Morgan is incredible. Not only are her photos stunning, but she is super helpful, super organized, and genuinely kind. We had to reschedule our wedding due to covid, but decided to have a small ceremony with our parents on our original date. Morgan was so supportive and helpful during that time, and having those pictures of that intimate moment is so special. After another rescheduled date, we finally got to have our bigger celebration on 10/24/21. This time we had Morgan and Madi and they are so on top of it, efficient, funny, professional, and talented. We got so many sneaks already that are just beautiful so we know the final gallery will be nothing short of amazing. Their photos are timeless, not trendy, and they really capture the essence of the day, Being in front of the camera has always felt awkward to me, but Morgan totally puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable. Choosing Indigo Lace Collective will be one of the best decisions you can make for your wedding.

Indigo Lace Collective was the second vendor I booked, second only to my venue. I knew I wanted Morgan to photograph our wedding after seeing how amazing she did with my sister's wedding. She flew to Colorado for our engagement session, and the photos were amazing. During our wedding, she and Maddie somehow managed to capture the most amazing photos without being noticed. She captured real and raw moments, not endless posed stills. I also did a boudoir shoot with her as my gift to my husband. I cannot recommend Indigo Lace enough! If I had to do it all over again, there's no doubt I would book them again.

5 stars honestly aren't even enough to express how amazing Morgan and her team are. With the pandemic causing us to postpone our event, they not only stuck by our side 1000% but also answered any questions I had about all things weddings. We are so beyond lucky to have found them. My husband has never been one to enjoy taking photos, but he loved every second of our time with ILC. He still raves about how great they are and how much fun doing our photos was with them. Hiring ILC is one of the best things we did for our wedding!

We booked Indigo Lace Collective for photo and video years ago when we met them at Indie Wed in Chicago. Their energy was contagious and we loved their work. Since then, Morgan has literally gone above and beyond for us. From towing our little boat that got stuck on the Chicago River during our engagement shoot to sending us gift cards for ice cream when having to deal with postponing our wedding because of Covid — she has been supportive, positive, and overall amazing in the time that we have known her. When our wedding day finally arrived, Morgan, Madi, and Katty worked their butts off reigning in our crazy wedding party and capturing the most amazing photos and video of our big day. She is available to always listen to her clients' needs/concerns, on multiple occasions she was available for text conversation or a phone call to ease concerns or to discuss style for our big day. Morgan shot our Chicago City Hall wedding (original wedding postponed due to the pandemic) and after getting our photos I’m truly convinced no one else can make me and my husband look THAT GOOD in photos! Getting married in 2020 was CRAZY stressful and took a lot of the fun out of planning a wedding. Looking back at our photos Madi captured...you’d never tell it was a horrible year! If you are looking for a photographer, indigo lace is the way to go. My husband and I had a lot of hiccups in our wedding planning as so many couples getting married in 2020 did and I couldn’t imagine a better photographer to work with during this time. We ended up needing her for the day before the wedding for photos and our actual wedding photos and she made it happen to ensure we got what we wanted. In addition, my husband and I are pretty laid back and Maddi fit in so well with what we needed. She was so relaxed and when I reminded her to remind me for photos I needed, she did. And at the end she looked at me and said I need a photo of you in that leather jacket getting dipped on the dance floor and with that comment, I loved her even more. I haven’t gotten all of my photos back yet but I got a few sneak peaks and I already love them so much.

I was so appreciative of Morgan’s help both before and during my wedding! She helped me nail down the time line and kept everything moving after the ceremony, all while taking bomb pictures and cracking jokes. Morgan helped is feel super comfortable in front of the camera, and our photos turned out amazing. You need her at your wedding, people!

I recently got married and we booked ILC. Our photographers were Natalie and Kelsey. They were absolutely fabulous! Super nice and chill. You could tell that they knew what they were doing. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! I would definitely recommend ILC!

Morgan is the best wedding accomplice. The talent is phenomenal, of course. But she's also super knowledgeable about the industry and the worries of the day, will enthusiastically answer text questions, and be your all-around number one fan until your wedding day! I don't have a wedding party, my maid of honor is living abroad, and so especially in the time of COVID she has been invaluable. And that's not even talking about the photography itself. I used to photograph weddings and was very picky about a style that would be striking without dating itself. I also am not a super fan of myself in pictures. My fiance and I went into the engagement session a little doubtful of the experience, to be honest. How wrong we were! Morgan and ILC were hands down the best decision we made regarding vendors. I was worried if I would be able to afford ILC for my wedding, but I’m so glad we were able to snag Morgan as our photographer :-) She is worth every penny and then some. Morgan helped make my husband and I’s wedding day the best day of our lives, from getting everyone where they needed to be to being a peace and calming everyone down. Her outgoing personality made us feel like we had already known her for a long time, which made photos natural and a ton of fun. She kept the day on schedule (even though we had a tricky timeline) and made sure she got every photo we wanted. I had tons of sneak peaks within 24 hours and we're obsessed with every photo! Morgan and ILC are amazing! She made our engagement photos feel relaxed and comfortable. She has clever ways to get the shots she wants without you even knowing! Morgan is the best photographer I've ever had. I truly mean that. I first hired Morgan for my maternity shoot in April 2019. I was so nervous because 1. I was huge 2. I had a risqué outfits and I didn't really know her. She was SO AWESOME. I felt so comfortable in front of her and she made me feel so pretty (which every 8 month preggo lady needs). I knew that day that I wanted to hire Morgan for my wedding. A month later I got engaged and texted Morgan right away. We just had our engagement pictures and so far the few I've seen are absolutely stunning. Morgan is not only professional, but fun to work with and extremely helpful. I have no doubt that she will be absolutely amazing on my wedding day, and do everything possible to keep me stress-free. Morgan has become a lifelong friend for our family, you won't regret hiring her!

When I started looking for a photographer for our wedding I searched all over the country for someone who not only had the amazing talent that Morgan has but who was also willing to travel to Jamaica for our wedding. After skyping with Morgan I knew I had to have her capture our wedding no matter what. Taking Morgan and Madi with us was the best decision we made for our day. 5 stars could never be enough for Morgan’s work!!! From the very beginning stages of contacting her about shooting our wedding, to the engagement session, to the wedding day, and every text in between of me asking her for advice or suggestions, she was always on top of it and made the entire experience so easy and fun!! My husband is the ‘I hate pictures I’ll give you 2 of me smiling and I’m out of here’ type of guy , so I was pretty nervous that our engagement session wouldn’t turn out like the flawless and beautiful photos I’ve seen on her page because we were both pretty uncomfortable behind the lens. Of course she proved both of us wrong, she made us feel so comfortable and had us cracking up the entire time AND the photos turned out so beautiful. So that made him extremely excited for the wedding day knowing he wouldn’t have to fake smile or feel intimidated , he’s now asking when she can take more photos of us and our dogs! In the 5 years of me trying to convince him to enjoy taking pictures she did it in a single day lol! From literally giving me a timeline to go off (which was the biggest headache for me trying to figure out) to making the wedding day so much fun, her second shooter Madi was also super sweet and extremely talented. We couldn’t have asked for not only better photographers but better friends. We have beautiful photos to look back on the special memories but we more importantly had an awesome day which was hugely thanks to these two lovely ladies. She isn’t just a photographer you hire ; see the wedding day; and that’s it. She’s a friend, a shoulder to lean on when wedding planning sucks and your husband is working and you need advice on the small details, the hype man every bride needs in their life to make you feel super beautiful, the jokes to make your bridal party crack up and give genuine laughs, the person to round up your crazy Mexican family in order to take one huge picture, the person who captures your grandpa dancing his cute little feet off, and gets the moments your husband sees you walking down the aisle. She is so much more than just a photographer and I think everyone can agree that from the moment you meet her , she becomes someone you’ve known for a lifetime and someone you want to continue to capture your life’s moments knowing she genuinely cares and will continue to care. 5 stars x a billion is my rating.

Beautiful, authentic, timeless photos is what you see when you browse through Morgan's photos. Perfectly timed shots of that one split second that you looked up in the corner of your eye to get a glimpse of your NEW husband and you thought no one would notice. Morgan noticed. That devilish grin you gave one another when your father was giving the prayer, because you still act like two kids flirting on Sunday morning. Morgan captured it. The roaring laugher you had in the middle of the crowded dance floor because your groomsmen ripped his pants. Morgan fought her way through that crowd and shot your laughter...and the pants. Yes, Morgan has beautiful photos, but she is more. She was my wedding teammate for an entire year. She answered completely stupid, frantic emails and didn't make me feel silly for asking. I asked for her advise on a timeline and she handwrote a timeline FOR THE ENTIRE DAY. She counted down the days until we said I Do. She listened to our stories and cherished our moments as much as we did. When the wedding day came, she shared tears with my family as I opened a box holding my late grandfather's watch. She cried again when the father saw his little girl in her big white dress. Yes, she is a photographer, but she an organizer. A visionary. A wedding planner. A "did you forget your vows?" reminder. Most importantly, a friend. A family member. She made my wedding day. I beg you, let her make yours.

How can I give Morgan more than five stars????!? We are absolutely obsessed and in love with our engagement photos and our wedding pictures. Can we also just add that she’s amazing and fun to work with! Morgan delivered 100% and she’s so good and getting people to loosen up and have fun with the photos. It was freezing cold and she somehow made it fun. We would highly recommend booking her until she fills up for the next five years and you miss your chance! Morgan is FANTASTIC. And her second shooters are just as talented as she is! I have had the pleasure of knowing Morgan for the past seventeen years, and she has always had a desire to capture authentic and beautiful things. She truly has a passion for capturing the "little" moments, which often times turn out to be the big ones. That is why she was my fiancé and I's first (and only) choice for a wedding photographer. Morgan is THE absolute best photographer around! We had our engagement session with Morgan first and we had SO MUCH FUN!! On the wedding day our pics went so smoothly because Morgan is efficient and again we had fun. I picked indigo lace because of the rich color and tone. She captures a moment and brings it to life in print. I would recommend her to anyone. Hubs doesn’t like taking pics but when I said Morgan would be doing our Christmas pics he was definitely on board because we always have a good time.

Morgan is amazing!! She's like a shooting star, and if she comes into your life you know she's going to make it pretty darn special and make your wish come true. My husband and I are both extremely un-photogenic and hate getting our pictures taken because it's always such an awkward experience but Morgan made it so fun and we were literally blown away by how nicely they came out! First time I ever felt photogenic in my life and my husband wasn't making a ridiculous facial expression. She made us feel so comfortable and supported and the final result was amazing. Plus, she's hilarious!

Five stars is not near enough for this girl and her partner. I’m serious when I say that she is one of the best photographers I know. My husband and I really suck at taking pictures. We aren’t photogenic at all. We would rather play games and act like idiots than take pictures. We avoid the camera every chance we get and have very few pictures together from the past 6.5 years. She captured every ridiculous thing that we did and made them into beautiful memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. She made us feel so incredibly comfortable when other photographers did not. I don’t know how she does it. Also, not only is she amazing at her job, but she is an amazing person as well. She thinks of everyone else first, sends gifts, does charity events and so much more. I mean come on. She’s the real deal people. Here’s my advice: GO TO HER FOR YOUR ENGAGEMENT/WEDDING NEEDS!

Right off the bat, you learn that Morgan is not just a photographer, she truly is an artist with a weird personality that makes you smile. Morgan and her assistant Madelyn are the REAL DEAL. Not only are you going to get crazy high-quality photos (like in your dreams you imagine them this good), but she is so down-to-earth and genuinely hilarious to work with. My husband normally hates getting his pictures taken - he doesn't know what to do with his hands. But Morgan gives you both really easy tasks that let you let your guard down, and before you know it you're genuinely having so much fun and it feels like it's just you and your groom... except now you've got a BUNCH of STUNNING pictures. I can't tell you how many times my wedding guests and bridal party kept coming up to us to tell us how great our photographer was. She just really is that great. Even if she wasn't a blast to work with (which she IS), her pictures speak for themselves. Everytime I look at them, I feel like we look like Hollywood movie stars. Just the way she captures movement, and light, and joy. It's not awkward or forced - it's really you in those photos. I could go on forever. Do yourself a favor. Call this girl. The minute you meet with her, you'll see exactly what I mean, and you won't want to work with anyone else.

Words can’t even begin to describe how amazingly talented and awesome Morgan is! She went above and beyond to not only capture the little moments of our day but also made sure that everything ran smoothly and on time. She helped to create our timeline for the day to get the most out of it. She made my husband who hates taking pictures feel so comfortable in front of the camera and he even admitted to having fun taking the pictures. The turn around time to get our pictures back was so quick, especially for it being the busy season. We can’t say enough great things about Morgan and her assistant madi, they are seriously the dream team! The final product of both our engagement photos and wedding photos are beyond anything we could have imagined. They captured the little details from the entire day while pretty much being invisible. There were photos in our album that I don't know how they got because I could have sworn no one was around but these are the photos I love so much. They capture the little things and the big things and make it seem so effortless. I truly would not recommend anyone other than Morgan to shoot for my friends and family. She's truly one of the best!
