an empty tent warm and inviting with lights and draping. Their staff took my ideas and ran with them, so that I had absolutely no stress about it the day of. The result was a beautiful draped tent with classy bistro lighting, and was everything I was hoping for. Bottom line: quality work from experts who put you at ease. A little expensive, but very very willing to work with your budget

Impressive Occassion made my vintage 1950's themed wedding a reality. From the blinged out big white feather holders to the antique lamps my guest and I felt like we were back in the 1950s. Impressive Occassion did an amazing job decorating my reception and providing my flowers. They were attentive to every detail I requested and were strategic about creating an experience I will never forget. My wedding guests were so overwhelmed with how beautiful my reception was that I am still receiving compliments. The owner of the banquet hall commented to us that their facility has never been decorated so beautifully. They requested to take pictures and use them on their website. I have sense referred Impressive Occassion to my friend who is having his upcoming birthday party. Impressive Occassion designed flowers that were breath taking. Impressive Occassion you rock! You did phenomenal job and you were budget friendly.

I recently used Impressive Occasions to decorate my wedding reception and provide the flowers for my ceremony. Sharon was wonderful from the beginning, she was able to pull together decorations that were better than anything we could have ever done ourselves. She also paid attention to the small details that most would have skipped over. Sharon provided us with quality service and went above and beyond her call of duty. She is able to work with all budgets and truly gives you the most bang for your buck! Our reception was so beautiful that we had people from another wedding stop in to get Sharon's number.
