I REALLY wanted to work with Alex for wedding invitations because her work is beautiful; however, she seemed incredibly distracted or unwilling to work with me. Weeks went by between email correspondence, and when I had questions (mainly about cost and what is/is not included in a wedding suite) she wouldn’t (or couldn’t) answer or address my concerns. It was strange. I’m happy to see I’m the only one thus far that experienced this behavior from her, but I figured I’d post a review anyway. Good luck!

If we could give 10 stars we would! We have received so many compliments since we sent our wedding invitations. We really wanted a unique invitation for our wedding and Alex definitely delivered. She worked with us on every detail to make sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. Even though we live in California, Alex made the process extremely easy. We are very happy with how the whole invitation package turned out and we have recommended Alex to every one of our family members and friends. Thank you Alex!

My invitations turned out exactly how I wanted them. So unique and different yet so elegant. IMPRIMO uses high quality paper that when I saw them in person I was even more blown away. I'm so excited to send them out and get my guest's reactions! The ordering process is simple as well, Alex has great feedback to what I would need. I'm so happy I got all my wedding paper products in one place, ensuring everything matched. I would certainly recommend!

My invitations turned out beautiful thanks to Alex. She was accommodating with my many changes and very responsive too. I have received many compliments on them. That being said, there was much more involvement than I thought was necessary from my side. As a busy bride, some of the changes/reviews were not efficient or correct. It took 88 emails in communication back and forth with Alex to finalize the invitations. Additionally, another poor experience was that Alex had printed my parents names as the return address on my thank you cards. This would be accurate for the invitations but not for thank you cards as they should come from the bride and groom. Alex was not flexible to correct the envelopes or even send blank replacements free of charge.

My gosh, do I love my invitation set! As soon as I saw it in person, I couldn't wait to mail them to my guests. They are stunning and even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I told Alex that I wanted a classy, elegant, and traditional look to my invitation and she gave me just that! The high quality paper, wax seal, and pocket fold really made my invitation set standout and the price was very reasonable! In addition, the quality and professionalism of Alex was impressive. From start to finish Alex was extremely helpful and responsive. When I wanted to see multiple designs, she was happy to accommodate! My invitations came so quickly too! I can't wait to see my placement cards and Thank You inserts for my wedding. Highly recommend!

I contacted Alex to do my cookie bags, menus, and seating chart a liffte over a month before my wedding. She was a lifesaver! Alex was very professional, got back to be quickly, and her designs were beautiful. I am so happy that I contacted her and I will recommend her to everyone.

When we envisioned what our invitations would look like, we wanted to make sure they were unique to our big day and us as a couple. Alex was very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process of putting our ideas to paper. Though what we wanted was fairly simple and clean, she really did capture what we asked for perfectly, and now we are so excited to send out our invitations to our friends and family! IMPRIMO/Alex is great to work with! She made my task so easy. We worked on our wedding invitations during the Xmas holidays while my fiance and I are in the Philippines. 13 hour difference and holiday schedules didn't stop us from getting the work done in time because Alex is very flexible and quick in turning around designs. She also balances her creativity with client's expectations/instructions very well. I am very glad I worked IMPRIMO and certainly highly recommend Alex to brides to be out there!

Imprimo is amazing! They did our invitation suite, ceremony programs and reception menu cards. They designed all of it and we received SO many compliments!!
