Elisa and Trey were fantastic to work with. They emailed me back right away when I first inquired about their availability and were prompt and thorough when I emailed them with a question. My husband and I loved working with them - for both our engagement photos and on our wedding day Elisa and Trey were professional and made the time taking photos enjoyable with their fun and laid-back personalities. During the ceremony, they did a great job of blending in so that they wouldn't be a distraction and they captured beautiful photos that we will treasure for a lifetime! It did take a while for us to get our photos back, but the resulting images were WELL worth the wait and Elisa was sure to keep in touch with us. I highly, highly recommend inContrast Images!

We chose inContrast because we loved their photography/editing style AND they were willing to travel within a certain distance for us without extra charge. We did both engagement pictures & wedding day photos with them...just got our wedding pics back and we could not be happier!! They are beautiful, mixed with candids & posed photos and they truly captured the emotions of the day for us. We wanted a somewhat budget wedding, but everyone told us not to cheap out on the photographers because that is all you have afterwards to look back on & remember the day and I could not agree more! We are so appreciative of these memories and we'll cherish them forever, every time we see a photo hanging on the wall. :) Highly recommend inContrast Images!

Trey and Elisa were so great to work with throughout engagement pictures, bridal portraits, and wedding day festivities! Our pictures could not have turned out any better!! They captured every single moment from the wedding day!

As a bride planning a wedding from a distance, I made up my mind that I would satisfice my way through my wedding vendors--I'm not a big picture person so a handful of good shots is all I was looking for. I went with Elisa and Trey because they matched my price point and because they had great reviews, and I'm so thankful I did! Throughout the whole process, Elisa was honest, detailed, and thoughtful. I had a short reception and an informal afterparty the next town over, and Elisa and Trey drove down 45 minutes to the other location to hang out with us and capture some candids of us all just having fun. I was worried because my husband is a strong/silent type, and usually when he poses for pictures, he has a very fake, awkward smile. But he has a beautiful smile and laugh when he's with me, and with a combination of their great sense of humor and knack for capturing great candid moments, I now have a huge selection of GORGEOUS shots where my husband and I just look plain happy and beautiful, not staged and frozen. Elisa and Trey were just fun to hang out with, and I'm an introvert :] While they were taking pictures, Trey and Elisa were very particular (put your hand here, scoot just a little this way, look this way) and I was slightly skeptical...but when the pictures came back, every single picture was spectacular because of that care. They were one of the best parts of the wedding. 100% recommend!

I actually found Tres and Elisa on the Knot and it was the best decision I ever made. They are the sweetest and most patient people you will ever meet, not to mention they take stunning photos. Aside from lots of laughter during sessions, they both make you feel very comfortable and relaxed whether it’s a couple session or an individual (bridal) session. Chaos is also no issue for them! Looking back on our wedding day they were literally everywhere capturing every moment. Tres and Elisa are naturals at what they do whether it’s a detail shot (I literally was obsessed with a table setting photo of salt pepper when I discovered them) or an up-close portrait. They are responsive, helpful, and creative. I could not give them a higher recommendation and encourage you to consider them for your special day - I promise they’ll make the whole experience even more special.

I recently got married and my husband and I hired inContrast as our photographers. Their work is amazing! Another great reason to book these two is working with them was always so fun. My husband and I had our engagement session right before Christmas in downtown Raleigh and we all just walked around. Elisa and Trey seemed to know the perfect places to take us during the session too. My bridal session was a blast as well. I brought two of my bridesmaids and it never felt awkward walking around posing in a wedding dress while people in the background watched. Finally, the wedding day Elisa and Trey were amazing. I've had so many compliments about how they seemed to always be there to take photographs of every important part of the wedding. After looking back at my wedding pictures I was able to relive the day and also see soo much that I didn't even realize happened. The only downfall we had with the photographers was that it seemed to take a really long time to get any pictures back. They did know however that I needed my bridal portraits back by a certain time and I received them when they said I would. For our engagement and wedding photos it took a good amount of time past the 4-8 weeks they said it would take. After recieveing the pictures both times though the quality made up for the wait.

Searching for a wedding photographer is such an important step when planning your wedding, and after looking at wedding photographers in NC online I fell in love with InConstrast's photos and met with Elisa and Trey to discuss packages and options. I was so happy once I got our photos back! They captured our day so beautifully and I am very pleased with all the photos we received!

They were great to work with pre and during the wedding! They took truly amazing photos. I love their work! They got digital copies of my photos back to me quickly which was awesome! However, I ordered several hundred dollars worth of prints from them over a year ago and still haven't received any and my emails inquiring about my order have gone unanswered :( Definitely recommend if you plan on getting your photos printed elsewhere though!

Loved them!!! We highly recomend Elisa and Trey. They shot both our engagement photos and wedding day. They were fun, engaging, and definitely captured the feelings and moments of our day. The only thing that was difficult, was they do not do previews so you wait 6-8 weeks for your photos. Which we were fine with because that is still quicker than majority of photographers and their quality was AMAZING !!

Elisa and Tres are absolutely amazing. We booked them to take my bridal and our wedding pictures, and they both did a fantastic job. It was very important to us that we had our day documented the way we remembered it, with genuine smiles, laughs, and silly faces. We like the storytelling style photography, which is what we received from inContrast. It was also imperative that our photographers not be in the middle of any moments, but be on the sidelines and get the images that they could, which Elisa and Tres did as well. They both have such a good way of making you feel yourself in front of a camera. My husband is not a fan of taking pictures, but they made him feel comfortable and made the best of the situation. We could not have asked for better images to have for the rest of our lives, and we treasure the memories made with these two incredible people. Elisa learned to wobble at our reception and comforted me when I cried. Tres made us laugh constantly and is newfound friends with a few cows at our venue. We are just so grateful for such joyful memories they gave us that we can carry with us forever. Thank you!!!

Elisa and Tres were a joy to work with. We chose to do an engagement shoot with them to get to know each other before the wedding day, and that really helped us to become comfortable and really enjoy the whole experience. They were professional, yet they definitely encouraged us to be goofy and authentic and had us cracking up the whole time. They kept in great contact with us leading up to the wedding, and provided such great coverage the day of. Having two photographers was definitely a plus, they were able to capture so many moments so completely with the different angles. They were never overly pose-y, they really captured the essence of the day and got some terrific candids! The price for having the two of them was incredible, we didn't find any competition there. We really enjoyed the two of them personally and our photos came out better than we could have ever anticipated, highly recommend them.

I am so happy that we were able to work with Elisa and Tres during our engagement and wedding. I am so happy with our decision to have them as our photographers. Through getting to know them before the wedding during our engagement shoot and my bridal portraits they made me feel so comfortable and they were fun to be with! I laughed all the time and they were awesome about letting me include my mom and sister along with us on my bridal portrait day. Other than just being enjoyable to be around they were super professional and I could not be more thrilled with the quality of all of our pictures. They always responded to emails and questions super timely. I was very pleased with all the prints we bought through them and I was really happy with my bridal portrait. During our wedding day I was never stressed or worried about anything dealing with pictures! I knew they had it all under control and were organized about special moments I had hoped to have photographed. They captured our wedding so perfectly and they have given us the best gift through these photos we will always treasure.

Elisa and Trey are fun people to work with. My biggest worries before taking portraits were how natural we would look in front of camera. After meeting them, all these worries were gone! They use their humor and professionalism to catch the best moments of us and we felt very relaxed and fun during the whole time! Locations were up to our choice, but I really appreciated that Elisa and Trey would pick up some unique angels and background for us, which we had not previously thought of. They have a professional eye for beauty and it turns out that we like those pics very much! Our pics were delivered in a very special way, presented in a wooden USB, which reminded me of hand-made stuff in old times. It was a wonderful experience overall!

I don't typically do online reviews but I had to share our amazing experience we had with our wedding photographers, Tres and Elisa of InContrastImages. These two were so wonderful to work with on our big day but even before the wedding, they made the process easy and enjoyable from start to finish. They are talented, efficient, and organized but also instantly put us at ease with their relaxed and fun personalities. We were able to get all the pictures we requested and more thanks to their ability to make us laugh and smile even with weather changes, pouting flower girls, etc. And since we were from out of town and unable to do an engagement session which came with our photography package, they came back the day after our wedding to capture some great beach shots and family photos that we can't wait to see. They clearly love what they do and work so well together. While I haven't seen the final product yet, I'm confident that our pictures will be wonderful! I highly recommend Tres and Elisa from InContrastImages for your wedding or next big event!

We selected InContrast Images because we knew that logistically having two photographers would be better than one. Elisa and Tres weren't just better - they were more than we could've asked for! They worked together flawlessly, knowing how/when/where to capture the best images. They knew exactly where the other person was and where they each needed to be, to be as efficient as possible. Leading up the big day, they were punctual and thorough in all of our correspondences. On the day of, they made us and all our friends and family feel so comfortable. During the reception, they weren't just photographers, they were like two more friends out on the dance floor. Elisa and Tres from inContrast were great to work with. They were professional yet fun, and their photos are beautiful! They provide great value for the cost - they arrived early and didn't stop taking photos the whole night. They captured a great mix of us, friends, and family in both posed and candid shots. When everybody circled up to dance the hora (traditional Jewish wedding dance), Elisa was right in the middle capturing the moment! We also had a photobooth that was a huge hit and a lot of fun. They were also very flexible. Our 8 hour package went by faster than we imagined, and we asked them to stay for an extra hour - they were happy to do so and let us trade in part of our print credit from the package so that we didn't have to write them an additional check at the end of the night. We could not have been happier with our experience with InContrast and would recommend them to anyone looking for professional, fun, talented photographers!

inContrast is WONDERFUL!!!! The showed up while I was getting ready and from that moment on they worked nonstop, getting pictures of what seemed like every single little detail. They worked their tails off and were SO incredibly nice. I would give them a 10 star if i could!

We had a wonderful experience working with InContrast Images. They are a talented team and so easy to work with! Elisa was always willing to help me and responded to my questions/concerns in a timely manner even with her busiest time of the year! I loved working with this couple!

We first met Elisa and Tres while they were shooting our friends' wedding and knew right away that we wanted them to be a part of our big day. We noticed that they were all over the place and moments they captured were genuine and natural. After meeting one-on-one with Elisa we decided to purchase a package that included an engagement session. We had so much fun during our engagement session. Tres and Elisa were not at all concerned with the time and number of outfit changes I insisted on. They took as many photos as they could of us before we ran out of daylight. We had a destination wedding in Charleston, SC and couldn’t have been more excited for them to travel with us. Our wedding celebration lasted 2 days. They joined us the night before the wedding and shot casual photos of us on Folly Beach with family and friends. There were at least 50 guests at the "pre-wedding beach party" and everyone was caught on camera at least once. They captured precious moments: laughter, tears, actions shots of my nephew playing football on the beach and our 75 year grandma “getting down” on the dance floor. Our wedding day was perfect! With all of the attention and excitement you will want photographers like Elisa and Tres to direct you and remind you of those important photos you’ll want later. They were everywhere! We didn’t have to wait too long for our photos even though they took thousands! The same great emotions felt on my special day came back to life when we looked through our photos. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I recommend inContrast again and again.

Even before I began planning our wedding in October 2010, I knew the photography was one of my most serious choices. Venue, dress, food... none of those decisions were going to last as long as good photographs. From our first emails, Elisa and Tres were by far our first choice. They were prompt, professional, friendly, affordable and flexible. They worked with us to create a custom photography package that suited our wants and budget. When I asked if they would be willing to shoot some in film they jumped at the opportunity, producing some of our favorite images. Amidst the chaos, coordinating with them was seamless. I shared images that I liked and they were able to deliver the exact images I was hoping for... Warm, intimate, candid. Family and friends the way we know them. My groom and I looked in love and natural. I am so proud to share the photos of the day. Our wedding photos are precious. The image sharing website InContrast uses is great! People can view photos, leave comments, order copies, and create files of their favorites. My mom loved this! Along with our perfect venue, InContrast Images was the best money we spent. I felt their prices were beyond fair for the great product we received. Can you tell we are delighted with InContrast!

Elisa and Tres are wonderful to work with and the photographs speak for themselves. My guests commented that they didn't even notice them working. They work as a team so you get two photographers who are both amazing. Elisa does a great job with the details and paperwork.

My photographers were really great! They were easy to get in touch with and corresponded very frequently. They answered any questions I had and keep out of the way on the day of, but still got great shots! The only problem we had was that it took almost two months for us to get our photos back, we just didn't like waiting! Would use them again :)

These guys were great. They seemed to be everywhere, and caught some amazing moments. From the details to the big picture, they seemed to get it all. I highly recommend them.

I really love the photos they took of the wedding. It did rain right after the ceremony so we missed out on the family shots but we got lots of good pics at the reception. They are good at capturing just the right moment and making all of the good features of the image stand out. I love their work.
