I've worked with Impreza for a few different events and each has been outstanding. Sonia is engaged in creating a perfect menu - and I mean perfect. As someone who loves to eat but... hates to cook, she took my few ideas and worked them into a beautiful dinner. Her staff is polite, friendly, and extremely professional. I've also used Impreza for casual events (dips, platters) and the care she provides her customers is equal to whether it is a plated dinner with staff or just a drop-off of food. My guests are always left impressed and I can't dare to use anyone else. My guests now utilize her services, which is the biggest compliment for a hostess. Inventive, customized catering is hard to find and often times overpriced for the quality. The local options are lack-luster. Impreza is truly a jewel that provides exceptional quality and value. Highly recommend.
