t. We met up with Michelle and she explained that she was there to help reduce our stress with pretty much anything we needed. Michelle was nice and seemed to be sincere. On the day of the wedding, the chapel was decorated beautifully with the items we created. That is where all the beauty ended.The wedding basically halted when the wedding planner left at approx 8-830 pm without fulling communicating what or who was responsible for the remainder of the night/clean up. The reception plans were communicated with her when hired and that it would go until 10:30 pm. When the bride found out that the planner had left, she became stressed. It should not have been like this. A wedding should be happy, exciting, and you should be on the dance floor, not having to worry clean up. This was not how we were told things would end.

and Michelle took care of everything. People need to understand a gender only does what they are hired to do. She honored our contract to the fullest not to mention the personalized decor to make the day so amazing. Many people canceled during Covid and did not set up a new date. I saw negative reviews. My first thought was you sign a contract. My contract was honor to the fullest a year later than the original contract. My recommendation is to hire her for everything and give her control to make your brides dream come true. I did and my daughter had the best wedding. Thank you Michelle for all the crazy message from us and the craziness of Covid. I highly recommend. She is cheap in my book for the service she provides.

only stole money from my wife and I but 3-5 other brides had money stolen from them and not just small money for flowers but had paid her for her venue she used at the time that she lost because she defaulted on the payment. She has made up excuses and lied to the entire wedding industry in Savannah. I know personally of vendors that knew about her ”situation” and offered to get her help and save her and she flat out refused. She let everyone down and no one in the Savannah wedding industry trusts her and rightly so. 0/5 stars she’s a liar and a thief.

to make our wedding a personal wedding. She boasted her experience and how she single-handedly “saved” our wedding venue and helped it become what it was today. She talked about the different design options she can do, all the little details she’ll be able to perfect. She promised us she could take care of floral designs, rentals, and be our day of coordinator. She talked about how she had this huge warehouse filled with wedding materials and if she had it, we could use it. We were so grateful. After about a week or so, she sent me the design for our wedding and said that everything was still changeable up to 30 days prior to the wedding. We paid the deposit. I noticed her response was starting to be a bit slow. We proceeded to pay off the remaining balance, 6 months before our wedding. Emailed her again, no response. Covid hit, months past, still no response. My husband emailed her, texted her, no response. We reached out to all of our vendors to see if they can see if something’s going on, still no response. Nothing. We got word that she’ll talk to people but when it comes to weddings, she just shuts down. Then her assistant reached out and said she went to Germany during covid (highly doubtful). Then we heard from other vendors that she stole money from other brides and ran. I had a panic attack. My other vendors stepped up and volunteered out of the goodness of their heart to cover our decor and day of coordinator. We heard nothing from this woman for over 8 months until AFTER our wedding where she claims she was in an abusive relationship and had no obligations to help us with anything until the week of the wedding. Then she stated that she hadn’t stolen our money and she planned on returning SOME of it. For $3201, no amount of communication, the amount of stress, the amount of heartbreak, the mental havoc she’s pulled on us, the work that my vendors and I had to redo to make up for her failure. I can not give this woman and her business an ounce of trust or recommendation. Please do not work with her. Save yourself and work with anyone else. Do not trust her. You do not need to be heartbroken while planning your wedding. You do not need to walk around town and be “that couple that got Michelled”. Don’t do it. Go with that other vendor, any vendor, anyone that would respect you enough to reply earlier than 8 months.

chelle had taken 3 other weddings this same day and decided to come to this one last. The two day of coordinators did their best to keep the day moving along, but 4pm is not the time to start setting up tables for reception and hang an awful curtain from a tree where the ceremony was. After showing up late she was rude to the two coordinators that had been there all day even to go as far as yelling at them in front of guests and telling them that they were fired. It was a terrible experience to say the least.

uld have imagined. She is so creative, and I believe she could bring to life any bride's vision. The best part of working with Michelle is her huge heart. She truly wants everyone to have the day of their dreams, and she is a joy to work with. We, especially my mother and I, appreciate all of the hard work of Michelle and the Improvisions of Grace team, and we will remember your kindness forever. Our wedding venue looked like a dream because of you. I would recommend this vendor to any bride, and you are in fabulous hands.

bsolutely incredible job. After locking her in for the draping, we just kept adding on services. The draping quote was out of our budget to begin with but she helped us out with pricing. Michelle was always so accommodating and helpful. At one point, we asked if she could get 2 dogwood trees for our ceremony. She looked everywhere in Savannah and couldn't find them. Instead of telling us no - she drove to South Carolina to get them! We used her services for the bouquets, boutonnières and nosegays, draping and garland on the arbor, rose pedals down the aisle, dogwood trees and extra high top table rentals. We didn't realize that she performed day of coordinator services when we first met her. We wound up hiring someone else in Savannah but sure wish we hired Michelle for that too. On the day of our wedding, Michelle had everything set up to perfection and delivered the bouquets and boutonnières to our house in Forsyth Park before pictures. She also provided us with easels, signage and extra last minute items that we needed at the venue. All of those she provided at no cost. About 20 minutes prior to our ceremony, our day of planner was so behind on doing our flowers that Michelle stepped in and finished all of our flower arrangments for the reception. Once again helping out at no cost for something that wasn't her responsibility. She just realized that we were in need of help and stepped in! She stayed at the venue for a good portion of the night and helped out in many areas. We can't explain how grateful we were for her help. I can't say enough, if you need help with a day of planner or bringing your designs to life - MICHELLE is your woman!

anning. I was amazed at how beautiful everything was and she took care of every little detail. Pretty much every guest raved about how gorgeous the entire set up was. We purchased plain white cakes last minute and Michelle was able to transform them into a work of art with the leftover flowers. I was truly impressed. Our day of coordinator was Katie, the wedding MacGyver. Not only did she have everything we could've possibly needed and I didn't think of but she was also the sweetest person!!! We laughed and hung out while waiting and she put my mind to ease as I thought I was going to pass out. My family and all my wedding party loved her. It felt like just another one of my girlfriends was there with us. Couldn't have been more perfect and I am truly thankful.

ing. Her recommendations of vendors were spot on and the team put together for this affair was perfect! The guests were raving about the venue, food, and the DJ which is what we hoped for. Michelle took my daughter's vision (over the phone I might add) and with a major change at the venue 2 weeks before the wedding, she was able to overcome the obstacle and create a beautiful setting for the ceremony and reception. Phone calls, and email were numerous because we were all travelling from different parts of the country and we needed to have everything in place upon arrival. A couple hours before the ceremony, my husband and I were sitting down, and taking it all in. Michelle walked in and said, "You look so relaxed and calm." That is the best compliment I can give Michelle and Improvisions from the mother of the bride's perspective. I was relaxed, calm and enjoying the day! My response was, "We're in good hands, thanks to you." Michelle took my daughter's vision, my budget and created a wonderful event that my husband is still talking about! I highly recommend her.

dry. This was one week after being paid in full. Her excuse was that she was totally burnt out and could not function. AVOID THIS WEDDING SCAMMER AT ALL COSTS!

cloths, a sweetheart table, candle holders, cake holders and a few other items from her and they made my day come together perfectly. Michelle was generous and understanding - even willing to jump in to help last minute. Feels like you are working with a friend! I highly recommend.

e was quite prepared for this. The groomsmen ended up having to help set up the seating for the ceremony. There was also miscommunication about returning our cupcake stand, which resulted in us having to personally deliver it to the owner of GiGi's house on Sunday as we're trying to get out of town for our honeymoon. Overall, decorations were great, but the day-of coordination was subpar.

number of beautiful decorations that went perfectly with our wedding theme and did it all for an amazing price and incredibly attentive service. I give them my highest recommendation to brides-to-be!

ful to us. I never have seen a more beautiful wedding that captured the couples likes and hobbies. I expected someone that would just ask what colors and flowers, that is not at all what you get from Michelle. She will make your wedding truly unique and fun.
