n the Great Hall. We had some unforeseen circumstances last minute leading up to the wedding, and Jazmyn and the entire team were so patient and flexible with us, so I will be forever grateful. The Hall was stunning, the photos look incredible. The communication was great. The dance floor was packed. So many people came up to us to praise the FOOD. Order the NY Strips; they are incredible and hearty! The pricing was so reasonable, but we did not sacrifice quality or space for it. There was a little bit of a mix-up with cake cutting, timing and serving I believe, but it all worked out. The front and staircase make for great photos. They were so flexible to have people come in and decorate in advance to alleviate time pressure or stress. Great space, great people to work with, highly recommend.

We booked a year out from our wedding date, and forgot some of the details for the day of. Suzanne gave us a second tour and was so patient with all of our questions and concerns. We had some last minute RSVP changes as well as several food allergies and her and her staff were accommodating with it all. COVID lockdowns started happening, we postponed our wedding not once, but twice. Suzanne was with us every step of the way and made it so easy to reschedule. She is a wedding orchestrating goddess who deserves all the praise in the world. There are two major things to note about how she took care of us. The first is that she was able to help us figure out how to hold a wedding reception without having to postpone a third time. (We met in Feb. 2021 to talk about what April 2021 might look like - the answer to our conundrum was having a dinner-only reception, which was actually incredible.) The second was that she took care of so many day-of details that helped make the occasion even more wonderful. The best example of this is how she worked with us to make sure we could play a music playlist through their sound system (we cancelled our dj since there was no dancing). Every time I remember our wedding, I am awed by the amount of work Suzanne and her staff put into the day. I would 1,000% recommend Indianwood and Suzanne to any couple planning a wedding, pandemic or not.

walked in at the showing in January we knew this place was very special and the atmosphere exemplified our relationship. Suzanne was amazing to work with. She was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process, especially those last minute changes and panic moments. She was there for the entire event (10 am to 11:30 pm) to make sure we were taken care of. The women were able to use the ladies locker room which is an enormous space and worked out perfectly to get ready (hair, make-up, and dressed). The men had an ample sized room to get ready and hang out as well. The staff was extremely helpful the night before and day of the event when we needed more tables or a knife for those last minute decoration mishaps. The food was as delicious at the tasting as it was the night of the wedding. We received a lot of praise from our guests at how good the food was. The venue even provided the option to select a keg of our favorite beer (Rochester Mills Milkshake Stout) for a small fee. And from the looks of it our guests enjoyed it as much as we do 😊 I would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to have an intimate, old world vintage and romantic wedding. That is what our wedding felt to me at this location.
