it all turned out perfect. Krisha was fantastic to work with as she helped us craft the menus for each event, helping to move items around to ensure that each event felt unique without any repetitions. Yes, that is right, even across eight separate menus, we were able to avoid any repeat dishes. She also paid a lot of attention to all the logistics involved and worked with each of the venues to ensure that all of our dishes would be served in the best way possible. We were able to meet the India House team for three separate tastings, and they ensured we tried every single dish we were going to order. We saw Krisha at every single tasting, and she was also present day-of for every single meal which is crazy. The food was all fantastic, and our guests praised everything down to even the chai. India House also had a variety of live action concepts and some really good fusion food. People loved the live sugar cane juice, and it might sound crazy, but Indian Italian pasta is actually a hit. The service was also always top notch. India House is a large part of why our guests praised our wedding food so much, and their ability to not get tired despite getting food from the same place for so many meals is a testament to the quality of the food and the diversity of the menu that India House has. One thing we wanted to highlight specifically was Krisha’s attentiveness to the bride’s allergies. She had numerous allergies that are often found in Indian food, but Krisha went above and beyond to make sure that every single meal was safe. That extended to labelling allergens accurately for every single dish that we ordered. That attention to detail allowed us to fully trust in the food and relax, and that is the most valuable thing we or our guests could have asked for.
