Our wedding at Indian Head was absolutely perfect. The entire staff was extremely helpful and kind while we were there all weekend. Rebecca and Emily especially went above and beyond for us! Our cake had a little mishap when it arrived at the resort (no fault of Indian Head), but Rebecca and the team handled the situation and ensured we still had a cake to cut. The replacement cake was delicious and we deeply appreciated everything they did for us. Our guests raved about the food, the atmosphere and how nice of a venue IHR is. Everyone had a wonderful time and we couldn’t be more thrilled with how everything turned out. We highly recommend Indian Head to everyone we talk to and we can’t wait to go back next year for our wedding anniversary. Thank you Indian Head for a perfect weekend!

From first sight, we were sold on the venue. After we signed the paperwork, Rebecca was there for us through the entire process. We cannot get over how beautiful everything turned out and all of our guests have been complimenting the location and the food non stop! Go check this venue out, you won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I had our wedding here this past October. I can't even begin to express how happy we were with the service. From start to finish, we felt completely taken care of. Emily and Rebecca answered every question we had from the day we booked until the end of our reception. We had a wedding party of eleven people, all of whom stayed at the resort. We had an additional 50+ guests from all over the states staying on property. Our guests ranged from 2 years old to 70+. Everyone had an equally amazing time. My family cannot stop raving about the experience and said that it was one of their favorite weddings to attend. It was so fun to take advantage of the amenities around the resort before the wedding like the sauna and the hot tub. There were plenty of food options around for quick meals and plenty to do around the town. Even after our wedding, we stayed a few additional days. The front desk staff were so kind and welcoming, they made my husband and I feel like family. It was honestly the best experience of husband and I's life, and we will cherish those memories forever. I would recommend anyone to choose this destination for your wedding if you love nature and cozy vibes.

We had such an amazing wedding at Indian Head! The staff was wonderful and very helpful! The wedding planner, Rebecca was amazing, she really knows her stuff! She went above and beyond, as did the whole staff. The space is perfect, the dance floor is perfect sized, the photos ops are beautiful. We would highly recommend coming here! Specially, everything is in house! They had a shuttle come drop off and pick up people for our reception pre drinks. These are the best people and facilities! The food was fantastic! They were able to accommodate to eating restrictions and gluten-free. Can't wait to come back on our anniversary!

Rebecca, Emily and the entire Indian Head Resort staff were exceptional! From their attentiveness, detail orientation, compassion, proficiency and kindness I couldn't be happier with my big day! I truly felt cared for and that everyone was there to help and support me. Every question I had was answered and every request I made was fulfilled. Indian Head truly helped me plan & execute a flawless wedding. If I could go back and change anything I wouldn't. Perfect is a heavy word but one Rebecca and her staff earned and deserve!

Indian Head Resort was an absolutely magical place to get married!! Not only do your guests get to enjoy incredible mountain view’s, everything is handled “on campus” making your wedding feel smooth and easy from start to finish. The staff was great, very accommodating, and friendly. I worked closely with Emily and Rebecca while planning my wedding and they were both very responsive, helpful and professional. Any and all questions - whether annoying or not - were answered right away. One of the best parts is enjoying the leftovers they put in your honeymoon suite. They also sent us an overnight voucher to come back and visit! Indian Head Resort feels like home, but with a resort look and feel. We recommend this place to any couple looking to tie the knot!

From the day we booked our July 1, 2023 wedding we knew we had made the right choice! Throughout the two & half year planning process to the weekend & day of… Heidi, Rebecca & Emily were amazing! We had our Rehersal/Welcome BBQ on property at Yias Yais house amd the staff made sure we had enough tables & chairs avaiable for everyone. lWedding day went without any problems & they made the day a dream come true! I would definitely recommend Indian Head Resort to all future couples.

This is an amazing place for a Wedding. Emily, Rebecca, and Heidi were great and helped through the whole process. The views are beautiful and we had a great time! The reception room is stunning and there are many options on where/how to have the ceremony. All and all, my husband and I were very happy with this venue and we recommend coming to check it out and take a tour with one of the coordinators.

Our dream wedding came true! This venue was beautiful, affordable, amazing food, coordinators were fantastic through the whole process, and amazing staff! no regrets booking our wedding here! We’d do it all over again :)

We got married here on 5/29 and let me just say Rebecca and the rest of the wedding staff are phenomenal! So easy to communicate with always willing to make changes / give answers to questions no matter how silly! Our bartenders for the wedding were amazing as well as the food staff! The food was AMAZING everyone is still talking about the amazing food they had on our special day. Their wedding room is also so beautiful and decorating in the morning went by so smoothly thanks to their staff! We also did our rehersal breakfast there and did the breakfast buffet and our waitress was amazing and very accommodating! What are you waiting for just book with them already!

I got married at Indian Head Resort recently and I absolutely loved it. We had to reschedule twice and they were so accommodating and helpful for me and my guests. The food was INCREDIBLE! The scenery for pictures? Amazing! It was all perfection and everything I could have asked for. If you’re thinking of doing it, go check it out. You won’t regret it!

We got married at Indian Head in August 2021 and WOW. I honestly don’t know where to begin. The whole experience was amazing and we were so unbelievably happy with everything! We had just got engaged a couple weeks before staying here for the first time. We did not even stay here looking for a venue but once we saw how beautiful it was and the arbor with the mountain views next to the water we decided to ask about possibly speaking to someone about having our wedding there. We literally booked our wedding that day with them! We hadn’t even viewed any other venues but it was perfect. Emily was our wedding coordinator and she was seriously fantastic! So helpful, nice, and laid back. Emily and the whole team at Indian Head were SO SO great! Every step of the way they were there to guide us, and answer any questions we had or ease any concerns. Planning was honestly a breeze because everything is included as far as lodging, food, and no transportation is needed. I think our guests loved this resort feel and not having to travel to any other locations. I know we did! The wedding package comes with a discounted rate for any of their 3 houses. We got the arrowhead condo (it was basically a house) across the street from the main resort and it was AWESOME! We had our rehearsal dinner there as well and it worked out great! They provided tables and chairs and there was plenty of room for cornhole and games! The girls and I also got ready at the condo before the wedding! Plenty of space and just perfect. Our guests LOVED the resort and enjoyed all the amenities! There is so much to do in the area and even just at the resort too if guests want to make a fun weekend out of it. Emily and all the staff made sure everything was perfect the day of the wedding and it absolutely was. The lakeview reception room was a dream. The ceiling to floor windows really make this space. You also get to use the deck off the hall. It was so pretty. You honestly don’t even have to go crazy decorating because inside and outside is already so beautiful. My girls and I setup some stuff the morning of the wedding and Emily finished. She put on so many damn little battery operated candles and she did not miss one. She helped with so much. The finishing touches they made to the reception area seriously blew me away. Their attention to detail really showed how much they truly cared! Emily was even passing out horderves to the wedding party during pictures haha…she really did it all and was so funny and made us feel comfortable the whole time. All the staff was great. Front desk, everyone. Our guests were even raving about our bartender! Lol! THE FOOD…the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Our guests were raving about the food for a while…and even during the wedding saying “this place is awesome!” Haha. Honeymoon suite is included the night of the wedding and when we went to our room we were surprised with some super nice gifts, a card, bottle of champagne, one of our centerpieces, and they also made us plates of our leftovers and put them in the fridge! Oh yea and the price is really reasonable for everything you get. Like REALLY reasonable. I could go on because they made our wedding weekend amazing, but this review is already long enough so just BOOK YOUR WEDDING HERE!!!!!!

Indian Head was the perfect place to get married! The views, the staff and the food were all perfect. Emily and her staff were very helpful and informative. The bartenders did a great job and everyone was very pleased with their stay. The arrowhead condo was awesome and would definitely stay there again. It was the best day ever! We recently had our wedding at Indian Head Resort. Not only are the views amazing, but the Wedding Coordinator, Bartenders and the rest of the waitstaff were incredible! We had a little hiccup with an accident near by that put our photographer in bumper to bumper traffic and naturally I was losing my mind not knowing if she would make it to the wedding. Our coordinator, Nick ran around like a mad man to make sure everything else was good, communicated to other vendors and made sure our guests were ready to go. Despite the unforeseen circumstances, it was honestly the best day, with the best people and staff at Indian Head! Both my Husband and I recommend Indian Head Resort!

I have nothing bad to say about our wedding at the Indian Head. It was the absolute perfect wedding. The staff were there every step of the way! Nick and Emily are so helpful and friendly, they really made us feel special! The attention to detail they provided, and the all the support they offered to us was outstanding! The catering company was amazing, they even got out and danced with us at the end of the night! The food was absolutely amazing, and the views are to die for! We had such a wonderful weekend here with our family and friends. From being in the pools and jacuzzis to partying in the mountainview house, we truly had the best weekend of our lives so far here! 10/10 would recommend having your wedding here. We are so happy we chose to have ours here!

I couldn’t be happier with our decision to get married at Indian Head Resort. We are from Rhode Island and New Hampshire is our favorite place to adventure to. Hedi and the team at Indian Head went out of their way to make sure that our wedding went as smoothly as possible. We originally planned to get married in 2020, but with covid we had rescheduled for 2021. This process was stress free and I couldn’t have been more thankful. The staff made sure every detail was planned and ready to go. They even drove to our condo when we forgot our bouquets. We were having so much fun on the ride over we didn’t realize until we got there. Hedi helped us fix this problem in minutes! I am so thankful to have had her help that weekend. If you are thinking about choosing Indian Head this is your sign. Do it! I am still on cloud nine from that day. I will always remember the beautiful view walking down the aisle to my future husband. So special!

I got married on 7/24/21 and had a dream day because of Indian Head and their amazing staff. We had 75 people at our wedding which felt like a good amount for the space, but it definitely could accommodate ore guests. The venue is gorgeous with beautiful mountain views and a pond. The food for the rehearsal dinner and reception was so delicious (the mac and cheese and salmon were big hits amongst ourselves and our guests). We had a dedicated person who helped us with planning and a dedicated person on site with us the whole weekend who made sure everything went perfectly. The fact that our ceremony, reception, and lodging was on 1 property also made things very convenient for us and out guests. I would not change a thing about our day and we have the staff at Indian Head to thank for a large part of that!

I absolutely can not say enough how amazing everything was at my wedding on 7/3/21 at Indian Head. The food was amazing (all of my guests told me they loved the food too!) the reception room was gorgeous and the perfect size for your wedding of about 70 people. Even though it rained and I was not able to get married in the gazebo as planned our ceremony in the green room was absolutely gorgeous and I have no regrets at all about marrying inside. The staff is so great! From the bar tender to the waitress to the wedding coordinator everyone genuinely seems to love their job and really care about making your day special. Even the front desk staff seemed excited for my big day and made me feel amazing. Great value as well for the price and everything that is included. The list of preferred vendors they give you for photography, DJ, hair/makeup were all outstanding as well. Rain or shine this is the perfect place to get married in the white mountains. We first started working with Indian Head Resort in 2019 when we were planning our wedding for August of 2020. Due to the COVID pandemic, we had to postponed our wedding until July of 2021, which Indian Head handled very well, they allowed us to move our date without any charges or loss of funds. This was great for us, and took some of the pressure off during the pandemic. Jennifer from Indian Head Resort worked with us throughout the entire process, making sure that we did not miss any details, big or small. We felt very taken care of going into the wedding. Fast forward to the wedding weekend. We were able to do our decorations the day before the wedding (there wasn't an event on that night) which was very helpful, and Jennifer introduced her team to us, and we worked through some of the remaining details around the ceremony and reception. On the day of we had Nick and Emily who coordinated everything. They ran around the resort, passing messages to my fiance, making sure that everyone was ready when needed, and nothing was missed. They coordinated with all of our vendors and made sure they were setup where needed, and had everything that they needed. The care that the Indian Head staff put into their weddings is absolutely wonderful. There were a lot of nice surprises, like extra food we did not expect, they made sure that while we were taking pictures after the ceremony we were able to enjoy the appetizers that everyone else was enjoying during the cocktail hour. At the end of the night we had a nice honeymoon suite, with some champagne on ice, chocolate, and plates of food which came in real handy, and is just a really nice touch. The food and drink were absolutely delicious, beyond our expectations despite us having tasted most of the food we ordered ahead of time. I don't think you can go wrong with having your wedding at Indian Head Resort, they do everything they can to ensure a great experience for you as a couple and for your guests.

Indian Head Resort and their friendly staff were simply amazing. From the moment we met coordinators Jennifer and Shelvy they were so so helpful with every little detail. They were so responsive and reliable. Our guests enjoyed the resort SO much. They were all so so helpful the weekend of wedding and Shelvy was amazing as our coordinator the weekend of wedding. She was so flexible and so so helpful of every little detail and she truly helped me enjoy our special day without feeling stressed. She even escorted us to and from the buffet and made sure we got to eat and reminded us we had all night to say hello and that we needed to eat. She made our honeymoon suite so cozy and had surprises there waiting for us after. Including plates with left overs. We are so so grateful for everyone at the resort and for all of their hard work. We had the BEST weekend and could not have done it without their help.

Amazing venue for a wedding, the view itself is something you only see in movies until your there in person. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. My husband and all of our guests had an amazing time and thought the day was beautiful! We are very happy that we chose this venue for our big day!!!

We can't say enough about our wedding spectacular held this past weekend at IHR! The staff were incredible-so helpful through every step, definitely went above & beyond! Our food was delicious & plentiful, the scenic backdrop of the Birch Arbor ceremony site & the Lakeview Room was breathtaking. Highly recommend this venue to anyone in the planning process! Shelvy & Jen are AMAZING!

Every detail of our wedding was perfect. The timing of everything was spot on, the food was literally amazing (and EVERYONE thought so), and the scenery was beautiful! Jennifer was such an important part to this! She helped with everything around the way, big or small, and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions! The cook was literally so flexible and was willing to make any little dietary change I needed without question! There are truly not enough good things I could say to express the amount of gratitude we have towards Indian Head for being the perfect location for our “I do”

We just got married on 8/10/19. Everything was perfect. The coordinators Jennifer & Bonnie were helpful & responsive since the day we inquired. Our family and friends loved the lodging options, while the wedding party stayed in Yia Yia's & Mountain View house. Most of our guest made a weekend vaca out of it! We had a blast! They shuttled our entire wedding party to and from our rehearsal dinner offsite! They helped clean up after the wedding, and made sure we received anything we forgot/left behind. The property is gorgeous! Our wedding food was PHENOMENAL. The total cost was very reasonable. They made the entire process stress-free! Thank you!!!! -The Lewis family

I cannot even begin to explain how perfect and amazing everything turned out. Everyone was so helpful through the entire planning process and the wedding day itself! Rachel went out of her way to make sure our day was perfect, it went off without a hitch!! We really wanted an outdoor ceremony but decided to move it inside at the last minute, Rachel secured us a section of the lounge as our back up location and it was just as beautiful! People are still talking about the Apple Brie Chicken and how great of a time they had, truly a wonderful staff and amazing people. We stayed in separate condos with our friends and a honeymoon suite the night of the wedding and came back to leftovers, champagne, chocolate, and a decorated room! I would highly recommend this venue, great pictures, amazing food, and all events and guests in one place! Thank you again to all at Indian Head for such a perfect day!

We are so happy that we chose the Indian Head for our wedding venue! We wanted a venue that had everything all in one place so that our guests didn’t have to travel more than they already did (we’re from Mass) and after having a tour here we instantly knew this was the vibe we had wanted! The views are simply breathtaking. If you’re looking for a Mountain View this is it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to the 160 guests we had. The food was amazing! Both cocktail hour options and dinner. We chose the buffet style and all our guests kept saying out good it was and loved that they could serve themselves what they wanted. We had an open bar and the bar staff was phenomenal. The weather wasn’t on our side that day.. we actually had a Nor’easter! (Thanks New England weather) but our backup plan was simply perfect. Rachel, our coordinator, did a fantastic job and I am so thankful for all her help that day and the months leading up to it! Her and some of the other coordinators there were so helpful answering emails and questions I had (there was a lot, I’ve never been in a wedding and I’m the first of my friends to have gotten married) so at times where I felt frazzled they kept me afloat. I highly recommend this venue for any time of the year, but the fall time this place is simply magical and beautiful.

We had the wedding of our dreams in April of 2018 at Indianhead. Jenn Arruda is a fantastic wedding coordinator! She always responds to every question you have along the way and will definitely go out of her way to try to make your plans a reality. Jenn has a very positive, upbeat attitude about everything and her professionalism is unparalleled. She was such a calming presence on the day of the wedding and even though the weather was definitely a factor that forced us to wait until the 11th hour to make some decisions, she was never flustered or rushed about any of the last minute changes. She was truly a pleasure for Nick and I to work with!!

Got married at Indian Head on October 8th 2017. I don't normally write reviews of places but because the day was exactly what I wanted and it couldn't have been without Indian Head and their employees I knew I needed to write a review so people can be as happy as we were! It is an absolutely beautiful location with many feature- mountains, water, foliage if in the fall. I had a few guests that couldn't believe they were traveling 2 hours for a wedding but when they got there, they were impressed and saw why. Jen one of the wedding coordinators was AMAZING. Every time I called or had questions she got me the answers promptly. The day of she worked with me in the morning and even helped the day progress smoothly. The food was delicious. Everyone was happy with it and commented on how good it was. A couple of bonuses- they include the honeymoon suite with their packages. We however choose to stay at their condo the night of the wedding instead as we had rented it for the weekend. They decorated the master bedroom in the condo and provided us with champagne and leftovers! I would recommend Indian Head to anyone that asks! I will defiantly keep going back there as well for years to come!

My husaband and I got married at the indian head resort on October first and we had the best time ever. The staff were so helpful we never had to worry about anything. The ceremony was out by the lake during fall foliage the mountains as the back drop were absolutely beautiful. The reception hall was amazing there was plenty of room for everyone and the wedding planner helped with decorations. Everything went so smoothly and I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much indian head we will remember this day forever.

We got married here on 9/3/17 and it was amazing! I can't tell you enough how attentive Jennifer and her staff was. Everyone was super friendly and willing to help. I wish I can turn back time and have my wedding all over again. The venue was beautiful, the food was delish, and service was A+. We will definitely be booking some trips up here.

We were married in June at Indian Head, and it couldn't have been better! Jennifer was absolutely wonderful, from the day my husband and I first met with her until the wedding day a year and a half later, she took the time to answer any silly little questions I had and explain every process and step we took. The day of our wedding was raining, and we were able to wait until just before the ceremony to decide to change from outdoors to in, the staff made the switch smoothly and quickly without a single issue. Almost 3 months after the fact, we still have friends and family raving about what a great weekend they had, and how every staff member they met was nothing but friendly and helpful. Having grown up going on family vacations to this hotel, I could not have been more pleased with how our wedding turned out. I would highly recommend it!

We had our wedding here in July of 2017 and decided to write a review because our wedding truly exceeded our expectations of what we thought it would be. We vacation at the Indian Head Resort about twice a year. In addition to being a beautiful location, we knew our friends and family would be well taken care of since we have always received excellent customer service (It worth noting that year after year we see many of the same wait staff, bartenders and people manning the front desk). Lincoln, NH is far less touristy then North Conway but you are only about 10 minutes from exit 32 on 93, which has dunkin donuts, rite aid, restaurants along with many other conveniences and attractions. At the same time you are close to the Flume, Clarks Trading Post and countless hiking trails. The resort’s wedding coordinator, Jen is amazing. I sent her a lot of emails and she was quick to respond and pleasant to work with. She was very informative, kept us on track and made us aware of things relating to time, set up, and other areas we did not think of. The day of the wedding Jen ensured everything ran like clockwork. The food was a big hit we debated between plated and buffet. We did a buffet style with four options and than added on the prime rib carving station. This was a huge hit. Everything came out perfect. Our guests were really impressed by the food and went up for multiple helpings. Having the ceremony, reception and our guests staying at the same location really allowed everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. A friend of ours said she had been to six weddings this year and that ours was by far the best one they had been to. We think that this is in large part due to the location and the friendly staff. I would highly recommend the Indian Head Resort, and the guests loved the location as well. Many of our guests said they will returning to the resort in the future.

If you're looking for an amazing venue that will be worth every penny you pay, you've found it. The venue coordinator Jennifer made every step of the process so dang easy, and even helped us to plan out the day of, and she made sure everything ran smoothly the day of. 10/10 for the staff, and Jennifer, who made sure we had a moment of peace and quiet to eat. Best decision ever to get married here! Can't wait to go back for our 1st anniversary:)

My husband and I just got married last weekend at Indian Head. We had an intimate ceremony of 20 people which included bride and groom, and 5 kids. Every little detail was perfect. It was an even better day than I ever dreamt of, and that is thanks to Jennifer our wedding coordinator who truly went above and beyond, and the staff at Indian head. Thank you for the best day of my life!!

We had our winter wedding here on 2.4.17. It was the most perfect day I could have ever imagined. Every detail was perfectly planned and Jennifer helped me throughout the day to make sure as the bride I didn't have unnecessary stress. The backdrop was stunning, the food was delicious, and all of our guests said the staff was really friendly. If you are thinking about a winter wedding you should definitely consider Indian Head!

Best wedding ever on October 9th, complete with fireworks, Fall foliage, friends, family, and the best staff ever at indian head resort! This place will always be our little slice of heaven!

I cannot say enough nice things about the Indian Head Resort venue. Their wedding coordinators help out every step of the way, answering any questions you have about the wedding planning process. This venue offers the most beautiful backdrop as you come down the aisle (as long as you make sure to say you want to come out the side door!). After working closely with Jennifer, who was wonderful, I had Lauren the week of my wedding. Lauren remembered every single last minute detail I had like making sure the floral arrangement used on the Just Married car was reused for the sweetheart table, providing a lighter for the sparklers, and reusing the aisle flowers for the reception room. Everyone from the waiters to the bartender's provided excellent service. It is so great when everyone involved wants to make your day as special as you want it. We included the five minute firework show in our package and the manager of the Indian Head Resort allow me my husband and the photographer is to go up to the top of the tower to get exceptional pictures! My wedding day was perfect and even after the night is done Indian Head still impresses you with the cute decorations in the complimentary bride and groom room they give you. They even save extra meals for you and place it in the outdoor balcony attached to the room. This place is absolutely beautiful especially in the fall and I 100% recommend people have their wedding here. You get tons of great photo opportunities with the water wheel, bridge, tower, mountains, and lake they have. None of my guests had anything bad to say about this venue. You will not be disappointed!

Our wedding day was everything we could have hoped for and more. The grounds and the views at Indian Head are absolutely gorgeous. My guests are still telling us our photos look fake! Jennifer was our wedding coordinator leading up to the big day. She was so flexible (I changed my mind on things a LOT) and always available to talk. Jennifer and her staff were so accommodating with the food and drink menu, timing, etc. Unfortunately, Jennifer had an emergency and was not able to be there for our rehearsal or wedding day. Heidi stepped in and let me tell you, the day was FLAWLESS!! They included so many other food options for both our rehearsal dinner and the wedding reception that weren't on our list, including desserts. Heidi helped us with decorating and even pulled out items from her storage room that really brought the reception room together. I called Heidi the morning of the wedding and she was at the liquor store getting champagne for our big day! While the girls were getting ready, she dropped off champagne, cheese, and crackers. Heidi took care of EVERYTHING that day - I didn't have to worry about a thing with the vendors or guests. We had the best reception (fireworks are a must!) and when we went back to the honeymoon suite, there was food, champagne, candles, and flowers waiting for us. I honestly cannot say enough about Indian Head Resort and everything they did for our wedding.!!

I just recently got married at the resort on August 27th and it was perfect on so many levels. The setting is beautiful and offers many photo ops, the food was great with the buffet providing guests with many options to choose from, the onsite accommodations made it convenient for our out of town guests, the Lakeside room where the reception was held with its floor to ceiling glass allowed us to still enjoy the gorgeous mountain and lake view while inside and this is just a sampling of what the resort has to offer its brides and grooms. I was also very impressed with all the staff, but was especially pleased with Jennifer Arruda our wedding coordinator. She did an amazing job and was always so helpful and accommodating. Overall my experience at the Indian Head Resort was an A+ and I would wholeheartedly recommend this venue to any couple!

Our wedding was May 7,2016 and it couldnt have gone better! Indianhead is beautiful, the gazebo is right infront of the lake and with the mountains in the back it makes for gorgeous pictures! There are many places to take pictures outside, we used the bridge, dock, arbour and gazebo! The staff was so helpful! I worked with Jennifer a lot who did an amazing job making sure every detail was what I wanted. We had so many comments by guests on how good the food was! Indianhead even added some appetizers to our menu for us for free! When we went back to our room at the end of the night the staff had put a plate of food in our fridge as well as a bottle of champagne with indianhead resort flutes! It was so thoughtful and sweet! We rented two of their houses for the bridal party which worked out perfect because the houses are within walking distance. It was a great way to have everyone close but also separate the bride and groom for the day of! I honestly dont have much I can complain about! The reception room is beautiful too, floor to cieling windows that look over the lake! The only complaint I heard from guests is that the bar didnt have many options but I didnt request special liquor so partially my fault. I'm so happy with the entire process working with Indianhead!

My son just got married at Indian Head Resort on May 7th, 2016. Everything was spectacular and I couldn't have asked for a better environment or better service. Jennifer Arruda, Wedding Coordinator did an amazing job. The entire hotel staff was so hospitable and accommodating, just all wonderful people. The food was excellent. I have been receiving compliments from many guests. They all made the day so special and I am forever grateful for this wonderful experience!

I got married at the resort in November! It was perfect. The staff was amazing and the coordinator had everything I wanted done to a tee! It did rain on my wedding day but that didn't stop us. It was incredible. They go above and beyond. Thanks Indian Head staff for making my day everything I have ever dreamed of!

I recently got married at the Indian Head Resort this past Columbus Day Weekend. It was the best choice we made out of the whole wedding process. The resort was accommodating for my husband& I and all of or guests. The facilities are well maintained and a good quality. The service was incredible from the moment we signed the contract through the end of the weekend and follow up. The wedding coordinator Jennifer was incredible throughout the whole process, answering questions and providing help whenever I needed it. The service during the recreation was amazing, attentive but not in the guests faces. My guests are still raving about how good the food was and the amount provided. The setting was gorgeous with the foliage in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Although it rained, the reception space had floor to ceiling Windows that allowed my guests to enjoy the foliage while being protected from the elements. It was so nice having a venue that could host a 100+ person wedding ceremony, reception& accommodations all in one setting. I highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married.

We had a wonderful day at Indian Head for our wedding. We were lucky that our weather worked out and we were able to enjoy our wedding outside at the peak of fall foliage in the white mountains! While we had some issues with responsiveness at first, our event coordinator, Lauren, was absolutely fantastic throughout our wedding day. We had exactly the level of rehearsal and planning we needed in the days leading up to our wedding, however our timing was a little bit limited since there was another wedding the day before ours and our schedule ended up deferring to theirs. Lauren took care of coordination with all of our vendors to ensure that our linens were taken care of and cake and flowers arrived and knew where they had to go. The outdoor ceremony space, while beautiful, was less than private, and we had a crowd of people watching and cheering from the deck outside the lounge. The food was good, not great, but it was not the reason we were there. Accommodations were also adequate for guests. The bartender was great and made sure the lines moved along quickly and everyone was able to make their way through the buffet line without issue. Overall the staff at the resort from the front desk to the lounge and restaurant were wonderful and guests staying at the resort had high praise for their interactions with them. We also had a member of the staff who brought us our appetizers and drinks while we took pictures during the cocktail hour. The grounds were beautiful and we had a lot of fantastic opportunities for pictures with the natural backdrop as well as the beautiful fall decor around the resort. Along with the privacy issue stated above, restrooms were small, wet, and shared with the pool area of the resort and were difficult to navigate for a bride in her wedding dress. At the end of the evening we had a fireworks display, 5 minutes long, which was a wonderful way to end the evening! Overall guests enjoyed their stay and we were able to enjoy our wedding day!

We had an excellent wedding at Indian Head Resort in June of 2015. The setting is very romantic, warm, and inviting. We got married outdoors in their gazebo and I must say I would not change a thing about that day! The staff was on top of things providing excellent service and great food! Our guests said they had a great time and it was one of the best weddings they had been to. We had a private firework display that was out of this world good! All in all the venue was great, the staff was great, and any problems that arose they helped make it right and solve any issues we had! Great venue for ceremony and reception and lodging for out of town guests!

Heidi was a great help leading up to the wedding, and Jennifer was a great help for the rehearsal and the wedding day. I would do it all over again at Indian Head Resort!

We just had my daughters wedding at Indian Head last weekend. They went above and beyond my expectations to make their day special. The food was excellent!! Silva and Heidi our wedding coordinators made sure everything was perfect, from getting us sewing kits because buttons were coming off the tuxes to sending us sandwiches for lunch because we didn't have time to go eat. We had bought our own linens and sashes and they made sure they all got ironed for us which was a tremendous help. They upgraded my daughter and her new husband to a private condo for their wedding night. Filled it with strawberries, chocolates, food, beer and champagne. The whole staff is so incredible friendly and willing to do anything to help you. I can not say enough nice things about Indian Head. They really did a fantastic job and we couldn't have chosen a better venue. Also the property is so beautiful for your wedding pictures and I can't wait to see them!!!

The room, the food, and the staff were just great! We had a beautiful winter wedding and it was just magical!!!!

We got married 3-16-13... Heidi Was very helpful and very accessible when we needed her. All our Guests raved about the food and all we heard was best wedding we've ever been too! The only thing I would change is that the bathrooms for use by the guest at the reception were also bathrooms used by hotel guests and people that weren't part of the wedding were taking things from the bathroom baskets.For example there was an entire bottle of mouthwash UN-opened that was taken in the first 1/2 hour. My husband and I didn't have much time to eat as we were going table to table to thank people for coming, Heidi Made sure that we had food in our room to eat for later and was nice enough to make sure there were vegetarian options for me. There were lots of other cute surprises left in our hotel room as well...Champagne, chocolate, and we got a free night to come back in the future! If I had to decide all over again where I was going to get married, I wouldn't change a thing! Thank you Heidi and Indian Head Resort for making our day so special!

We booked our honeymoon online. When we arrived the front desk people were very friendly and helpful. Upon going to our cottage, we were a little disappointed at how outdated and in some need of tlc it needed. We didn't complain at all because it was mainly cosmetic. We enjoyed our time there and the value was great! We had our own kitchenette to help cut costs and the pool was right outside of our cottage. The view itself was well worth it! We will definitely be returning.

The staff at Indian Head was wonderful! They were very accommodating and the chef was amazing! They have the best food! All of my guests loved it! Not to mention the location in itself! Beautiful!

Absolutely Amazing- 5 Stars does not even begin to describe! I couldn't have dreamed a better wedding! It has been 2 months since our wedding and our guests are still raving. Seriously raving "It'll be a long time before there's another wedding like that!" my dad's best friend said. If you are considering the Indian Head- look no furthur - just do it- It was way better than we ever thought it could be. First of all if you choose the Indian Head- do it right- spend the weekend and enjoy your family- don't worry about what could happen having them all together for too long- seriously just do it- rent one of thier big houses, spend the night before your wedding with your whole family and ENJOY the experience. Really this is an opportunity to make an AMAZING memory for the entire family! I am 33 it was soooo nice to spend the night before my wedding with my parents and siblings, knowing my husband to be was just across the resort. We had a saturday wedding- but we decided to head up nice and early to settle in, so we arrived on thursday before the wedding. Heidi- the coordinator at the resort was wonderful- she let us into the function room friday morning to start getting ready for Saturday. What a wonderful day- me and all the girls in the wedding party decorated the room, while my groom prepared our photo montage and checked it over thier system- sooooo relaxed and not rushed at all- we really got to enjoy the experience. Heidi brought us crackers and cheese along with coffee and tea and we were helped promptly with any request. It was so nice to take our time and enjoy each stage of the experience. We considered having the reception at Lakeview Pavillion (which is beautiful but they do 2 weddings a day), Lake Pearl, Stonehurst Manor, and Cathedral of the Pines/ Four Star Catering amoung others... There is no way we could have enjoyed the wedding the way we did at any of these other venues- really NO WAY they could have even come close- here's why- We got to stay at the Indian Head with plenty of room, do our rehersal there, have our ceremony and reception on site and then spend our wedding night enjoying thier live entertainment after our party was over (at 9) and finally returning to the groom's cabin which was beautifully decorated with loving touches by the Indian Head staff. We were never ushered out of the room- it was ours for the day- til the last of us left. It was so easy and enjoyable- we both really got to enjoy the marraige ceremony to the fullest from the tiniest pillow mint to the magical kiss to the groom's cabin complete with fireplace to the top of the tower- absolutely AMAZING. Even the vendors were raving- and they go to ALOT of weddings. We got more compliments on our wedding than we ever expected- I replay the weekend over and over in my mind and love every second of it. Lastly I have to conclude there is no better value and that the food was out of this world- not your typical wedding quality- way above and beyond AND the open bar didn't break the bank! A million thanks to the Indian Head we are forever yours- Our Lives were made better by the experience and our minds are grateful for the memories!
