We have been whipping up award-winning cakes and desserts for more than 25 years, and our work is known nationally for our pristine sugar artistry, delicate hand-created elements and a personal touch during consultations. We have won The Knot Hall of Fame, Best of Weddings. Readers Choice awards and have been featured in Grand Strand Bridal Magazine . OVID-19, we had to postpone our 2020 wedding to 2021, and IE was so accommodating and handled the scheduling shift with ease. My husband planned the cake for the rehearsal with Nancy, and it was just above and beyond! I wanted a simple, but elegant, cake for our wedding reception, and Nancy delivered exactly what I had in mind. We went with two different types of cake: buttermilk cake with white chocolate mouse and raspberry preserves and chocolate cake with mocha icing. All of our guests raved about the cake; most stated they ate multiple slices, some saying up to 4-5 pieces!! Both cakes were delivered on time with no issues at all. Anyone planning a wedding in the area - I cannot recommend IE enough!

COVID-19 resulted in many changes to our original plans, including our date, venue, and cake size, but Nancy quickly adjusted to these changes and was always easy to reach if we had any questions. The wedding cake itself was perfection...4 layers, (with each layer different flavors)...it was so beautiful and had a cascade of flowers going down from the top...the sheet cake that they actually served was very well received and we had a little leftover. We froze one layer for them to eat on their first anniversary and that was red velvet, the grooms favorite. I’m so glad I did! Nancy was easy to work with, and she and the staff had several suggestions on serving size and flavor that were very much appreciated.
