We had the best experience with Caroline (and team) from beginning to end. Prior to our big day, she helped us to organize our plans including creating the day of timeline, inventory checklist, rehearsal, and vendor coordination just to name a few. Caroline was always available by phone or email and always quick to respond. Our wedding day went off without a hitch. She allowed us to enjoy the day without a worry as she took care of everything-- from set up to clean up. Not only is she organized, but she is so easy to get along with on a personal level and really cares about the couple. Knowing that she cared about us enjoying our big day gave us peace of mind that was priceless. We cannot thank Caroline enough and would recommend her to anyone, especially our closest friends and family.

The best day-of-wedding coordinator ever! I cannot thanks Caroline and her team enough for all they did for our wedding. Caroline’s bubbly personally makes her a joy to work with. She is extremely professional and organized. I can honestly say that without her, our wedding wouldn’t have been as perfect as it was. In2itive Weddings is the BEST! Very organized and made our wedding day perfect. They went over everything there is possibly to go over before, during, and after the wedding which made is flawless when the big day arrived. They were very communicative during the whole process. I got married on April23,2016 to a wonderful man and had the most beautiful wedding. My beautiful wedding is credited in large part to Caroline Tamayose of In2itive Weddings. My day went so smoothly due to Caroline and her team. I was able to relax and enjoy every second of my wedding day knowing Caroline was in charge. Not once was I stressed because I knew I had nothing to worry about, and not many brides have the luxury of having that security! Professional and efficient, super organized and on point. Any bride who actually wants to enjoy their big day should contact Caroline to be her day of coordinator. I’ve heard horror stories of coordinators leaving half way thru the wedding and not doing their job, I was lucky enough to never had experienced that! Caroline and her team stayed until the end, the first ones there and the last ones to leave. Every single thing that needed to be brought back, was brought back. Every vendor that I needed to pay and give their tip, done. I didn’t know about any issues until the day after, and that’s because Caroline made sure they took care of it before I even heard about it. That’s how lucky I was and that is why I will forever be thankful and grateful to In2itive Weddings for allowing me to thoroughly enjoy my special day!
