Indian River Queen Riverboat

We chose The Indian River Queen as a unique location for our son and daughter in law's rehearsal dinner. It was the ideal location for our Caribbean themed event. The buffet style meal was plentiful and good, steel drum band provided the perfect entertainment, and cruise was a memorable evening for not only the bride and groom but all 88 in attendance! Our only complaint was that the evening was over too quickly; time just flew at this perfect night!

We held the Rehearsal Dinner on the Indian River Queen and there could not have been a more perfect venue. Everyone had such a wonderful time. The food was great, the band was perfect, the open bar was a big hit and everyone was able to relax and enjoy before the big day. Thank you so much Penny for all that you did for our wedding last month. From day one you made the planning process so easy and we really enjoyed getting to know you and the staff over the past year. Every vendor you had us work with was so professional and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Everyone at the wedding was so blown away by the friendly staff you had and how beautiful the boat looked. We are so thankful for having you there and making sure everything was perfect!

It is a beautiful venue. If you can go with the set package, I think things will go perfectly.

My only daughter’s wedding was held on the Indian River Queen last May. I have been to many weddings over the years but considering all aspects of her wedding, the Indian River Queen was the best ever. The atmosphere, the service, the food were all spectacular. All members of the staff became part our family and made every minute special. Unless you actually experience it I cannot describe cruising down the Indian River at sunset aboard the “Indian River Queen” . Having my only daughter getting married aboard the Indian river queen made her wedding a truly “once in a lifetime “ experience.

Penny was accommodating, and took care of everything. The QUEEN room was prettier than I could have imagined.

Hi Penny! We both were totally speechless upon boarding the Queen Sunday night. She looked sooo beautiful. The lights flickering off the trees and the music playing as we walked down the dock was magical!!!! And she looked just as beautiful from the inside. We continue to receive emails raving about the food, service, decor and all around "best wedding reception ever". Although I spent a lot of time on the dance floor I couldn't help but notice how tightly you ran your ship throughout our event. It was quite impressive. As an interior designer I understand the patience that is required to handle demanding clients and you dear lady have the patience of a saint! I know I wasn't the easiest bride to work with so I'm grateful for your endless compromises. I can't wait to get the photos back and you are welcome to publish any that would help your marketing. Our wedding aboard the Indian River Queen was an amazing experience and one of the most amazing days of my life. The staff was professional, courteous,very fast and efficient . You see on the day of our wedding there was a huge storm that blew threw and the top floor got drenched. However before we got there the storm had stopped and the crew had reset up the top floor. It was awesome that they knew what my wife wanted and they made it happen. I highly recommend Penny and her crew. We had an amazing night utilizing all three levels of the boat, which made a very special event.

My experience on the Queen was perfect. The Queen provided the perfect venue for my wedding. It was the perfect special touch for anyone who traveled out of town to get river boat cruise at sunset and even for locals - it was something extra special for them to be able to cruise on the Inter-coastal waterway at Sunset. Penny was available for any of my questions or concerns, Captain Jim did a beautiful ceremony, all the staff were great. The vendors Penny uses were top of the line. From flowers, to cake, to photos, to musical entertainment to catering. I enjoyed every single moment on the cruise and was so sad when it was over. I would do it again in a heartbeat on the Indian River Queen and I cannot wait to go back at our one year anniversary. I would be happy to respond to any questions or comments below.

I must say that we loved having our wedding on the Indian River Queen-Riverboat. All my guests were in awe of the uniqueness of not having the wedding at just another hall. The staff onboard were so friendly and professional , you almost want them to party with you. The river boat is 3 floors and at different parts of the wedding we were on different floors and the transition from ceremony, to mix ad mingle, to dinner, then to party time was seamless. All the venders that was used in the entire wedding were fantastic!!!!! I did the destination plan that is listed on the website which includes almost everything that you will need for the day like flowers, food, the boat, dj, photography, videography, open bar, food, etc. We fell in love with the idea of paying one 1 company , 1 price versus spending time that we didn't have going vender to vender and putting down deposits everywhere. There are so many different packages that you can do and alter to cater to what to a looking for and the price range you would like to say in. Penny - The Boat Lady was the wedding coordinator as well. She is the women that took care of getting all of the venders in line and got everything set up for the wedding. She is with out question, the go to women for everything. She is easy to get in contact with any questions or concerns. So if you are looking for a Wedding to remember not just for you but for your guest as well. The Indian River Queen - Riverboat is the place do to it! P.S. the cost that is post says 10,001 - 20,000. The price of the wedding was MUCH closer to 10,000.

The boat is just beautiful, the vendors are tried and true and the crew is AWESOME!!! The captain married us, and immediately the party started and didn't stop until we docked. These people are so accommodating, and pleasant, and know what they are doing...I have never seen a party executed with such class, and at the same time everyone relaxed, danced and was merry! Everything was perfect. The food, flowers, the cake (um, the most incredible wedding cake I've ever tasted)...all of it. Some of our guests were already talking about having future events on the Queen because they were having such a blast! I personally can't wait to attend their parties, because I just couldn't get enough of this place. Thank you to everyone on the crew, Penny, Captain James Georges, Sandy and all of the wonderful catering staff for making our day so special, and making it possible to ENJOY ourselves, instead of running around like crazy people. I know it's hard to enjoy yourself at your own wedding often times, but we couldn't have felt more at ease, and carefree. Book with the Indian River Queen, and you won't regret it. Something tells me you'll be back for more at someone else's party!

A huge thanks to Penny, Captain James, Debbie, Sandy & all of the staff for making our night completely enjoyable! I was so glad to have Penny she made me relax & enjoy the moments =) Our guests have commented that it was "5 star" & "unforgettable". We can't wait to do a date night dinner cruise soon!
